I saw doctor Rafi Dental Group on Instagram and the place sounded like a great dental group . She’s very calm and takes her time providing quality care work. Amazing. I had pain in my tooth and they were able to take me in on short notice and fix everything. Everyone was really nice and patient with me. They also worked with me on paying and had differnt options to choose from since I dont have insurance. I would recommend this place to everyone

I am still in awww with how awesome this place is! My husband and I both have dental insurance and we had been looking for a place that took both TOGETHER! We looked for a whole year to finally find a dentistry that not only took both insurances, but was clean and had friendly people...WE FOUND IT! On top of that they also see children, which was also important to us because we have 2, one who will soon be a teenager and will be having to leave our favorite Child Dentistry. What they look like in their advertisements truly matches their location. Very clean and modern. We wanted to see if the people's attitudes represented their friendliness said on the pamphlets... they did! We walked in to get a feel of the place and left 30min later with all our questions answered clearly and with appointments for the next day! I highly recommend this great place no matter WHERE you live, its worth the drive. Today we left our first appointment with goodies they gave us (they didn't have to) but most importantly BIG SMILES on our face. Which is how everyone should leave their dental office!

Rafi is nice and makes sure you're comfortable. HOWEVER, her receptionist/office manager overcharged me hundreds of dollars and is so rude about it. Doesnt give proper receipts. Gave me a hard time when i asked. If you do come here, make sure to double check your copays with your insurance before she robs you. She seems nice in person but beware. Also, if youre getting a crown, the temporary fell off for my boyfriend and the permanent crown still hurts. As for my crown, there is a giant gap between the crown and the tooth next to it so it traps food constantly. Also, all these 5 star reviews were paid for by the front desk lady in 15 dollar gift cards.

Like a lot of people, I get super nervous about going to the dentist, but Dr. Amanda Rafi and her staff...brought me down from a 9 to a 1 on the nervous scale...they work with your needs to help you feel as comfortable as possible :)

THE absolute best dental office I have ever been to! I suffer from anxiety and going to the dentist makes me very uncomfortable. The entire process from start to finish was a breeze! The staff was incredibly thorough every step of the way. The front desk personnel made me feel welcomed as soon as I arrived. I was seated on time by the dental assistant who made me feel at ease during the x-ray exam. Dr. Rafi is beyond incredible and truly listened to my concerns. She gave her recommendations and explained my x-rays in layman’s terms. Most importantly she does not look at you like a dollar sign! Highly recommend!

I have tried so many dentists in Orange County and I couldn't find one as gentle and kind as Dr. Rafi! First of all, I didn't have to wait at all, they took me back as soon as I got to the office. Honestly this is the most beautiful dental office I have ever been to. All the staff here are so sweet and welcoming. Hands down the BEST office I have been to! Dr. Rafi is AMAZING ! at what she does. My whole treatment was done quickly and I felt no pain at all her hands must have touch the clouds because I did not feel a thing ! Her office has got to one of the most cleanest and most high tech office I have been to! I will start by saying that Dr. Rafi has the hands of an angel. The one thing I dread most about dental work is the injections and I never felt even a pinch. Her staff are true professionals and work very well in unison. Everything is state of the art making my experience comfortable and quick. My husband had an appointment after not seen a dentist in over 2 years. He needs a root canal and a crown. After we left he actually said that he has happy to have seen a dentist. The office is clean and smells nice. Coffee and tea are complimentary. The staff was so friendly and thoroughly explained our financial options. I made an appointment for myself and will recommend my friends and family and coworkers. Customer Service was great!

More important than what is on the surface...the staff is just awesome. They truly care about my concerns and I never feel pressured to do things I don't want to. I was visiting during my leave from the Navy and needed a cleaning. This is a nice office, clean, friendly, and you can tell they didn’t miss any detail. I went in for a cleaning and the hygienist was gentle, and Dr Rafi was cool, she didn’t make me feel anxious at all. The check in and check out process was easy and the price was decent. Highly recommend!

This has been the most amazing dental experience. Dr. Rafi and her staff really know how to treat a person. From the initial call with Cathy who made sure my insurance is accepted and worked around MY schedule, to the gentle and thorough deep cleaning, to Dr. Rafi’s deftness at making a crown, I felt like a king. One sneaky-good thing I know I won’t find at another dental office: Dr. Rafi has slender fingers. My jaw does not open super-wide. I’m done with fat-fingered brutes yelling at me to open wider! Another great thing is the entire staff was ready for me the moment I arrived. Rafi Dental Group brought an ear-to-ear smile to my face.
