I am a new patient who chose this place because of all the good reviews. I made an appointment two days ago; they were able to squeeze me in yesterday because someone cancelled last minute. So, the customer experience is top notch here. They laid out the options ranging from a dramatic transformation to more conservative one more aligned with what I was originally thinking. They used photographs so I could better understand the proposals. Even when I decided on a more conservative option of only two veneers, the dentist was still as attentive and reassuring as I went through the various steps of the procedure. The pricing is great.

I have had a great experience with Plaza Dental. Its Downtown location makes it easy to get to from work for mid-day appointments. The hygienist, Rae, is top-notch, and the support staff is also excellent. And, of course, Drs. Ramezani & Hazeghi are also very good, although I try not to see them too much:0.

Great team, great location if you work in DTLA. I was *terrified* of the dentist and hadn't been for a decade. My teeth were literally falling apart. I'm now very much on track and feel very comfortable going for regular cleanings and whatever work needs to be done. I feel I always have a very clear understanding of what's going on with my dental health, and the steps to maintain and improve it. Highly recommend!

Do not go to this Dentist. They preform procedures that are not required, incorrectly bill insurance and then take months correcting the problem all while they have kept the check the insurance company wrote them.

I've been here many times. I love the office its always organized and clean in there. Dr. Ramezani is my dentist and she does an amazing job with my teeth! I used to hate going to the dentist but Dr. Ramezani is really good at what she does so its not as bad.... I love the fact that they have little screens positioned over your head so you can watch TV while you are waiting. There is plenty of parking in the area since they validate if you park in the garage across from the plaza. The staff is very friendly and professional. Angie is an angel... we always chat before I get my teeth cleaned. I highly recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a great dentist!

I've been to quite a few dentists in my life and I must say Plaza Dental is my favorite. They have state of the art equipment (I got my crown 3D printed in the office) and really work with you if you don't have dental insurance. Would recommend to anyone!

I am a person that has had some very bad experiences with dentist in the past and because of that I ended up neglecting my teeth. I found out that I had periodontal disease from my last dentist, but they neglected to treat me properly because of my insurence, so I stayed away from dentist for about a year as my disease worsended. When it became so bad that I knew I had to see a dentist I didnt know where to go so I found Plaze dental in a directory that my company gave and it was a blessing. The doctor's and staff treated me like family made me feel right home that's was very important for and it meant a lot to me. They assessed my situation and implamented a plan of action right away. What my last dentist couldn't seem to do in a year Plaza Dental did in two weeks and made it all very affordable me I thank God for Plaza Dental. I would and intend to recommend Plaze Dental to all my friends and family. Thank you Plaza Dental for giving me my smile and confidence back.......

I have been going to Dr. R for about 5 years & that entire time she recommended braces. I declined for so long but wish I had listened! I am now 30 with braces because I did in fact need them. I began to see the visual damage of having a not so perfect “bite”. I’ve had my braces for about 9 months & I shopped around before committing to Plaza Dental (I thought I could get a better price). I ended up staying with Dr. R because I had been going there for a while & after visiting other places, I felt comfortable staying. Let me tell you, I’m SO glad I did! I went from Dr R being my Dentist to being my ortho & I feel like I learned so much about her, like 1. She is VERY intelligent & she knows what she’s doing 2. She’s passionate about Ortho. I literally watch her face light up when talking about ortho & seeing my teeth shift. It feels amazing to be on the other side of that bright face because it’s MY teeth that she literally has a passion about fixing. 3. She’s a perfectionist. She knows what’s she’s capable of & you can tell that she pushes herself to “get it” how she “wants it”. It makes me feel safe to have her work on my teeth. The overall staff is nice. Cathy at the front desk is knowledgeable & extremely professional. One thing that is frustrating is the apt scheduling. With my braces I’m going in one time a month, a huge increase from what I’m normally use too. Every month, on the day of or the day before I can count on someone calling me to reschedule my apt (usually by an hour or so) it usually works out for me so I’m not complaining. It’s the days that they push up my apt my an hour than I have to wait 30-45 minutes to be seen. It’s fristrating because sometimes I feel confused as to why they changed it..? Idk, it’s something that can be improved but no situation is PERFECT- i would rather take a PERFECT Dentist/ortho like Dr. R vs. a few scheduling conflicts ANY DAY. Highly recommend Plaza Dental!

Amazing and superb service. The doctor is very friendly and explains everything in advance and hears all your concerns, The staff are very professional and make you their top priority. The location is conveniently located in the heart of down town and no need to worry about commute if you work thee I strongly recommend visiting this clinic.
