Dr. Au was so gentle with my filling. I try and take really good care of my teeth so I don't get cavities, however unfortunately I did during this last cleaning. Today I had my filling and I was so scared. She was kind and patient with me. The needle to numb was done gently and the whole thing lasted less than 1/2 hr. They are very efficient. Thank you!

She got professional help right away! Doctor Polinski is very professional and caring, She still treats all family. we switched to family dental as for our primary dental care office for regular dental and also orthodontics. THEY WILL TAKE X-RAYS FOR NO REASON. I expressed my concerns about taking many X-rays, and I wanted them taken, only if necessary. The dentist ordered not 1 or 2 but 4 X-rays in the 20-30 min I was there, and she was still not satisfied, she needed to take a new one (no explanation was given to me). She was obviously very frustrated with me and was very rude. The amount of x-rays they expose to their patients is concerning.

I have been to this clinic twice. The doctors seem knowledgable although I haven't had any special procedure done yet. But I am extremely disappointed with the way X-ray is used in this clinic. Quoting the fact (although not proven scientifically) that dental x-ray is weak and its exposure similar to traveling by airplane or getting in the sun does not justify lousy uses of X-ray. In my past two visits, for only looking at one tooth, I have been exposed to 8 x-ray images. No one knows the exact effect of x-ray and besides why using the body shield if the x-ray is weak, why not just taking pictures for fun and from everyone in the clinic and posting them on the walls?

Before my procedure I was able to consult with Dr. Sun, whom I must say was well prepared and he answered all my questions. This helped me to undestand exactly what to expect. Hands down the best dental service I've ever been to. The staff are super helpful and friendly, and my dentist ( Dr Landry ) is incredible, very skilled and caring. I did my root canal with her. She explained to me the procedures, ran through the risks with me and checked on me regularly during the actual procedure to ensure that I'm comfortable. Thank you Dr Landry, you are really wonderful ! Only thing I would not recommend is doing the teeth whitening, it is kind of a peeling procedure, I only two out of the three layers, but my teeth were already too sensitive after the second layer so I had to stop.

I just moved here from upstate NY, and have been a customer of Family Dental for a few months now, and am very happy. The clinic is clean, staff is friendly and professional. Appointment reminders are sent by text or email. They are open 7 days a week. I got a cleaning and a filling replaced by Dr. Landry, that kept falling out (i had gotten it elsewhere). Dr. Landry is professional and she did a great job. Yesterday I had a tooth extraction by Dr. Dela Rosa that i should have done a year ago. Dr. Dela Rosa was very good, too. He provided a thorough consultation a week before the procedure, and he worked quick and efficient although it wasn't easy because the root of the tooth was long. He gave me double the amount of numbing compared to usual, and the procedure was pain-free. Pain came after the numbing faded off, but that is normal - I got a hydrocodone prescription which I took for 24h and which helped. Dr. Dela Rosa also gave me his personal cell phone number in case I needed anything - which Dr. ever does that ? Now, a day later, I stopped taking the pain killer, have no pain and I feel good. I would definitely recommend Family Dental to anyone. Update (August 2019): My daughter (not a customer of Family dental) got a problem with her braces fixed when her regular orthodentist was not available. They did it free of charge. Thanks for this courtesy, Family Dental !

I would like to give excellent reviews to Supriya Kumar and Chris Bonin, dentists at Family Dental. I had a cracked tooth which was causing pain and a very short lead time appointment was scheduled. Supriya diagnosed the problem and refered me to the senior dentist Chris, who performed minimal required procedures to eliminate the pain. He was also excellent at reducing tensions prior to the procedure! I had gone in expecting a root canal, but the matter was addressed by drilling the crack and filling the drill. I will definitely use Family Dental for my routine dental care in the future.

My mother is visiting from India and had problems with her dental implants. She was seen by Dr. Mikulic. After giving a very patient hearing, he understood our problem precisely. His approach and treatment were highly professional. We had earlier visited other implant specialists but were never as impressed and satisfied as we were here. The assistants were always thorough while preparing the patient for treatment. The office assistants were also friendly & courteous and made us feel very comfortable. The waiting time was minimal. We had to come back several times for a single appointment because the dentist wasn't available, and we could not ask important questions about the treatment. They may have preferred pricing, but it is not worth the substandard service.

I had very bad experience here, i had filling here for left bottom back teeth, caused imbalance bite, they did trim the top teeth , which caused sensitive , now i can't take cold and hot, i visited the office with this problem ,they gave sensitive toothpaste. BEWARE! terrible place! while there may be over 10 dentists here, my first, and definitely ONLY visit here was pretty terrible. I went in because of a filling that was originally done had broke. this was the second time it broke, and this was the 3rd dentist doing this work. While is it OK for the most part, I am now looking online to buy abrasive material to smooth out and polish the work because they didn't do any polishing and it is very rough. there is a spot that is cutting my tongue. furthermore, they said they wouldnt have to drill much so I agreed to only use topical anesthetic, and all of a sudden she tried to sneak a local injection in there without even saying anything. RUDE. This is my 2nd dentist in a row that just wants to finish the job as fast as possible without any polishing or proper finishing work. Will not go back, and hopefully this post will help people find a better dentist that actually cares about doing good, proper work.

I am a basket case when it comes to dentists. My siblings and I were mauled as kids by a heartless git who looked on patients as pay checks. It is nice to see the opposite end of the dental spectrum at Family Dental. Dr. Chen has had to do some long and involved work (yesterday was 3 hours non-stop) and she has been excellent in her dealings with me. My instinctive reaction to the word "dentist" is to run, yet I have been made feel confident that I am in very good hands at Family Dental. Overall the facility is very modern and clean, all the people there seem happy in their work and they are open 7 days a week.

Just got my braces done :) This place is highly professional. I was a bit nervous before the whole thing but they did such a great job talking me through the process. I got my teeth cleaned and got my braces on in exactly two hours. I felt like I was in and out! The price was fantastic as well. I was very impressed because I just moved to the area and thought it would be much higher but it worked out perfectly. (Note: my insurance covered some too.) Overall I would recommend them. Very friendly and well informed staff.

I saw Dr. Reza and he made me feel so comfortable and he wasn’t a pushy dentist wanting to get money out of me like other dentists I’ve gone to. I need two teeth extracted and Dr. Reza showed me my X-ray and explained what I was looking at. That was very helpful. He went through next steps and options with me and advised that I consult with the oral surgeon to see if I would fee comfortable. I love Family Debtistry because they’re gentle and caring ... and that’s my first impression afteronoy one consult. I don’t have anxiety about going back and going to the dentist has been a fear of mine for a long time due to dentists being rough and uncaring. Also, the lobby is so pleasant with spa music and a Keurig machine.

AMAZING experience! Dr. Annie Liou was incredible. I chipped my tooth on a Sunday afternoon and freaked out. Family Dental came up and was surprisingly open. Long time patient. Recent cleaning with new dentist, Kelley Nguyen-Au. Great session. Sharp attention to process, explanation at every step, but not condescending. Excellent preparation for the analysis of x-rays. Will definitely follow up on suggested procedures and request Dr. Nguyen for future visits. Our family has used this office for years. Highly recommend their staff.

Dr Santugi, he is the best. Gave injection but did not feel any pain at ALL. He is relax, cool and ethical doctor. Wouldn't push to sell you what is not necessarily needed.

Great dental place. I had a good first experience. Went in for sensitivity issues, and the dentist pointed out some decay I had. They scheduled all of it in right away and completed both in about an hour and a half. I went home and noticed a sticky area, went back in the next day, and they took care of free of charge. :)

Hi, I visited family dental with my family today afternoon. I had to fill in number of forms to start with but once I completed it the way they treated us ( me, my wife and my 3 year old son) was awesome. We were there for around 3 hours and it went very well. My son did not cry, he was very much comfortable with the dentist and co-operated which I was not expecting at all. Overall it was five star performance, we liked the treatment, professionalism and amount of effort they put in for each patient was really good. I would truly recommend it and will visit them again for further treatments.

We had a wonderful experience at Family Dental! It was my 2.5 year old's first time at the dentist. Our friend Morgan referred us to Dr. Stewart and I'm so thankful he did. She was so patient and sweet with our daughter, Isabella. Not only was Isabella cooperative during the check up and allow Dr. Stewart check her teeth, she wanted "more" when it was over so Dr. Stewart also had the opportunity to brush Isabella's teeth. Dr. Stewart sang to Isabella and praised her for doing a good job. Then let her choose a toy and gave her a couple stickers. The appointment couldn't have gone any smoother. Thank you Family Dental for such a positive dentist experience for our toddler!
