I've had multiple negative experiences with the receptionists. They seem uncommonly unprofessional. They made oversights and mistakes often and behaved rudely to try to shift the blame. I assumed USC would provide better than typical quality, but after the interactions I've had, I just grew leery of trusting this office. By the way -- that's a review of the faculty practice, presumably the best of the best, not the student-performed services.

Good affordable dental is what I thought originally when I first visited this campus dentistry school. However after being there for more than four years I've realize something the student dentist have gotten a little bit behind in education. The latest student dentist that I have been receiving have not only showed symptoms of neglect and it attention to detail but personality as well. I have always found pain at the end of the day when I visit USC school of dentistry enter at your own risk and take care of your teeth to avoid any future visits here.

This should be no surprise but Amerikkka’s medical system never fails to enrage me. You shame poor ppl for being poor and here they are trying to get better and you guys charge an arm and a leg. Have to wait 2 months to have important procedures be done and approved by medical. Staff telling you you have to call medical to beg they approve the procedure. Ppl in pain y’all just throw ibuprofen I can get that at the dollar store. These ppl will see you bleed to death before doing anything that doesn’t make them profit.
