I am a Farmington patient who had to be seen in Springdale due to remodel at normal clinic! My hygienist Kelsey rocks she is well aware of my anxiety I have and makes the experience not to hard for me! She gets in and does a wonderful job and she makes sure I am super comfortable and calm which both are a biggie for me at the dentist! I recommend River Dental when asked who I use because the know their patients and your not just a number to then!

They are very detailed and willing to go the extra mile to find why your teeth are hurting. Very friendly. Very Knowledgeable. They go over several treatment option plans with you. To give you the option what you want to do. What can fit in your budget or what doesn’t. They even have a membership plan to cut some cost.

Came in last year with a sore tooth. They told me I would need a root canal. Okay I said they start drilling (drilled a HUGE hole in my tooth) then said they couldn't do it I would need to see someone else. Then I schedule my 6 month cleaning, I get in and they refuse to do my cleaning unless I pay for their deep clean first. I told them I can't afford it I would just like my regular 6 month cleaning that insurance covers and they said they wouldn't do it . Took time off work to come in here for this! No wonder people don't go to the dentist . EDITED TO ADD : Wow. It's been almost 20 days and still have yet to hear from anyone. Sounds like you are really trying to "make this up to me"

Loved this place but after trying to explain I wanted full dentures due to financial reasons they kept sending forms for partial dentures which my insurance of course denied I been in pain over a year now I have to go to a dentist who has low ratings in hopes of getting dentures.

I'm so happy I found River Dental! I signed onto my insurance website and 3 of their doctors popped up at the top of the list with GREAT reviews. I of course went on Google and found the same results.. nothing but positive feedback! This put my mind at ease because I've been looking for a dentist In-Network being on a certain time frame with the health my teeth are in. I made an appointment immediately and was seen the very next day. I went in and explained the issues I was having along with the anxiety of all of the work I knew I was going to be going through in the future. I immediately had a Treatment Plan and they had time to go ahead and take care of my biggest issue while I was there! My mouth is already feeling 10 times better and I can't wait to undergo the rest of my Treatment Plan with River Dental. I was in shock with the reasonable prices after my insurance and the peace of mind I had. Dr. Chilton was very nice, understanding, patient and had a great sense of humor! I was treated with the upmost respect by everybody in the office. I'm happy to leave a review because I know how important it is for people like me looking for the best place to go to. I highly recommend this place! Thanks River Dental and I can't wait to continue my journey to a healthy mouth!

The staff was super friendly and provided extraordinary service. The staff was also well informed about procedures they offer. Provided a detailed step-by-step and what to expect in the day of. I appreciated that the exam rooms have doors that close and that a member of the team provided me with a pre-treatment estimate same day and explained it thoroughly. Only suggestion for improvement is for staff to introduce themselves by name and move the computers in the exam rooms so backs aren't turned to the patient.

I moved to NW Arkansas and was traveling over 700 miles to see my old dentist. After a few years of this, I decided it was time to find someone local. River Dental worked with my insurance & I heard good things. They were SO RIGHT! From the receptionists, to the techs to the dentists...EVERYONE knows their jobs and they are extremely professional at it. Dr. Cronin is an AMAZING dentist, he explains what he's doing and answers all your questions fully. Instead of the usual anxiety one gets in a dentist's office, it's all I can do to keep from falling asleep, I'm so RELAXED!! If fear of the dentist has kept you away, FEAR NO MORE! River Dental will have you relaxed and smiling in no time. A big thank you from me to everyone at River Dental, you've given me my smile back!

We had no appointment but my wife needed a tooth pulled bad so we called and they worked her in and we were very thankful. The Dentist was so helpful and informative plus his bedside manners was superb. Plus, it was on a Friday and he was the only one there and he said he would work us in. The staff was very polite and even though we work and we are still on Medicaid the treated us no different River Dental is very professional. Bad quality on customer service, assisting times. I had several times where after they called my name to go inside to see the dentist I waited over 45 min and the worst day over an hour. I have been waiting for my new aligners over a month since they took new scans, I called on Friday the 15th and they didn't find any information about it, I called Monday the 18th, some lady said they will be there sometime on that day, I called again on the 19 and nothing, so I called yesterday and the lady said that it was sent to the lab in Florida, but they don't know anything about a DELAY and that is not on their hands, are you kidding me I said, the payment is deducted from my card always sharp on time and that is apparently on your power but no the service. I hope I get a refund for the time I didn't get service, I have been wearing the same aligners for almost 2 months. Right now, I haven't received a clear answer nor a confirmation on why is taking so long or a true date to get them at the office, my first set was within 2 weeks this is now the 5th week. I do not recommend this place, and I am just half way my treatment. *Response from the owner* don't come with a sorry or an apology, refund my payment for this month. New update. After all the delay and careless from the team at "River Dental" I went to get my new aligners and they scheduled an appointment, they modified the direction of stones on my teeth and others were removed, I noticed when I get home and was going to bed that the person who did this did not finish the job, the trays don't match the direction of the stones on my teeth, I called them and they don't care, I have to adjust every time to the Dr.'s time and he does not work on my teeth every time, half of the time he sends the other ladies. Now this whole dilemma has been going for almost 2 weeks, I got my appointment this week, hoping I can get my refund for March. I want to mention that they gave me an apology, that was right, but I didn't get my money back, I am still very mad for the way I have been served.

I have had a checkup & cleanings, fillings & wisdom teeth extraction at River dental. It is the most courteous relaxed dentist office I have ever been to. They have not ever pressured me to have more work done than I was comfortable with and their prices are the most reasonable I have found in NWA. The hygenists at the Springdale location all speak Spanish which was a really good consideration for this city. I found all the staff and the dentists especially to be courteous, professional and ready to listen. An easy 5 star rating. I wouldn't consider going elsewhere.

I've had bad experiences at the dentist over the last 10 years. This being from not feeling welcomed to poor dentistry performed or lack of insurance knowledge. Overall just unpleasant experiences. The moment I walked in the door I felt invited and welcomed. The staff immediately greeted me. The lobby had a warm feeling. I had two kids with me, there was several televisions with age appropriate shows on as well as a kids play area! Made the visit much easier for me. When taken back I was talked through every step and the staff was very knowledgeable! Many dentist at the office, but mine was wonderful. I had A female dentist. What I had said to the assistant went straight to the dentist before she ever entered the room, this was wonderful. Cause I did not have to repeat myself again on The Who what's whys n how's so to speak. She sat with me and discussed all options available and we together decided on the plan that was best for me... I have to say I am very very happy with choosing River Dental, give them a call you won't be sorry! Thanks so much for the great care I received and continue to receive!

I had a toothache that had gotten pretty bad and River Dental was able to set me up with an appointment almost immediately! The staff are all very friendly and professional. They helped me out with deciphering what procedures insurance would cover and were very clear about out of pockets costs. I didn’t give it 5 stars because even though my tooth was hurting pretty badly but they were hesitant to prescribe anything that might help with the pain. It took a little prodding but they did give me a prescription for a mouth rinse that would help. Overall, I had a great experience and I would certainly recommend it River Dental.

Also, they went over my insurance coverage and what my out of pocket costs were. My appointment was on time, efficient, and all of the staff is incredibly nice.

Dentist was great and very gentle. I had 3 different assistants over the time I was there. Each one seemed as though they were in training and not sure what they were doing. I went in to get a tooth pulled and a crown. After I was finished, I thought I would have xrays of my other teeth and tell me what future needs of my teeth needed to be done. No one offered to do this for future business from me.

I love this place. I had not been to the dentist in a long time so my visit was way over due. They were so sweet, answered all of my questions and extremely flexible with scheduling. Also, the wait time was almost nothing which I really appreciated and they broke my treatment plan up into affordable sections, so I would not have to pay everything all at once and that helps a lot. All in all this place is awesome and if you're looking for a new dentist in the Springdale area this is where you should look!
