Went in for a toothache, I got put on meds and extraction scheduled. I ended up going to ER and tooth was removed there. I called to cancel appt, they told me they would be happy to look at extraction site to make sure everything looked good, no charge. Very nice and helpful. UNTIL I GOT A BILL!!! I called them but was told that it was not a free visit. I had no reason to go, so I KNOW I wouldnt have gone if I was going to be charged. They said, Too bad, so sad. I tell everyone I know about this place. Rip off artists!

Was quoted a much lower price, then when I went in for my appointment the cost had went WAY up...When I asked about the 1st quote that I signed that was much lower she said I had signed the higher one...I asked for a copy and was not given one. .. Bate and switch!!!!!! VERY bad customer service!!!

Been to My Dentist twice. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. I don't have dental insurance but was still treated professionally. Even without insurance they are reasonably priced. Dr. Whitfield is corteous and funny, they really make it a great experience.

Had some dental work done here before with minor problems but not bad enough to prevent me from coming back. Came in for a teeth cleaning and was told that my slightly elevated blood pressure wasn't going to let them proceed. My pressure was never taken for the root canal and crown procedures I had done but a teeth cleaning apparently is much more involved. At no point making the appointment was I made aware this maybe a concern. I am extremely dissatisfied.

I chose My Dentist for some dental work I needed. The dentist decided that she wanted to pull my old fillings and replace them. Okay. Well, EVERY SINGLE FILLING SHE HAS REPLACED HAS CRUMBLED. The first was on Christmas Eve. I had to wait days to get in, and get that fixed-only for it to crumake AGAIN. They will 'fix' them free of charge supposedly-but if you can't get something done right the first couple of times, why on earth would you go back? I will never ever go back, and I will spend my last breath telling anyone who will listen just how poorly I think of this absolutely ridiculous excuse for a dentist office. Side Note: If the denstist says 'Oh, I don't know why they're crumbling...must be old amalgam...' She's a stone cold idiot. Get our of the chair. Run. Don't make the same mistake I did, and have to pay twice.

Very rude and incompetent desk aide if that is what you can call her as your billing secretary. They falsified my bill to my dental insurance and then tried to bill me more. Forgery and double dipping into people's pockets. I will never ever go back. Feel sorry for other clients they have done this to and got away with it.

I went to My Dentist in Russellville, Arkansas for my two front top teeth. One was cracked and another one was chipped. I received two crowns and the fit is so good I can't tell the difference from my original teeth. The staff was great and I can't say enough about the dentist Dr. Benetta Whitfield. Lets face it... no one likes to go to the dentist (or at least no one I know of), but I was surprised at the how hard everyone worked to keep me at ease and make it a painless experience. I happily recommend Dr. Whitfield and her staff to anyone needing dental work.

My experience with MyDentist today has me considering legal action. I got a temporary crown in March, I was scheduled to get the permanent the 29th of March. I got a confirmation text was told that the crown was ready. I got to the March 29th appointment and my crown was "missing "... Nobody knew about the appointment that they had already confirmed with me by txt.. I held up my end. Today I was supposed to get my permanent crown.. A tall older woman reminded me 3 times about the temporary shouldn't have been left so long, I explained that I was scheduled March 29th and my crown was not there and nobody knew about it. She was just plain rude to me. I HAD a day scheduled March 29th. My time is just as valuable to me as yours is to you. I work the same hours as your office. My job doesn't allow me to be on the phone. My cleaning went well. The hygienist was really nice. After, Dr. Noble Dallison saw me. During our discussion on treatment plan and the costs. He explained how expensive it would be. This prompted me to ask "what is the most economical solution? " Dr. Noble Dallison looked me in the eye and said "kill yourself ". He chuckles and goes back to costs... I am still absolutely stunned. I didn't know what to say.. Another hygienist saw me and I told her what happened, and she got me to the office manager. After my discussion with the office manager I had the temporary crown removed, and the permanent crown didn't fit... I had to wait for a "new" temporary crown. The permanent crown, that's been paid for since before March 29th. So I have another discussion of treatment and payment plan with office manager. She had a discussion with Dr. Noble Dallison and he feels terrible. I assured her that I am not mad at her, but I don't want to see him again. SO, I have a new temporary crown, and I am going to get it done with Dr. Benetta Whitfield. I will keep you posted.

My husband went to them, charged him for all they were going to do. Then they decided they couldn't do anything because they considered his blood pressure to be to high. Reimbursed him all he paid. Since they couldn't or wouldn't do anything they weren't going to charge him not even for the office call. A week later they sent a bill for $98.00, the amount for the office call. I called them and told them the situation and they said they always charge for an office call, that I was mistaken. We had proof the receipt they gave with the reimbursement and it plainly said what they did. They are still dunning us for the $98.00. They are totally stupid. My husband's dr even thinks they're stupid.
