I wanted to look for a dentist who could clean my teeth on my day off, and specifically requested for the service before I made an appointment. The receptionist informed me that they would be able to clean my teeth, and thus I made an appointment with them (my regular hygienist/dentist was not available). However, after having my x-rays taken and a dentist who came in for about 3 minutes to look at my teeth, I waited 20 minutes before someone came in to present me with a treatment plan. I told her I would like my teeth cleaned today and that I have made that clear in my request for an appointment. Obviously, she seemed a little surprised and informed me she would need to schedule an appointment for my cleaning service. Well, I do not have that many days off to get my teeth cleaned. If you cannot offer cleaning service on the day I requested, be upfront with it instead of wasting my time!

I originally left a good review, after the last visit I won't be coming back. Not only did the dentist decide she was doing a completely different set of things than I had made an appointment for, but then acted like I was being unreasonable because I didn't want to follow along with her. I wasted about an hour that day, and got nothing done, not even the two fillings I was scheduled for.

Tried to spend thousands of dollars here for 4 root canals and crowns and they didn't feel like scheduling anything for a month out. Then "Melinda" hung up on us when we reminded her we were trying to spend our money with them. Why do companies make it SOOO hard for you to GIVE them cash?!?!

I was sent there for a dental exam as part of a pre-employment physical. My perspective employer set this up. They kept trying to make me pay fees out of my pocket. I was even propositioned for payment while awaiting in the dentist chair. The office manager kept telling me payment was due at time of visit. If she had read the paper work and understood that the company that sent me there would be billed directly. I think this was there first rodeo with this kinda deal. Kinda embarrassing for me to keep telling them, call the number on the paper work and read the instructions provided to you. They still have not submitted the paperwork to my prospective employer. Appointment was work days ago. To be fair, the young lady that did my x-rays and rest of staff was nice. I understand the need to get paid for services, was not handled very tastefully. Cheers.

Right now I have blinding mouth pain so I leave work earlier and head here thinking I may experience relief because they are supposed to close at 4pm according to every site they posted on yet as I pull in at 11:20am I see people leaving and I walk in and they receptionist says they’re closing. They made no attempt to help whatsoever nor were they professional enough to work the hours they posted. So being turned away while fighting back tears from the amount of pain from “medical professionals” who are supposed to care has showed me plenty. I guess hurrying home to catch the game out ranks patients in need with these people.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. When I spoke with them yesterday twice. I told them I would need to be sedated, that my tooth is broke and I want it extracted. I specifically asked if that could be done on my 1st visit. They said yes both people I spoke with. So on the day of my visit I asked before I filled out the paperwork, will I get my tooth pulled today with total sedation. They again said yes but we have to do an oral exam and x-rays first. I agreed. So after the x-rays( with the not so gentle guy) and the oral exam. The dr tells me ok I recommend extracting 2 teeth. I said fine by me. Another lady comes in with a break down of my cost. I say ok we are pulling my 2 teeth today right. To which she replies NO. the dr who does sedations only comes once a month and he wont be here till Dec. 15th... Are u kidding me. I got a broken painful tooth and filled out all the paperwork and got the x-rays and let you poke my sore teeth. And now you tell me you only do sedations once a month. So I left no closer to pain relief then when I started. So disappointed in this place. Never going back.

Dr. Walls at Monarch Dental in Fayetteville is awesome! She was able to successfully drill through an implant crown to remove and replace a defective implant screw that had become loose. This procedure saved me a considerable amount of money by saving the existing crown. I appreciate all her efforts to help me with this! Dr. Walls is my "go-to" for all my dental needs!

PLEASE READ! In short they pulled the wrong tooth. The dentist and the died black haired female(not lady) have given me all kind of BS like they are to conservative to pull it(but not to pull a perfectly fine tooth). They also said they didn't pull it because it just needs a filling. Then turned right around and said they didn't pull it because it had a filling. Just lies and all i want is my tooth fixed. I HAVE MADE MANY REVIEWS ON GOOGLE THIS IS MY ONLY BAD ONE!!!!!!

While the dental assistant was sweet. The dentist had great bedside manner. But I can not help but feel scammed. I had already been to a dentist prior. I explained that when I called to make the appointment. I was already aware of the work that needed to be completed and which tooth. They told me they could provide that service to me at a discounted price. So I drove an hour and a half to get to this appointment just to be told that they could not perform the root canal on the 2nd molar. But they did expect payment. I already had x-rays, which were taken two days prior to this appointment but the insisted that they do their own. Upon completion of the exam I was referred to endodontist which they do not have in there practice. Which now I have to schedule a consult with them. Today was a waste of my time and money. Due to them not being up front with me. You should clarify before making the appointment with them that they can actually perform the services. I did this myself and still ended up paying for something I had already paid for previously.

I am on a seriously tight budget, so when I get deals in the mail, I use them. I got a card sent to me that says CASH customers get this deal, not NEW customers. My experience with Dr walls was terrific. The tooth she replaced was done a lot better than I expected! She ended up replacing more than just that one tooth! NO STARS. I cannot stress enough how awful my experience with Dr. Walls was. I came in for a routine check up and left with nerve pain in two teeth. It has been almost two months of pain and their office will not help me. I have heard similar stories from friends once I started to talk about my experience. I would agree with other reviewers this place will take your money, but they will not fix what they broke. I have reported their gross negligence to the Better Business Bureau. UPDATE: Now I need a root canal in the crown they did (& reimbursed me for bc they agreed it was poorly done). My specialist said it was the worst crown work she had ever seen. After nearly a year, I am finally pain free from their botched work. A YEAR!!

INSURANCE ISSUE- Very Frustrated... I have gotten a lot of dental work done here and haven't had a problem until now. I told the front desk I wanted to reschedule my 3 filing for January so that my insurance would pay for it. They said I might need another root canal if I wait so I asked how much it would be. The Blonde at the desk checked my insurance and gave me a quote. If wasn't a whole lot so I decided to do it. I just got a bill asking for another $200. Not happy at all. I`m going somewhere else next year which is upsetting because I really liked Dr. Kilcrease.

Really bad experience. Rude staff. Rough x-ray technician; she had the skin under my tongue raw from the xray mouth-piece. Apparently it was really difficult for her to find the right angle to stick it in my mouth... Then, I was asked if I "even" flossed at what was supposed to be a refreshing cleaning appointment. When you do not normally have dental insurance, going to get a cleaning is such a beautiful luxury. I had not been to the dentist in a little over a year.. Monarch Dental was unpleasant & made me feel uncomfortable. Also, I paid the charges the insurance did not cover while I was in the office that day. Tell me why 6 months later they are calling me for more money saying they had already called me 1 time, that the charge will go to collections if I did not pay today? I paid. I will not be going back.

I would give no stars if I could. Super qualified dentists and hygienists but the front desk and office workers are people of my nightmares. you could not pay me to go back here. I was routinely talked to like I was an absolute idiot, lied to, and left to figure multiple things out on my own. (financing and treatment plans etc). I was told multiple times certain things would take one appointment and only at the end was it made clear it would take three. no explanation. just 'how it is'. Seriously- GO ANYWHERE ELSE!
