I can't say enough good things about this dentist office the people there in the front office are great.The technicians that help the dentist make you feel comfortable and relaxed it was very important to me. And both times I had to come was pretty much and emergency situation they were able to give me a quick relieve of my pain and take care of me as quick as possible. Both extractions I felt virtually no pain whatsoever to do the way they've administered the anesthetic and did the work. I have visited 4 dentists in the past year without finding a dentist to call my own. I had a dental emergency today and called these folks on the recommendation of a friend and am so happy I did! They were kin d and they fit me in immediately which is amazing to me. The dentist I had gone to recently to get X-rays etc and start a relationship with couldn’t see me until Wednesday. The team at Metropark dental fixed my issue and we even set an appointment to correct another minor issue I had been waiting to hear back about. They called my insurance and took care of everything with them. This was the best experience I have had with a local dentist since I moved here. If you need a dentist please consider them. I have never had a billing or treatment issue. As of my last check up, there are 'watching' a tooth for a possible cavity issue but did not in any way try to pressure or get me to agree to getting a filling. I also had two teeth that needed sealed (I have always had to keep the sealed) but the hygienist didn't try to pressure me at all to get it done and I actually had to request that she do it the same day rather than wait 6 more months. I had 0 issues with receiving the free whitening and got it each and every time. I highly recommend them.

Very nice people. That means the entire staff! Comfortable place too. I had 2 extractions done and it took about 30 minutes and that’s it. The Doctor was super quick with them with minimum discomfort. Only down side, I’m a baby when it come to pain so I was slightly shocked they don’t proscribe pain medication. This will be my first time having an extraction without it, so wish me luck.

Wonderful first experience, even with learning I needed to get my wisdom teeth pulled. Dr Lane is awesome! Has much confusion related to our insurance records for cleaning (they didn't fund my Sims records even though my husband went right to the site and found them), so he got a cleaning that wasn't necessary. Plus communication was poor as to why we were there (a consult for teeth extraction). Was resolved but only after being there for an hour and a half and me having to ask lots of questions.

I was just here this morning for an emergency service and let me tell you.... that was the fastest service I’ve ever seen. I didn’t even get the time to actually panic due to my fear of the extraction processes. I was in by 7:40am and was done 8:20am. The dentist was great he was calming and explain the procedure.He then took his time to make sure that he extracted the tooth safely. I was given instructions on the after care procedures and that was that. Pretty great place to go if you are looking for a new dentist!! Not like Aspen dental! You will feel like ur at home! I’m glad I made the decision to give this place a try and u should too!

I’ve seen many dentists over the years but Dr. Erickson stands out as my favorite and for many reasons. He’s patient, kind, professional and more than anything he listens to me and validates my concerns. I never feel like my dentist anxiety is a burden to him or his staff. I don’t feel rushed while I’m there and they always validate that they are listening to me and do whatever is possible to manage any pain or discomfort I might have to the best of their ability and what’s available to help me. Going to the dentist and hygienist is never really at the top of my list but I always leave there feeling like they made my experience the best it could possibly be. I highly recommend this clinic & Dr. Erickson to anyone looking to change dentists, especially if it’s a nerve wracking experience for them but they are committed to good oral health regardless.

I didn't feel that my hygienist did the work on my cleaning that I usually get. I have been coming for 20 years to Dr Erickson so have had a lot of hygienist do cleanings. She didn't use the sander head to polish my teeth and did not address the hardware of my implants at all. Usually they are cleaned.

As a hygienist, for 13.5 years, I was always very impressed with the skill of our dentists! I asked a local periodontist and a local orthodontist which dentist does the best crowns in NWA and they both looked at me and said "well, you work for them!" I agree!! They are super sweet and will care for you like you were one of their family members!
