My dentist, Dr. Johnson, left this facility a while back. I stayed with Bold Dental/McQueen Dental because of proximity. However, due to recently moving homes, I decided that my most recent appointment was going to be my last and I was going to look for a closer dentist. That was true until I attended my appointment. Hannah the hygienist treated me with so much care and attention! This was the best visit and cleaning I have ever gotten. Needless to say, I will be staying with McQueen Dental and encourage others to try this place out.

The staff really help you save what money you can on dental treatments, they pointed out a cheap insurance alternative that I could use. The hygienists I have had were fairly gentle on my gums and personable. The dentist communicated with me about what he was doing, and was very quick with drilling my teeth and putting in fillings. When I had some pain, they fit me in that day for a check up and adjustment of my bite where the filling had too little space between the teeth, for free. My three visits have been a great experience, and I intend to keep going there for the duration of my stay in Fayetteville.

Great appointment! I was in and out during my lunch hour! There was hardly any wait time once I checked in. I barely got my coat off and I was being called back. My hygienist (Hannah) was amazing. She took the time to thoroughly explain the procedures and her findings and to answer any questions I had. Dr. McQueen is great! Very personable and thorough. Can trips to the dentist actually be fun?!?! YES! If you go here :)

Any problems with your teeth (or common problems you can avoid when caring for your teeth) are explained in great detail. All check-in paper work is digital, which saves the hassle for a first-time appointment. The hygienists and dentist here really do care about their clients and are straightforward with charges to your account and/or what to expect with your dental care moving forward. The waiting room has a quaint atmosphere with snacks and coffee available. They check you in and get you back within 10 minutes. Very thorough, efficient dental care right on the UA campus.

I am particularly impressed with the care provided to my sister who was visiting AR for a few days and had an emergency situation when her tooth cap was dislodged during lunch at a restaurant. I called Bold dental immediately to see if we could schedule an emergency appointment for her although she was not a client. They did not hesitate to fit her in to the schedule and in less than 24 hours she was able to get in and get the tooth repaired before we had to travel out-of-state the next day. I am appreciative of the timely, quality service we received! Thanks for an excellent experience!

I now know that it was my former dentist in Wisconsin who is to blame! Everyone here is very, very nice and their "bedside manners" are beyond reproach. At each step of the process, from the cleaning to the consult with the dentist to the explanation of how my insurance will handle everything, I genuinely felt that they had my best interest in mind. Best dentist office I have ever visited, hands down! (And they got rid of two nasty brown stains I thought I was stuck with forever!) HIGHLY recommended. I almost forgot to mention: their technology seems to be state-of-the-art, and everyone seems very well-trained in all of its use. Great people!

I can’t say enough about these ladies, between making someone is terrified of dentist(even simple cleaning caused anxiety waiting for some crazy to happen), being patient with all those anxieties, answering so many questions about insurance( which isn’t easy to understand to begin with) and truly taking time to explain what and why some fillings/procedures need to happen. I have never experienced a practice like this where they remember even the smallest things that you chit chat about before and after the procedure or cleaning. ex. How’s the new puppy, how’s your three year doing, how’s the new house going, ect. Not to long ago I had to have some adjustments done which did involve a drill which would have had me running without something like nitrous but because of the trust they help you built was able to do it with anything. You ladies are the best! And will continue to come back and refer everyone I know to them.

Dr. McQueen and his staff are very friendly and detailed. Dr. McQueen was able to identify keys problems I needed to take care of almost immediately during my first visit, went back for the work on a second appointment and it was a breeze to go through the procedures, basically painless, best dental experience I've had so far! Dr. McQueen and his staff gladly took out the time to answered all of my questions and explained everything throughly.

The Hygienist Hannah was very easy to talk too, which took my focus away from the awful teeth scratching sound when they clean them, and the awkwardness of the X-ray instrument they use. I came into McQueen dental this morning to get my teeth cleaned. After checking in, I waited less than 2 minutes before being taken back for my appointment. I met with Hannah, who was a very sweet and friendly dental hygienist. She did a great job of making me feel comfortable. I received a full X-ray and then got to meet with Dr. McQueen, who was a lovely gentleman. He took a look inside my mouth and asked a few questions to make sure I was all sorted out. After that, Hannah cleaned and polished my teeth very thoroughly. She was great about answering my questions and providing specific feedback about ways I can improve my dental hygiene. We scheduled a follow-up appointment and I was sent home with a goodie bag. I left happy that I know my teeth are clean and my dental health is in good shape. I’m excited to return and see how Hannah’s tips will have helped when I come back for my next cleaning!

I briefly met with Dr. McQueen post cleaning and he was polite and professional but Hannah's professional and friendly demeanor made the annual trip to the dentist a breeze. She spoke the entire time as if we were long lost friends telling great stories and making sure I felt welcomed and comfortable. McQueen dental did an amazing job! It is fast and conveniently located near the University of Arkansas. My hygienist, Hannah did so great and was so helpful! She answered all of my questions and was able to give me useful suggestions to improve my oral health! I will definitely continue to use them!

Got me in for a last minute appointment. Very friendly office and professional staff. Even being a work in the appointment was quick. Updated review: They continue to bill me for a payment that was made in person at time of service, and have been sent proof of via email. This is a payment that the front desk stated "Insurance didn't pay enough" when I paid for the services before hand. Very sketchy.
