The dental care and technology seems to be state of the art. The billing practices are not acceptable. Consistently they collect co-pays well beyond the requirement (based upon pre-certs), then the office holds the over payment for an extended period of time. If further work is schedule, then the money will be held until that appointment clears insurance. When you call to inquire, it takes 2-3 weeks for the account to be researched. I have overpayments that extend 6 months. The office staff will simply tell you, "this is just the way it is". I say, this is not the way it is with other health care or vendors. The staff is very friendly, professional, and pleasant to deal with; it is the billing policies that I have an issue.

Beware! This was a terrible experience. I am new to the area and went to Dr Hubbs because her office is conveniently located. Unfortunately, I believe they are out to GET AS MUCH MONEY as they can from their patients! I have never had any issues with my teeth and routinely have them cleaned every 6 months. I brush, floss and continue to wear the retainers I received from my orthodontist. I've only ever had a couple of cavities in almost 30 years. They were extremely pushy and suggested I needed over $1500 in dental work! Also, they took xrays and pictures of my mouth that took over an hour and were not 100% covered by my insurance. I lost count after 25 xrays/pictures. After getting a second opinion, my teeth are fine. I truly believe they are looking to make as much money as possible by suggesting procedures to unknowing patients. DO NOT GO THERE!

There aren't enough positive things I can say about Life Style Dentistry and all of the staff there. As soon as you walk in the door, you're met with smiling faces and incredible, welcoming décor. The office itself is magnificent. The professionalism of all the staff, from the front desk to the dental hygienists is unparalleled. My oral care is always top notch and my dental hygienist is always kind, gentle and very friendly. Dr. Hubbs' staff is always accommodating too - I've had to re-schedule an appointment or two and I've never had any problem getting a timely resolution to my schedule change need. Life Style Dentistry is also fabulous about reminding you of your appointments. I get a reminder card in "snail mail", an email reminder, a personal phone call and a text message. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate these reminders - in today's busy world, it makes SUCH an impact to have a care provider remind me of my appointments. The equipment at Dr. Hubbs' office is state-of-the-art and maintained impeccably. Any time you have any care provided - from a cleaning to even something as complex as a crown, Dr. Hubbs is extremely attentive and always makes sure you understand the process and follows up with you afterward. Beware! Worst Dental Experience. Do not take your business nor your teeth here! MY husband and I visited Dr Ann at life style dentistry looking for a fresh start with a great dentist. They begin our first visit by transposing my dental information with my husbands profile and vice versa; causing mis billing. They claimed that my cavities needed to be filled immediately when I had been having my routine checkups and my previous dentist did not recommend filling them as they were not deep enough to raise concern, nor were they giving me any discomfort. After I got the four fillings that Dr Ann claimed I NEEDED, in all four teeth that she filled, I have had the worst tooth pain, discomfort, and sensitivity. Two weeks after having the procedure, I went back in to Dr Ann, and she said that due to having drilled so closely to the nerve, I would now need a root canal ASAP. Before I went in to have the procedure done, the billing associate had went over what my insurance would cover, stating it would amount to roughly 300 dollars out of pocket. I paid this amount before having the fillings done. I then receive a bill on 6/19 in the mail 2-3 months after proceedure, dating 6/14. Due by 6/29. When I called to find out why there was an outstanding balance, they inform me that the bill of 888 dollars is to be paid in full by 6/22 or it would go directly to collections. My insurance is stating they will not pay for the fillings because of a 6 month waiting period before fillings are covered, which was never mentioned prior to procedure. On their portal they have my 4 fillings with anesthesia listed as costing 910 dollars without the insurance coverage. I'm no mathmatician, but 910-300 does not equate 888. For some reason my husbands procedure was covered in full by the same insurance (which we have had for the same length of time). But, life style did charge for things that my husband did not want and were not discussed before they were done and of course insurance will not cover. The most upsetting part of the whole experience is that i have never had a tooth ache or tooth pain even after previous fillings. It's been several months since I had my fillings done by Dr Ann and I can't eat or drink without cringing from deep pain and discomfort in all of the teeth that she "filled". Something is not right here, it's Attorney time.

My husband and I have both been to see Dr. Hubbs and have had bad experiences. She is quick to suggest procedures, mouth guards, etc and doesn't care about the financial impact or burden of the patient. I was charged for items not covered by my dental insurance (and not given the option to turn them down). Also, when she filled a cavity, I ended up needing a root canal because of nerve damage. Also, the quotes you receive are not item level and have been incorrect 2 out of 3 times that we have had them. After the procedure we receive a bill double what we were quoted.

Lifestyle Dentistry really helped me out several weekends ago. I had a terrible tooth ache on a Friday morning. They were able to work me in to an early morning appointment without being on the schedule. They were very accommodating because I had my 1 year old son with me. Anne Hubbs was able to see me and resolve the issue very quickly. Turns out that I had a popcorn kernel stuck in my gums. It was a great experience and I highly recommend Lifestyle Dentistry.

Andrea also confirms and explains further if I have any questions. I also do not feel like they are pushy with having dental work done. So far, things have been good. Everyone here is very friendly. They have the nicest equipment I've ever seen in a dentist's office. Dr. Ann Hubbs was very nice and very thorough and made sure she answered all my questions. After not going to the dentist in ~10 years, I knew I needed work and I almost got it done here, but I decided to try a second opinion just to be sure. It turns out that the other two dentists I saw didn't think I needed the 3 crowns she recommended or most of the fillings she recommended as well. They also tried to tell me I needed to get a "deep cleaning" for peridontal disease and regular cleaning every 3 months after that. No other dentist even mentioned it. So just beware that you might not need all the work they say you do. They also make you pay upfront before any of the work is done which I thought was weird but when I decided to go somewhere else they refunded my $1200 in a few days. Also, I feel like a lot of these "5 star" reviews are fake. The profile has no picture, any information, and only reviews one thing which is this dentist office... hmmmm

I, as well as my family, have been going to Dr. Hubbs for several years and have always been pleased with how thorough Dr. Hubbs and her staff are. Recently, I was diagnosed with Sleep Apnea and I wanted to find an alternative to the CPAP machine. I visited with Dr. Hubbs regarding a dental appliance and she spent time explaining Sleep Apnea and how the dental appliance works and how it can help. I received my custom made appliance within a week and she had me return for a couple of follow-up appointments for her to ensure the fit and comfort of the appliance and to make any adjustments that may be needed. I am so very happy to report that the dental appliance has solved my Sleep Apnea and I, as well as my husband, are sleeping peacefully. Thank you Dr. Hubbs for presenting me with this option vs. the CPAP machine, for your thoroughness with treating my Sleep Apnea.

Stone cold hearted. I went to Ann to replace a porcelain vaneer. Another dentist had started the work, and I was unhappy with the way it was looking. My husband had spoken extensivey with Ann's staff and was confident that Ann would be able to take care of my situation. My first appointment, I went in and literally sat in the chair, one hour and forty five minutes, to have three Xrays taken. 99% of the time I was waiting for, I have no idea what!!! She schuled the next appointment, and although I did not feel a very friendly vibe from her, I went ahead and agreed to it. The day before my appointment I had to reschedule because my husband (who has cancer in his bones) had a crisis in that his hip/ femur broke, he had to have surgery, and then be moved to a rehabilitation facility. On the morning of my appointment, we were under severe thunderstorm warning, as well as flash flood. Still, I soldiered on braving the weather. On my way there, I got an upsetting call about my ill husband. When I got to her office, I pulled myself together, and paid the (I believe) $1200.00 before having the work done. She and her assistant called me into a private waiting room, and she said she would be uncomfortable working on me because I was upset. I explained to her that I would be fine in a few minutes but had just gotten the news. Dealing with an ill husband is very taxing mentally, emptionally, and physically. As the conversation went on, she started to say that she would be taking advantage of me to replace this temporary. I askned her to ecplain exactly what she meant, and honestly her logic cometely fell apart. It made no sense. I knew exactly what I was doing and what I was paying for! She said the other dentist had a cap made for the tooth. To which I replied no, because we canceled it with her. I asked Ann if she had spoken to the dentist who put this (Chicklet looking) temporary cap on and she looked me straight in the face and lied, saying "no she had not". If Ann had not spoken to her how would she have any idea the other dentist had a cap ready??!! I certainly did not! So what it came down to was this. She waisted my time, two seperate days. Took my money, AND THEN told me she would not do the service. 1) Why would she not be professional and just take care of my problem. 2) If I was somewhat upset when I came in (and paid her in full $1200.00) would she not have even an inkling of empathy, and take care of my tooth. I was givenback back my two bank card receipts, and I left. But not before telling her that I had been a patient of my dentist in another city, (previous to the one I changed from here) for over 20 years. That I am a very loyal and faithful client, when I am treated with respect. I have never been treated so rudely by a service person in my life. She is stone cold, uncaring, and will not be able to pay for that overly decorated office (that she designed herself) if she does not change.

I got a flyer in the mail advertising a complimentary new patient exam and x-rays, on the flyer they also claimed to offer a comfortable experience with no pressure to break the bank. I read *some* reviews but I guess I should've done more research... They claim the exact opposite of the service I got! First of all, I work in the dental field myself and previously as a dental assistant, I can confidently say stay away from this office! I was 15/20 min into my appointment before anyone asked me any "get to know you" questions, even then it was just one question about my job and stopped there. Customer service or just basic friendly human interaction did not seem like a priority to them in this aspect AT ALL. BEFORE SHE EVEN LOOKED AT MY TEETH the receptionist came in and asked how I wanted to pay for an almost $400 cleaning... In my dental knowledge and the state my mouth health was in, this was completely unnecessary. After telling them several times I couldn't afford it, they pushed payment plans and a Care Credit card (I'm in sales too so I understand the process they use but, in this context, they were going against their claims of a "no pressure" experience to the extreme.) all before completing my initial exam. When Dr Hubbs came in, she used the guilt trip method of selling the treatment by telling me the list of long term health problems I could get from not doing this cleaning... Typical greedy dentist behavior! I told them again that I've never needed this extensive of a cleaning even when I've had bleeding gums and I just want the basic cleaning I knew I needed. I signed a refusal of suggested treatment form and we moved on to my cleaning... THIS WAS THE MOST PAINFUL CLEANING I'VE EVER HAD! I've never had a fear of the dentist or getting dental work done but in this cleaning I learned how easy it is for people to develop this legitimate fear. She was very rough and it felt like she was ripping my gums up, I was using everything I had to not start crying. When I would flinch, she would say "that's why we needed to do the other cleaning". Again, in my dental experience, a basic cleaning should never be that painful even if you have sensitivity and a hygienist should never respond in such a cold condescending way! She obviously was taking out her frustration on me for not giving her more of my money. After the cleaning, she proceeded to teach me how to floss... this was extremely demeaning to me because she knew that I am an experienced dental assistant!! I cannot believe that a dental office can be this harsh, impersonal, and petty to one of their own! AND when I called to make the appointment on the phone, the receptionist told me it would be around $80 for a basic cleaning, it ended up being $95. All around I am so disappointed in my experience with this office and won't be returning or referring anyone!

Took my 7 and 12 year old there. These people were very pushy to start off with. The hygentist asked me about 10 times to put sealents on their teeth (about 10 all together). Then they informed me my 7 year old had 2 cavities. WIth insurance the price was going to be $230. Well I called my dentist so they could see the 7 year old, took him in and he doesn't have cavities. What a rip off!! I called them and let them know what I thought. DONT GO THERE!

I give this place two stars because Staff is sweet and place is clean and nice. However, I needed a bite/grinder plate and asked for one and she wanted me to come back in for an Invisile first and talk more about the cosmetics before they made the guard. I went to another dentist today and the first thing he said is you NEED a bite plate ASAP and no waiting. He wanted to save my teeth rather than pay thousands worth of cosmetics. (I'm a night grinder so it only gets worse). He actually fixed a filling that had still been hurting since my last visit to Lifestyle after I went once AFTER the initial filling there. It seems like they push for more money with cosmetics rather than the immediate need. $$$

Overall, very pushy about veneers and cosmetic procedures. I never had any issues with my teeth. I should have known it was a red flag when they told me I had 6 cavities and a list of other issues. I trusted their recommendation. Since having my teeth worked on, I have had tooth pain, mouth discomfort and trouble eating. At this point, I am worried it isn't going away. The staff is very nice. I did appreciate how quickly the staff reacted to take care of me when I needed help. They were attentive on the weekends. I spent a lot of money and I am left with spending even more money to get my teeth back to normal and pain every time I eat.

I had the worst dental experience of my life at this place. Told me I needed all kind of work done to the tune of 5000 dollars. Took 1 hour and 20 minutes of xrays and pictures that they are now trying to charge me for. I went back to my dentist in Springdale, had a thorough cleaning (lifestyle wanted me to have a debridement and my dentist said there was no justification). I have 1 cavity, which I will get filled by my old dentist, but he saw no reason for all the other work at this time. Watch out! I believe they are out to make whatever money they can however they can!!

They are extremely thorough and I learned more about my teeth at my first visit there then I have in any visit to a dentist in my life. I'm a busy mom and work a full time demanding job. One of my kids has major anxiety... which is hard to find a good dental team who can help rather than just rush us through. I called and ask if they could see my two teenagers on a specific day since I was already off work. They made accommodations for us and got both my kids in right away. When we got there they welcomed us and made us feel so comfortable. They even helped me with my youngest child with down syndrome so I could talk to the dentist about their dental care. My teens felt comfortable and gained more knowledge on how to care for their teeth and gums. They said they weren't nervous at all. Dr. Ann Hubbs was kind and took the time to answer all my questions and go over my concerns. I am so glad to find a place for dental care where we don't feel just like another patient....we feel more like we are cared for...like family. I can't say enough how wonderful this experience was.

I had my teeth examination and fillings done here and could say with high confidence that this is one of the worst dentist have ever seen.First , she suggested me a surgery for my wisdom tooth removal that costed me a bomb amount of $1300 way above Arkansas and National average . Secondly, they suggested me to do fillings (which upon my later consultation with my family dentist said was unnecessary ) being naive I believed and I think the doctor who worked on me was Elizabeth Hubs , she was busy and cared less to provide quality. One of my filling had high bite and the other she over drilled and reached the root and the reason she provided was that it was difficult for her to reach and see that was why it got over drilled . In reality its very visible to naked and I freaking reach with just my fingers. All see is that it's just the mentality to provide quality to patients that lacked with dentist that caused this error. My word of caution: Avoid this Dentistry at all cost, unless you believe you have lot of money and have extra set of teeth to spare.
