They were very understanding and made me feel good about the decisions I was making. They made sure I understood the payment plans and helped me choose the right one for me. They were very friendly and made me smile! I had Alandra take care of me and take my xrays and she was very thorough and explained everything that she was doing. She was also very thoughtful and made sure that I was comfortable and not in any pain. She was very sweet. Libby was my hygienist. She was super sweet and gave me options to help build the enamel back on my teeth. She was super caring and very informative. Dr. Smith came in and explained what work I would have to get done and how they would do it. He was very kind. Over all, I believe this has been the best dental experience I have ever had. The entire staff was so caring and friendly. They know how to take care of people. HFD is definitely the best place around to get any type of dental work done. They treat you like family. I will recommend them to everyone. Thank you guys for being so amazing!!!!

When I first became a patient of Higginbotham Family Dental several years ago, I was not confident in my oral health. I had a broken tooth that urgently needed repair and other more minor treatment needs. I was embarrassed about the state of my teeth. Every member of the staff was kind and understanding. I was provided a comprehensive, step by step by plan that was mananagble. It made the process less daunting. Every step of the way, they have been accomadating of my schedule. Even working me in for an emergency root canal. The free lifetime whiting is truly a great bonus that all patients should take advantage of. Today I have a beautiful and healthy smile that I could not have without the help of Higginbotham Family Dental.

Higginbotham was able to get me in just a few hours after I requested an appointment for a cleaning, that same day I was advised that I needed to get a wisdom tooth extracted and they were able take of it immediately the same day. Holly Green, my dental hygienist, was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had for her. Dr. Steven White took care of my fillings and extraction as smoothly as possible with knowledge and informed me of every step of the process. My visit and procedure was very pleasant and painless!
