This time Lauren helped me with figured out what the best insurance I should get is! And Kristen helped Dr. Higginbotham do my filings. Always great customer service!

And the cheerful and tireless crew of Jordan and Lauren out front... Thanks for dealing with our insurance and finding us free fluoride and sealant! I didn't know that! Huge props for your attitude and patience, because customer service can be the hardest work.

The atmosphere of the practice is very welcoming. All staff members were exceptionally kind and courteous. My hygienist, Tiffany, was amazing and very professional. Everyone in office made sure we were comfortable and felt welcomed. I highly recommend this office, especially for families, because they were extremely accommodating and patient with my 2 year old daughter. Excellent customer service!

I’ve recently become a patient at the Southwest Drive location and everyone is so awesome. Hannah is my dental hygienist and she has begun my SRP’s and I plan to have some dental caps and a root canal done with Dr. Smith. Everyone is so sweet. And they’re awesome with breaking down the prices so you know exactly what you’re paying for. I don’t feel rushed into paying for procedures or anything I don’t need. Everything is explained so well. And they do so much to ensure your comfort. I have serious dental anxiety and with Hannah’s help I’m always at ease!

Cheyanne the receptionist was very friendly and helpful with checking in and paperwork. Lexi was extremely patient and gentle with my son. Dr. White was quick and thorough checking his teeth and determining what to do about my sons chipped tooth. I give them 5 stars and would highly recommend Higginbotham Family Dental! Finally a Dentist I can enjoy going to. Cheyenne and the two laurens up front are extremely friendly and helpful. Jordan my hygienist was professional, kind and amazing at cleaning teeth! Didn't have to wait long at all before the doctor showed up and greeted me with a handshake and a smile. I will be back.

The place looks so dirty and broken. Many of the chairs are broken. The floor is full of scratches and looks filthy. I don’t know why they have the low-quality paper towels that are used in toilets inside where they check you. Furthermore, the dental assistants are extremely rude and are always in a rush to the point that they accidentally injured my mouth. Perhaps it’s because I go there after 5 pm (near closing time)? Other than that The doctors are exceptionally polite and proficient.

I’ve never had a bad experience at this location, I’ve been with them since my freshmen year in college 2011. I recommend them to all my peers and anyone who is looking for a new dentist home/family! Dr. White and his stuff are amazing! I’ve been using them for almost a year now for my braces and my entire experience has been great. I would definitely recommend the Southwest Drive location for any dental procedures you are needing. I never wait longer than 10 minutes to be seen,they take their time and always check to see if I need anything. The facility is always clean.

Upon shopping for a new dentist, I happened upon Higginbotham Family Dental on Southwest Drive and I am so glad I did. The entire team from the office staff to the Hygienist and Provider delivered an amazing standard of care. I had multiple questions about my treatment and the state of my dental health in addition to being somewhat apprehensive initially. I was then quickly put to ease by their professionalism and extensive knowledge regarding establishing and the implementation of my future plan of care. I feel very comfortable about moving forward with my new dental provider.

First a big shout out to all people at HFD. From the moment I called for an appointment to the end of my appointment, they were very professional and exceptionally nice people to work. I would recommend to anyone to at least look them up next time they need any dental work done.
