I went to another dentist for the majority of my life. He was a very good dentist. I couldn't afford to go to a dentist for over ten years and I needed a bit of work done. I picked Central Dental in a rush and it was a good pick. The receptionists are polite and ready to help. Paige, Hannah, Sarah, and Ake are the people I had the most contact with and they are all exceptional. They will explain anything you have questions about, in terms of work being done and they take pride in what they do. Thank you, for treating me with respect and giving me great care. Having a hard time trusting new people with my healthcare was made easier by your practice.

Dalton Dental billed me 100% of a mouth guard up front over 6 months ago and double billed the insurance company 50% of the bill. They also told me the appliance was covered under insurance and it was not. I have tried contacting the dental office about the double billing resulting in excesive charges to me and they have not returned calls, sent an email, or mailed any sort of communication. I'm completely disgusted after many attempts. The lack of communication is very unprofessional.

I was told I had more problems than I actually do have (I went to see another dentist). Central Dental is only concerned about making money & isn't very ethical in their business practices.

They do exceptional work and the staff are quite pleasant. That being said, they did give me a statement of how much my next procedure would be ($48), 6 months later I called the day before the appointment to confirm the price hadnt changed (It hadnt they said), and after I went in for my appointment and came out, they told me I owed them $300 because apparantly my insurance had dropped. Very nice of them to tell me that aFTER I had my procedure done. Im a college student and I can barely make ends meet already. Had I known the procedure would have been that much, I would never have had it done (Just a few cavities filled). No shade towards the actual dentists but the faculty in the office should really be more careful what they tell their ex-customers. So all in all, great place, very professional, but make sure you have money to burn incase they make a mistake.

They were also very accommodating with my allergies to flavorings found in many flosses and toothpastes. And they clearly explained how I could approach the decision of whether to get a new dental appliance that my insurance won't cover. (They're working with me to see if one I had in the past is still sufficient.) Thank you for a good experience, Central Dental folks! *UPDATE:* Docking a star because, after losing my dental insurance, it was impossible to discuss self-pay options with anyone. Even when I left a message for someone they said could discuss self-pay options with me, that employee never called me. When I finally decided to switch dentists, it was a nightmare trying to get a copy of my dental records until I spoke directly with the office manager. She got an electronic copy to me the following day. So while I was happy with care in the office, the front desk hasn't been great to deal with.

Dr hill has spent hours doing work for me and I was comfortable and felt no pain. He is very professional and will give you the Beautiful healthy smile you deserve! They even fit me in for a cleaning while I was there. The receptionist, hygienist, and assistants were all so friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything before it was done. They really car about helping you and will even do plans for which teeth to do first so your not dropping a lot of money at once. The best staff I have ever experienced. They are on time, very kind and friendly . The entrance(waiting area) is clean, a variety of up to date magazine,. The exam area has a beautiful warm cabin look, big window to see outside. It takes your mind off of why you are there. They hv an excellent x-ray of your teeth that you are able to see and explains what they will be doing and then allow you to ask questions. My filling was pain free, excellent music and checking out was like leaving friends. They made sure I was feeling ok and said to call them if I had any problems. I absolutely recommend this office. I really like the staff and atmosphere.

This place is terrible. We had a terrible experience and We were told we would be receiving a refund check. Still waiting, 8 months later. I removed the negative post, but apparently I was just being told that so that I would remove the details of our terrible experience. I would not reccomend this place to anyone. My wife had a tooth pulled and a partial made. They did a horrible job right from the start. Had to wait a very long time for it to come in, my wife had to call several times and when she did the people were very rude. When partial came in it did not fit. Went back and they gave us a line of bull. The thing was just simply poorly made and did not fit. Finally after several attempts to have this fixed, we had to go to find someone that would attempt to fix anothers poor work. We found ASPEN DENTAL. They welcomed us right in with a warm welcome. They were willing to attempt to fix this thing which was poorly made. They did what they could, but commented on how this was definitely not made right. Recommended I ask for refund on it as this thing was totally useless. I called and after several attempts I finally talked to Roberta, I think that was her name as it was 8 months ago it's hard to remember. She apologized and said we would be receiving a check in a couple weeks. After hearing that I deleted the details of this horrible experience. Still waiting and no check. So not only do they provide poor dental service, they also lie to you here. I do not reccomend this place at all. Central dental.......the least you could have done was honor what you promised me. It's a $450 refund, we are not talking alot ot money. This is mainly just a honor what you say thing at this point.

This summer I permanently moved from Fort Smith to Conway, and I was on the market for a new dentist. Central Dental had a booth up at UCA’s Conway’s Daze, so I gave them my info. Within a week, they called me asking if I was still looking for a dentist. By the end of the call, I had an appointment set up for the next morning, and all of the paperwork was online. When I came in, all of the staff was very nice. I have pretty high anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist (don’t ask me why), but they were super understanding and made sure to explain everything they were doing so I that I knew what was going on.

I had to have a tooth pulled in the middle of august and recently had to have 3 fillings. I am not one who enjoys going to the dentist, which is why I haven't been in years. Dr Ake was very informative and talked me through the procedures. Autumn helped keep me calm and went over everything very thoroughly. I appreciate the time and attention that the dr and Autumn took with me. After my tooth extraction i had some extra pain and they got me in to just take a look at it to put my mind at ease.
