Love my Dentist Family! Everyone is always so nice and makes you feel a part of the family. Anyone who knows me knows that the dentist is not my favorite place to go. Noises and needles and just pain in general in my mouth causes me anxiety and I have never had any problems with my treatment. North Hills has been the best dental experience in my lifetime. Very fast efficient and friendly place! They are very accommodating as far as scheduling your appointments. They send a confirming text to your cell phone as a reminder. Then the day before they send you another text in case you forgot. Love the staff!!

I went in to have a crown replaced and felt at home, well as at home as you can feel in a dentist chair with a needle coming at your mouth! Janice the hygienist and Dr. LaMaster were AMAZING with my 3 year old on his very first visit. I have other family that has been going there for years and has always had great things to say. It's just sometimes easier to stick with what you know so I settled with my clinic. I was so impressed today that I plan to switch to their office as well for my upcoming 6 month appt. I've already canceled with my current clinic. N. Hills Dental is conveniently located and the staff are amazing with children. We could not have had a better experience!

After 10-12 years with Dr Coates in WLR, he retired and I needed to find another United Healthcare dental provider. So I chose Dr Lemaster local to me in NLR, and had him cap my Dr Tortorich implant. He and his incredibly qualified assistant Ms Long are beyond first class in their care and level of technology. Ten star rating!

I had a tooth that was killing me. I didn't have a dentist because yeah....I don't do dentists. I decided to call around to find a dentist nearby who takes new patients on short notice. Called 4 and nobody was able to, then a co-worker mentioned North Hills Family Dental Care. I called in, they verified my insurance right over the phone, and told me to come in. A 5-minute drive later, I'm getting x-rays taken. They see they need to extract 2 teeth, and the one I thought would need extracted can be saved. They numb me up and do that very well. The extraction for both takes about 10 minutes. So, all said, from calling to walking out, it was ~30 minutes. Unheard of. They have VERY reasonable rates, and are amazingly friendly. When the dentist asked me what's going on, I said "I screwed up my teeth bad", to which he said "not that bad". Yes, a white lie on his part to put me at ease. They are a no-judgement dentistry. They are going to be my new family dentist. 10/10 Would let them hack at my face again.

Due to some moving around, I’ve had several home dentist offices. I had a great one and a couple of satisfactory ones. North Hills Family Dental is, by far, the best dentist office I’ve ever used. EVERYONE that works there is kind and caring, and I’m not sure what else matters. The staff is knowledgeable and attentive. They all want the customer to feel comfortable and cared for, and I think I speak for all their customers, clients, etc., when I say they’re the best.

Truly the best dental office of central Arkansas. I have been coming here for over a decade. Everyone is smiling when you walk in, they work with you in regards to your insurance plan, and always put you first. Tammy my Hygienist is amazing. Dr. Aaron LaMaster is exceptional! He is knowledgeable, sincere, professional, and caring. I will continue to come here and once my daughter is old enough will also come here. Highly recommend.

Love this dental practice. As the other reviewers have said, the entire team is always friendly, patient and reassuring. I am personally biased towards hygienist Destiny because she always does a fab job on my cleanings... super fast and gentle... but I am sure the other hygienists are also great. Keep up the good work! If you're not careful, your office might start to dispel the "dentist stereotype." :)

I recently broke a tooth and my primary dentist was on vacation. I called North Hills Dental and they took excellent care of me and my immediate needs. Dr Lamasters went right to work analyzing my problem and a solution to get me back going again. The crown and a root canal resolved my issues. And I couldn't be happier with their work. With a follow up of dental cleaning then I'm good to go. I highly recommend North Hills Dental.

I’m always seen promptly. Janis is very thorough and knowledgeable with X-rays and cleaning. As she is starting, we chat about our families. The first time he saw me, Dr. LaMaster replaced a problem crown and it fit perfectly. Another time he was sharp enough to recognize the cause of a toothache as inflammation following a flu shot. Three days of prednisone and it cleared up.

The dentist is a crippling fear of mine. Always has been. Here though, I don’t have that fear. At North Hills Family Dental I can say for the first time in my life, that I enjoy going to the dentist. The staff is wonderful beyond words. They actually remember you when you walk in, they ask about your family and genuinely care about you as a person, not just another set of teeth. Aaron has a great personality! He makes you feel as though you’re just hanging out with friends! I love this place!

I don't think you are supposed to have fun getting your teeth cleaned but Destiny is so personable and easy going you can't help but have a good experience . She is also pretty funny :) and most importantly she is really good at her job! She took the time to researched the history of a problem I had with a crown. North Hills being the reputable company they are backs up their work. Actually, the work of an outsourced lab. So this resulted in a replacement crown on them! Thank you Destiny and Dr. Lemaster!
