I wouldn't recommend going to this dentist to anyone. One of my two visits included me waiting in the exam chair for two hours, alone, while the dentist fixed errors they caused on another patient, then an additional 30 minutes while she took a break, making my total visit time that day four hours. The equipment is old and out dated and the job being done by the dentist/owner was subpar and her demeanor is unprofessional. The billing staff in the office also made mistakes when billing my insurance and made no effort to follow up on their mistakes. The dental hygienists in the office were the only positive aspect through out my experience.

Simply the best Dentist I have ever...ever had. After a lifetime of expensive former dentists.... Dr Aebersold painstakingly corrected bad work from some of my previous lazy male dentists. Being new in Hot Springs I asked my new physician for a Dentist recommendation. I initially balked at the long drive...than the 4 month wait after my initial visit...but WOW!!! The best of the best! I will never let any other dentist in my mouth from now on accept Dr Aebersold.

Midtown Dental Center has been my dental care provider for almost 20 years. The staff is always professional, efficient, and accommodating. If I have to change an appointment, they are always eager to help. In addition, they are friendly and pleasant. The decor is aesthetically pleasing to the eye and very relaxing, especially for those of us who are a little tense when we are sitting in “the chair.” I highly recommend Midtown Dental Center if you are looking for a new dentist.

I made the switch to Dr. A about 2 years ago. The office staff is friendly and accommodating. Dr. A is also a delight. She's very attentive and demands excellence from herself and her staff. Sometimes there's a bit of a wait; but when you're in her chair, she's focused on you. It's totally worth the little extra time.

I WAS ABSOLUTELY BLATANTLY LIED TO BY ABERSOLD’s (ARKANSAS DENTAL CENTER - MIDTOWN’S) OFFICE MANAGER, PAM. The day of, I was their last patient & called back & talked to Pam. (We had agreed that I would be paying in cash to receive a discount.) I asked Pam if I could come back (a few blocks) & write her a check since I had been on nitrous for over 3 hours & by force of habit had handed her my credit card. She was trying to leave on vacation & said it would be easier for her to let the credit card transaction go thru. She said that she could instead give me a "professional discount" that would amount to the same $. She said she does it for several patients. A week later, Pam told me I was not getting a discount. Forget the $. A company's office manager lying to me, especially after the thousands of $ I have spent there in a very short time, is appalling. If she lied to me, who else? Maybe her superiors? Also, I asked for 2 crowns & 2 veneers. Instead, I was given 4 crowns, which means 2 extra teeth had to be filed down to nubs. I wasn't privy to this change at all. It was during the procedure that I realized how much drilling was being done that I ran my tongue across the 4 teeth involved & realized 2 teeth had been filed down to nubs that shouldn't have been. The only explanation I was given was that veneers were actually just 1/2 of a crown. That is not an explanation of why I received different work than I had requested. I was never offered any "New Patient Deals" that they claim to offer, I was lied to about getting a 10 percent "Professional Discount", & I had work done that wasn't what I asked for. I hate my teeth. They look like dentures & do not match my other teeth. Their lifetime whitening is a joke. I will have to live with what was done in that office because I will never go back.

This is hands down only the one or three general dentists that have worked on my very complicated cases are come out golden. Dr. Leding and her staff are patient and kind. Ms. Pam and the front concierge are 15 out of 10! It’s not just how they treat you, but in how they deliver your care and treatment. I appreciate the entire practice.
