I came to Dr. Brewer for him to fix a crown. He did such an excellent job and little price, I Continuee to see him. It's been 10 years now, his staff is a 5 star team. I will continue to visit his facility,I don't care about driving from Hot Springs to get there. Everyone is curtious and helpful. I just got the end of $1500 worth of work done today!!!! SpaCityGirl

Awesome dentist! I walked in, waited about 10 minutes, got called to the back and was I was in the back for about 20 minutes. In those 20 minutes I got an xray done, my gums numbed and my filling filled. Excellence service!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! WHEN YOU CALL THEY WONT TELL YOU WHO OWNES THE COMPANY NOW AND WAS IMFORMED BY THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU SAYS THAT IS NOT CORRECT AND WILL BE LOOKING INTYO THAT what kind of business is this??? Do not deal with Jennifer Paul the receptionist she is so very rude and disrectful to patients and so extremely unprofessional. Even several other personal said She was in the wrong and handling the situation in the wrong way. She will mess up your appointment and cancel on you when get there and then say it's your fault. All the others Megan and Dr David Brewer are awesome. Defiantly need to get new receptionist/scheduler that knows what they are doing and is not rude every time you go in. Then won't admit she messed up and call her out on it and wants to discharge you as a patient. Really?? And she said is going to discharge you and not finish the work that was started ?? All this after seeing this office for over 20 yrs and family some of the first that started seeing Dr brewer when opened the office in Malvern. I guess the receptionist is arrogant because her husband is a Game and Fish Game Warden Steve Paul but that is no way for the spouse of a Law enforcement appointed official to act. Ever since Nancy left and this new girl Jennifer Paul come in so many people think she is rude. Then finally got to talk to Megan and others without her butting in and was explained that there was a emergency, which is totally understandable, why the appointment needed to be rescheduled not because it was not confirmed like was said and Jennifer only put a 15 minute slot for a 30 min or longer appointment. Messed up on 2 different things but won't take responsibility for it. 5 stars for everyone except Jennifer. This appointment was confirmed 2 different times but Jennifer says canceled because wasn't confirmed. Just take responsibility and move on. I love Dr David Brewer and his staff they are awesome but the receptionist something needs to be done. When I went in the first of the year she told me my insurance didn't cover things it actually did and did cover things it didn't. Like I said all the other staff are awesome except rude and arrogant Jennifer. And the work they do is awesome. Just talk and deal with someone different than Jennifer if you don't want your stuff messed up and don't want someone to be rude to you. And when posted about this experience on their website and people commented they delete it... wow... Then all was cool after talked to Dr Brewer and go to reschedule and she wants to replay the message she left on the answering machine like to aggravate the situation.The insurance company paid for the services and she says discharging as a patient and not going to finish the work started. I know this is not how Dr Brewer runs a business and sure she has lied to him about the situation because she wouldn't even let me speak to him.Then after it all and rescheduled the appointment and was having a nice conversation with Megan, Jennifer rudly interrupts and says she cancelling the appointment and is discharging as patient. FOR ALL THAT KNOW THIS OFFICE IT IS NOT OWNED BY DR. BREWER ANY MORE IT IS OWNED BY SOME COMPANY. So like going to Wal-Mart for dental care. I'm looking for new dentist office will let everyone know where to go that offers great service and is not like here.

Dr. Brewer is amazing he has seen me as a patient since I was as young as my daughter who is now 4 years old. now he is my daughter's dentist and we hope to use him as long as we are in this area! Never had a problem with dr. Brewer or his staff or as he calls them his Dandy crew :-) they are phenomenal with children my daughter wants to go back to see them every time we pass them on Pine Bluff Street :-)

After my tooth got pulled the receptionist and the other lady were extremely rude. And when it came to the payment. They both basically yelled at me and wouldn't let me leave. Horrible horrible place to go for tooth work. But my actual dentist was awesome. Very welcoming. But I won't be returning because of the receptionist and the other people that work there. Hell the black one said she didn't even like working there and could wait to find another job

Malvern Dental Center is by far the very best expierance I have had in my whole life. You are greeted at the window with smiling faces and a warm welcome. Never in the 5 times I have been there have I been called to the back late, they run a very efficient office. Once in the back you are again greeted with friendly service and smiling faces. You are made to feel as though you are just an extension of their family. Doctor Brewer took the time and patience to make a special plate for my bottom dentures. The last place I had use just used pre-made plate molds so therefore I could never keep my lower denture in. But all that changed when Doctor Brewer took the time and made a mold that custom fit my mouth. So I am proud to say that I am a much happier person due to my wonderful expierance that I received from Malvern Dental. Now I can smile with confidence for the first time in many years. I am a senior citizen and the patience and thorough care that I received never at any time made me anxious or scared. I would recommend this Clinic above any others out there. So my review is a 5 star plus rating!
