I like the people at the clinic but it is really hard to get them to call you back when you need to find out if they filled out a form for your insurance company for prior authorization. They finally got back with me so disregard this review. Seems it was a phone number problem. They are great people and very caring.

**UPDATED 9/26/19 I was finally able to get an appointment set up by going in to the office. The lady’s at the counter were super warm and helpful! They set me up my appointments, and let me know that they will be putting up their hours on a sign for the door. I’m updating my stars to 3 just because of how awesome and helpful they were. :) For others having the same issue, their office is only open 2 days a week (Wednesday and Thursday)and they are closed from 12-1pm for lunch break!(I’ve sent a request to google for them to hopefully update that). Hope this helps!!** Feeling super frustrated with these people. I’ve been trying for 3 weeks to get in touch with them to set up appointments for my 2 kids. I’ve left voice mail messages and stopped by the office several times! They’ve never called back and they’re always closed! No office hours are posted on the door nor does the recorded line (when you call) give office hours! Very frustrating especially when they are the only office our insurance referred me to that’s in the area.

Friendly, pleasant dental hygenists and staff! Best place for my special needs kids, they are so patient and take the time to make sure my nervous kids are comfortable. WAY BETTER than Kool Smiles.

This place is a joke do not come here!!! Took a month and a half to get a ppointment an then they cancelled it the day I showed up due to technical problems. An told us we could reschedule even drive 40 minutes to get there that morning ! I'm sure any place but here has more common sense then they do...
