Carrie at the front desk was so nice and amazing. I called on Wednesday and asked for an emergency appointment as soon as possible and she was able to get me in first thing Friday morning. When the dentist look at my back tooth and I spoke to Carrie about an extraction she was able to get me in to get it poured in an hour. The dentist was amazing the staff was amazing and Carrie also gave me prices on a ton of different procedures I needed I have never had such an amazing dental experience in my life and rarely is there ever such an amazing customer service experience like that

I had crown break off a week ago and had no pain at the time. The pain started yesterday and when I woke up this morning, my jaw was hurting and swollen. I knew I needed to see a Dentist and get an antibiotic but, being today was Friday, I did not expect to be seen until next Monday at the earliest. To my pleasant surprise I called and was able to be seen Friday afternoon, what a blessing. I was so impressed by the professionalism and caring nature of each staff member I encountered. It is so nice to see a medical office that has respect for all of its patients treating each one in high regard. Ms. Rachel was so kind and Dr. Ludford was so easy to talk to. I am normally terrified of dentist and never go to one unless I have a severe toothache, my teeth are in bad shape, yesterday Easy Oak Dental Care was the only place that accepts my insurance and that would get me in the same day. I walked in on my first visit there with dread and fear and just wanted to hurry up and get my tooth pulled and get out, from the moment I opened the door and walked in I was treated with kindness which helped my nerves a little, I filled out paperwork and was called back almost immediately and met the dental hygienist, she was very sweet and compassionate, she was gentle and was amazing at explaining everything to me about my teeth! I told her that my teeth are to a point it even affects me being able to eat and that I knew I needed ALOT more work done to my teeth but because of a bad experience as a child with a dentist that I only see a dentist when I have no other options, she reassured me that Dr Beck was great and that he could remove the tooth that was hurting me the most and could even correct the rest of my dental problems within a few visits and that I would be able to enjoy food again and not be ashamed of my smile :) Dr Beck looked my teeth over and confirmed that he was going to go ahead and remove my tooth so that the pain could be eased, and that within 2 weeks I could come back and have another procedure done and on that same day walk out of there feeling better about my appearance :D I will have to have a little more work done after my insurance approves it after my next visit but in the near future my mouth is going to feel and look so much better and healthier! My mouth hurts from the extraction which is common plus my mouth for some reason never completely numbs during any dental procedure but Dr Beck was gentle, patient, and comforting plus he gave me hope and now for the first time ever I can't wait until I can go back and get my teeth fixed by a really awesome team!!!! Thank You so much Dr Beck and team :D

I had all my top teeth removed because i was in so much pain on a daily basis. I was referred to East Oak Dental from a free clinic in Conway. The procedure was pain free until after the numbing wore off. However i was given something for the pain and an RX for pain meds. This was my first dentist experience since i was in high school 18 years ago. They were awesome and care well for their patients. East Oak Dental is the most affordable dentist in the Conway area as well.

Dr. Ludford was very efficient, knowledgeable and a caring dentist. My questions were answered before I left and I felt confident in the services provided today. He found a small cavity and they were able to get me scheduled within two weeks (during the holiday season)! The front office staff were friendly and the paperwork was straightforward. They called me to remind me about my appointment and were very helpful when I had to reschedule my original date. The dental hygienist, Megan, was absolutely fantastic. I don't think I've ever had such an efficient and thorough cleaning. She explained everything she was doing along the way and the cleaning was performed with very minimal discomfort. I was very impressed with my overall experience with Dr. Ludford and Megan. I would recommend them above any other dentist I've seen in Conway.

Loved my experience at east oak dental. got in on an emergency visit when a tooth needed to be pulled. I was in quick and the staff, from the waiting room to the back rooms, were SO friendly. There was beautiful art on the walls too so that was nice and easing. There was a tv in my room which I got to pick the channel so that was pretty cool. He found a small cavity and they were able to get me scheduled within two weeks (during the holiday season)! The front office staff were friendly and the paperwork was straightforward. They called me to remind me about my appointment and were very helpful when I had to reschedule my original date. The dental hygienist, Megan, was absolutely fantastic. I don't think I've ever had such an efficient and thorough cleaning. She explained everything she was doing along the way and the cleaning was performed with very minimal discomfort. Went there and saw Dr. Lunsford. He was an amazing doctor and very kind. I went there over some severe off and on tooth pain and I was concerned it was number 32. My last wisdom tooth I have that's sideways. He did advise me that it was indeed that tooth and it was going to need to be extracted. Himself and the entire East Oak staff were more than willing to help me find an oral surgeon in network with my insurance as well as answer some questions I had. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Once my insurance changes if East Oak is still in my network, I will definitely be going there regularly. They also didn't make me feel like my teeth were the worst they'd seen. They were nice and gave me props for coming in and taking the beginning steps to better my dental hygiene. Thanks again to everyone at the East Oak office. :)

And on top of that, she noticed that I kept jumping and telling her to just stop for a minute, she never took the time to apologize or anything.

I was scheduled to have 4 fillings and got 2 because the doctor didn't have time. Now I waited the 2 weeks to get all 4 done at one time so I didn't have to take off work twice. I didn't schedule the other two because it will be months before I can afford to take off anymore. I wish the staff could've called me and got me on the schedule for another day where I could've got all 4 at same time. Doc was good the office needs a little better management..

They messed up my temporary crown. It was cracked in 2 places, and instead of forming anothe, the girl just put an insane amount of the glue stuff all around it. Two days later it shattered. and I had to go in again. They tried to make it seem like it was my fault. THEN once my permanent crown got in from the lab (which took two weeks), it was the COMPLETELY wrong shade. My teeth are pretty white, and this thing looked the color of corn. So I had to wait another week or so until they got they new one in. Then the girl decided she needed to shave it down, leaving a permanent grinding indention in the over $1000 crown that I have to now live with for the rest of my life. They never apologized for a thing. It was very unprofessional. I will never go back. I suggest you do the same.

Hello, I had a tooth hurting and thought no problem I'll call my dentist and get it fixed, they informed me they were overbooked for at least a month and couldn't see me, they recommended I find someone else, Wow, really, I'm in pain, so what to do Luck, Fate, or Miracle I drove past East Oak Dental on trip to conway from out of town on business, I had a feeling turn around and see if they can help me, I was greeted by a friendly face and a hello, can I help you. I said yes I have a tooth that is causing me terrible pain. After a few minutes they called me back and Mr Adlong n his friendly staff fixed the problem, and I was able to enjoy the holidays pain free, Thanks to everyone at East Oak Dental Oh, by the way, he is now my dentist n my wife's Thanks again Charlie

I took both my children to east oak and they did a amazing job with sealing the adult teeth of both my kids. My daughter had no cavities but my son went back on several occasions and it wasn't poor dental work where the filled cavity falls out later which has happened to our family in the past. They fixed all the facial cavitys on a vary quick and effective basis and also took my sons front tooth which had been broken off and fixed it honestly I can't even see the line where the fill ends and tooth begins I highly recommend this dentist to anyone who needs work on there kids. In addition there was some time limitations and they worked with me to lengthen the appointments and shorten the number of visits we had to attend
