Appointment was at 10, didn't get service till 11. Front crowns apparently need to be replaced. Just done around five years ago. Never had a crown wear out this fast before! Very disappointed with this visit. I will say that this experience was not my normal experience, usually goes much better than today''s visit. On the plus side the staff was very friendly.

Today was my 6 month cleaning, and the dental hygienist is awesome!!! The cleaning was so great, that I didn’t even want to eat afterwards, and I told her so. From the time I arrived, until the time I left, the staff was there every step of the way, even the dentist stepped in for a courtesy visit to check on me. The staff is always friendly, nice, and available to help me in whatever, whether it’s appointment scheduling, billing, insurance issues, preventative dental solutions, or the latest dental concerns for follow up appointments. They keep me on my toes, they are very efficient in attending to my needs.

What a wonderful and exciting experience I had at Arkadelphia Dental Center. From the moment you first walk in, you’re transformed to a home like atmosphere. The ambience is calming. The colors are black and white with little hints of red contrast. State of Art equipment, and technicians walking around with headsets. Dr Jones, a seasoned veteran of his profession, was kind, and explained each step in a procedure. Office Manager, Melissa is tops as a professional. Careful follow up is afforded to patients. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone. And, oh.....the staff is personable and very friendly.

Today was my first appointment with Dr. Jones. He was friendly and helped me understand doing some of this dental service + insurance stuff on my own. The whole office was very positive and warm... there was cider, hot chocolate, and cookies in the lobby along with several comfy sofas to wait in. I also found that with my Delta Dental insurance, the services I will be needing are very affordable. This was the first time in my life that I didn't feel uncomfortable at the dentist! Love that Dr. Jones is a Ouachita grad too :)

I've been coming here for about 2 years now and I love the staff members. They are gentle when cleaning and tell you your options for additional care like the fluoride treatments, sealants, etc. They do not add anything without informing you about the cost if your insurance doesn't cover it. They are not pushy about selling products or anything like that. Great atmosphere also.
