Called about Xrays and they customer service, sucks whoever answered the phone acted like she didn’t want to be there, all dentist are different some will take X-rays from other office and give you a treatment plan if you didn’t like the other dentist you when to and some won’t , that’s fine but the fact the person that answered the phone was so rude two days in the roll won’t have to worry about seeing me, now I don’t know if the dentist her self is nice or good but her staff are really rude.

It's almost unfair when you visit Dr. Gray and her team. They make going to the dentist enjoyable. They painstakingly and patiently take you through your procedures. Dr. Gray has such a genuine bedside manner. She almost makes taking the shots and getting the extractions feel painless.

Very disappointed! Lady on the phone was very rude. I was told my appointment was canceled because I was at work and unable to call and confirm my appointment before 3 the day before my appointment, I called at 4. I’m an adult and if I schedule an appointment and don’t cancel that means I will be there. Why do I have to schedule it then confirm. I have never had any doctors office or dentist office require you to confirm or they cancel your appointment. Bad customer service. I will take my family of 6 and go somewhere that wants my business.

I'm not from Arkansas, so I can't say what the other dentists here are like. However for the last two years of being in Jacksonville my family has been coming to the Angela Gray Family Dentistry, and we enjoy coming here. The staff is friendly and pleasant, and appear to like their jobs. That in its self says a lot. Routine cleaning is what my boys have done here, and they seem to be fine with the services that are offered. I definitely recommend this place for any and all dental needs.

Dr. Gray is a wonderful Dentist as have been a patient for years. However her new office staff lack customer service training. I have never had a problem with making and keeping my appointments. However, when I arrived for my last appointment, which had been scheduled in advance, I was informed that they had cancelled my appointment because I failed to respond to a text. I was not informed prior to my taking off from work, driving from out of town and arriving in time for the appointment. I asked to speak with Dr. Gray only to be informed by Hollie and Shelbi that "Dr. Gray does not speak with patients, they handle all her business affairs with patients". New to me, as I have spoken with Dr, Gray personally in the past. Office management staff are providing less than desirable customer service to long time patients. What ever happened to when a patient makes a appointment, that appointment stands unless cancelled by that patient!!!

It’s been years since I’ve seen a dentist, like decades, so I was nervous. I went in, met Ms. Sheila and immediately felt comfortable. My teeth are horrible, they never once made me feel embarrassed or ashamed. They told me how much it would cost before beginning any treatment and when I was done, they had an entire treatment plan with the costs. I now know exactly how much I need to get my teeth back healthy again. I never thought it could be so easy. I am so thankful for them and can’t wait to get started. The staff is magnificent from the time you walk in, until you leave. We just love Nikki, she is the best at making sure he's comfortable and that he understands how to take care of his teeth and now that he has braces, she went through each step thoroughly, with him and told us to come back if we have any issues. She is very personable by calling him by name and even wants to watch him play basketball, if the opportunity arises....that's awesome; especially, to a 14 year old. And of course, Dr Gray is wonderful, professional, and very personable as well, and there's no place I'd rather my son to be.
