My grandmother has dentist appointments all the time here. She’s always had a good experience with her dentist. She did have one incident where someone that was learning to numb people before a procedure did a terrible job. She did voice her disapproval and the workers let her know they would stick to her preferred dental workers.

Doctor insisted I needed a root canal but the coordinator said they didn’t do root canal at the office she referred me to a specialist. I ended up getting a root canal at the office instead of going to the specialist and the worst happened. From an inexperience doctor who used me to try to make more money. Turns out when he was starting the cleaning of the root canal he broke a file in to my tooth couldn’t get it out. Freaked out and decided finally send me to a specialist. He still recommended an extraction and unfortunately an implant. Tried to keep the money the easy way his way. I ended up spending more than 2,000 for the root canal and crown I still have the broken file in my moller and it’s starting to bother me. Never come here for a root canal. The only ones that know what they are doing are the specialists.

Lily & Dr. Azizi did an amazimg job with my crown replacement. My only problem was that I pay for nitrous every time and every time they forget to add it to my service, so theres like a 30 minute delay to start my treatment every time. Nonetheless that's not Lily's or Dr Aziz's fault. Theyre great.

Great service. They are timely, and I always feel taken care of. I was in for a regularly scheduled cleaning. They followed up on my history from my last visit, and asked if a was wearing my Night Guard(sorry Dr Harsini). Luis was personable and thorough with my cleaning. I just want to share how amazing this dental clinic is . To start Juanita was very nice, friendly and understanding. My crown wasn’t the color I wanted , but Dr.P and Juanita did the best to get the perfect shade. And that is amazing because it shows that they really care about the patients. While Juanita was busy with all my pictures of my teeth and my crown, she asked Sergio to help me get a temporary on. Well let me tell you how awesome Sergio was, the temporary looks incredible. Not to dark not to light . I am super happy with the temporary that Sergio took time to make to make me feel comfortable since I have to have it on for 3 weeks. I think that Sergio might be my new favorite assistant. He is friendly, patient and super nice. Overall my experience was great , all thanks to the crew .

Just want to say thank you so so much to yesica. I made an appointment for a root canal, the day of I was told I needed to be seen by a specialist instead. Yessica quickly made a phone call to Valley Endodontic Specialty Group and made it possible for me to be seen the same day. I drove there and within an hour I was getting my root canal done. If she had not helped me I would still be in pain right now and waiting for an appointment date. Thank you again Yessica, I will definitely be going back for the rest of my dental work.

I will first admit that I am related to one of the staff. But even so, I have a terrible fear of Dentists due to some previous experiences with bad Dentists and one that just disappeared from town when he was only half way through with the crown! Every. Single. Person. that I have met at Smile genuinely go out of their way to be nice, professional and accommodating. I like the fact that they re-confirm my appointments in plenty of time for me to make sure they are on my calendar. This helps me and it helps them. Works. After my first visit, I spoke to one of the planning people and knew exactly what was recommended in what order so that I could do exactly that. Plan! All of my experiences have been positive. I would not give a good review if it wasn't true. If you are looking for knowledgeable, caring, Dental professionals, this is it.

I would not recommend this place they burn u for ur money and they dont care if you're in pain knowing tooth pain is the worst cause there all connected with nerves n nerves are connected to ur whole head n face i dont recommend unless u wanna be in pain n have them lie to u about wat ur insurance covers and after part is done they tell you something else they just wanna steal your money and now i dont have money that they took from my insurance to go somewhere to finish a job they couldn't do the right way!
