I have been a patient of Dr. Simpson for over a decade. First and foremost, he is a fine, upstanding person, who is professional and can be trusted to stand behind his work. Unlike other dentists, he doesn't try to push unnecessary treatments on his patients. I am a sedation patient, and Dr. Simpson is very gentle and always makes sure I am comfortable and pain free. Sam, my hygienist, is also very gentle and gets my stained teeth sparkling clean every time. I would recommend Dr. Simpson and his staff to anyone who wants a great dentist and staff.

HIPAA violations and poor privacy practices galore. Tried to fill a cavity that wasn't even there. Went back to my old dentist because of his unethical business practices. It is unethical to fake a cavity, right? I can't read x-rays, luckily I ran it by my pediatric dentist of 16 years first.

I have be seeing Dr. Simpson for over 10 years now and I actually look forward to visiting his office. He is without a doubt the best dentist i have seen in my life! Extremely professional care and puts everything into terms anyone can understand. I needed a lot of dental work after leaving the military and he is the BEST! His staff is awesome! You are welcomed the moment you walk in the door. His office is very pleasant and all the staff enjoy their work. I have my teeth regularly by Samantha is absolutely the best dental hygienist I have ever had! My teeth and gums have never been so good. Samantha provides tips on how to better take care of them. Definitely a plus! Thank you! If you are in need of dental work or just a cleaning, see Dr. Simpson and his staff! You will be well cared for and you will not regret it!

If you want a dentist that truly cares about patients, and is kind when providing service, safe your self some time and DO NOT GO HERE! I called in and scheduled an appointment for dental cleaning. When I came in to the office as a first time patient, they wanted other unnecessary dental work done, in which I did not need as I have previously done it all with my prior dentist.( they could have asked me to send them x-rays etc... from my other dentist) Once they knew that they will not obtain any profit from me, they refused their services to me, and escorted me to the door! Not only they were rude about it , but I felt like I was a criminal , like I did something wrong! Safe yourself some time and find a dentist that will truly care about you!!! Note they moved their office to a different location.

My family and I have been a patient of Dr. Simpson for over two decades and we have always loved our visits for multiple reasons. Dr. Simpson really cares about our dental health and takes time and consideration during his evaluation, we never feel like we are just a number. When I set an appointment there is minimal wait time, if any at all, so they really value our time. I unfortunately have had to take my boys to other dentists due to our move to the far west valley and each time they express how they don't like the new dentist. Dr. Simpson has set the bar for my boys. On this visit I was cared for by Dr. Simpson's daughter, Dr. Salvatore. She provided me with the same thorough, personable and pleasant experience that I'm accustomed to. I look forward to my bi- annual visit in December!

Absolutely loved Dr Simpson and his team!! I have had beyond horrible experiences with multiple dentistry offices in AZ and was thankful to find someone who is honest, knowledgable, and good with kids. I had previously been told that I needed several crowns and root canals by Southwest Dental, only to have Dr Simpson and his team tell me my teeth look great and provided an easy, affordable solution for a tooth I chipped and had built up several years ago that I need to cap. I also brought my son to Dr Simpson for his first dentist visit and my son loved him! Lindsay, the office manager, was a delight, extremely helpful when scheduling and at check in/out. Bri, the dental assistant, was fantastic with both myself and my son. Lovely team through and through, very friendly and didn't just try to charge me an insane amount of money for work I didn't need, unlike several other dentistry offices in Phx. I highly recommend Dr Simpson and his team. We head back in a few months for our next cleaning and check up and I can't wait to see their smiling faces!! I have been seeing Dr. Simpson and his staff for at least ten years. When his office moved from one location to a new one farther away from my home, I didn't hesitate to go to the new location, and would do it again if necessary. Dr. simpson and his staff are consistently efficient, knowledgeable, and cost conscious. I am a cancer patient, and very often my dental work requires extra steps which are willingly made part of my treatment plan. Often, because of my health issues, his scheduling staff have had to make extra calls to me waiting on results from tests prior before treatment. They have never balked at doing this. On the practical side, parking is plentiful, and scheduling has many appointment times available. The office is very clean and comfortable, and I always am made to feel welcome! I wholeheartedly would suggest using him and his team for all your dental needs.

Early this morning I was out walking my dog. I ran into one of my neighbors and she asked me what I had planned for the day. I told her I was going to the dentist to get my teeth cleaned. She said, "Oh no! I hate going to the dentist!" And then I found myself raving about Dr. Simpson's office. Not only do I NOT dread going there, I look forward to seeing the staff. I mean, no one loves going to the dentist but it is a necessity, so a person may as well go to an office where one is treated kindly, professionally and the staff is personable. Dr. Simpson, Lindsay, Samantha are all wonderful. I started going to Dr. Simpson's office a few years ago and everyone I have had any contact with there is a pleasure. It is by far and away the most efficient and professional dental practice I have encountered in my nearly 60 years. If you are looking for a new dentist, look no further.

Hands down the best dentist office I have ever been to. From Dr. Simpson to the hygienists, assistants, and receptionists; every one of them made me look forward to going to the dentist. I've on multiple occasions told people how great this office is. I had had bad experiences with a more commercial dental office just before finding Dr. Simpson's office, and he made sure to put me at ease. He doesn't do unnecessary work, they look out for what's in your best interest, and they ensure that you feel comfortable with the decisions your making in regards to your dental health and needs. I wish there was a rating higher than 5 stars!

Dr. Salvatore is the best doctor out there.During my cleanup, I was told I had ONE cavity (first time ever) and she was able to take care of it in the office, pain free!! She was so knowledgeable, trusting and gentle in every possible way. Definitely recommend seeing her!

I am super particular (ok picky), not to mention that I am not fond of the whole dentist thing. I had to first visit the office and meet and get a tour of the facility before I could even book an appointment. I did book an appointment and wish I could say that "poof - it all went away when I had my appointment" but with anesthetic, I was finally able to get the work I needed done. Although I still want to cancel every time I even see the reminder, I go every 6 months. All of the staff treat me respect and understanding for what for me is a real anxiety. I have recommended Dr. Simpson to other friends who have similar "dentist issues".

Wonderful! I came here for a second opinion, because a previous dentist wanted quite a bit of work done when 6 months prior I was at another dentist (been there for 16years, pediatric, I am now 21+), and the dentist I had been at for years did not say I needed the work and just needed to watch and pay attention to the areas. When I went to Dr. Simpson, he took multiple x-rays of the same areas that supposedly needed work and said there were no cavities, slight decay, but not enough to work on the teeth, especially the two front because they would never be the same. He even explained step by step and the x-rays where the slight decay was and what was considered a cavity. Dr. Simpson explained what I needed to do to prevent and avoid cavities or other work needing to be done. He is a trustworthy, honest dentist that only has your best interest at heart or will go out of his way. He would never do any dental work unless it is for your better health and benefit or necessary. The office focuses on your oral health and also your overall health affected by your oral health. Dr. Simpson is also a kind, incredibly knowledgeable and a personable doctor. His staff are also fantastic and go out of their way for every patient along with helping in any way they can. They are all so wonderful and I would never go to another dentist.

Fantastic dental care. Coming from someone who does not enjoy having dental equipment poking my gums and cavities, Dr. Simpson was extremely gentle and my visit was pain free. What impressed me most however was the fact that Dr. Simpson worked with my insurance company to get a procedure that is normally not covered under my dental plan, to having my insurance pay for more than 80% of the cost. After one visit, you will never want to return to your old dentist again.
