I truly appreciated how my dental hygienist, Angela, was so thorough in her cleaning, and so fluent at her skill. She's skilled and talented at what she does; my teeth have never been so clean. The Dr Lewandowski listened to my dental concerns, and corrected them same-day. He filed down a sharp protrusion of my permanent retainer, in only a minute. He had Kara give me, "seal and protect" for a sensitive, and exposed root, after giving me 4 different options. I appreciate how he allowed me to chose which treatment I'd prefer. Stephanie, the office coordinator is over the top friendly, and so accommodating, even on longer phone conversations. She's also comfortable with email, for those of the millennial generations. Finally, their office is comfortable.

I have been going to Princess Center Dentistry for several years now. The entire staff, from the reception desk to the hygienists to Dr.Lewandowski, is always courteous and professional. The office features state of the art dental equipment and also flat screen TV's to watch while you receive your treatment or cleaning. They use the high pressure water tool to do most of the cleaning, which has never been painful or uncomfortable. The location is also convenient to the 101 freeway. There are lots of dentist offices out there, but I strongly recommend my dentist to anyone who is looking for a great experience.

At the age of 14, this quack dentist in Ohio pulled my tooth because I had a toothache. He broke the tooth off in my jaw bone & I thought I would die on the spot. There was no reason to pull the tooth! So who wouldn’t fear all dentists the rest of their life! I do not allow another dentist to touch my mouth or my teeth other than “My Dr. Chris”. He had me at, “I promise I will do everything to make this NOT painful! AND he did! He is the best; you are not even aware of when he gives you a shot to numb your mouth if needed. He & his office staff & his great staff of Dental hygienists are superb & I adore each of them especially Donna & today I had Sali...so efficient, kind & smart! They are so professional but they treat you like family. I am from the South so they are like family to me! Dr. Lewandowski is the best in every way as a dentist, a family man & a caring, friendly person! I truly trust him as s dentist! So glad I found him 15 + years ago! My experience in Dr. Lewandowski's office was far superior to any other dental visit. The office is very modern, with an extremely pleasant and professional staff. I felt very comfortable and welcomed. At the time, I did not have insurance and got a great deal on dental services. I was was provided with full x-rays, a thorough cleaning, a checkup, and the newest ZOOM whitening. The staff did an excellent job. If its possible I had a great experience at the dentist at Princess Dentistry and Dr. Lew and staff. Like many people I am reluctant to go to the dentist. With much hesitation and trepidation I made an appointment and from the moment I arrived I was greeted and professionally communicated to throughout my entire visit. Unfortunately I needed to see an oral surgeon, Dr Lew referred me to the oral surgeon upstairs and the staff called to see if they could get me in that afternoon. Luckily they could, Dr. Lew's staff actually walked me upstairs and introduced me to the staff at the oral surgeons office. No up-selling, no pressure. Now the rest of my family is going to Princess Dentistry. Thank you Dr. Lew and team.

One star is still too high of a rating for the business practices of this dentistry office. Although the care received might be professional; however their business practices are highly questionable. The dentist recommended a treatment and the business office provided me a breakout of what my insurances would cover and what would be my responsibility for the care. Nine months after receiving the treatment I receive a notice from this company that I owe additional money and I'm over 60 days past due. I immediately contact the office, speaking with the office manager and insurance company together to learn the dentist office allowed their registration with my insurance lapse at the beginning if the year. Now because of the dentist office's mistake they are charging me and telling me I'm late paying for their mistake. Also, to mention, if they were up to date with their insurance registration I would have never had to pay another dime for my procedure and none of this would be happening. I've asked now three times for the owner/dentist to call me to discuss this issue but he chooses to ignore. Then have his office manager send a 90 day past due notice and threaten to report to a collection agency. This business only wants your money and will sell you on every treatment possible to get it while deceiving the client on insurance coverages.

I just came from my second appointment at Princess and I have to say they really are the best. I'm someone who has a BIT of anxiety about the dentist. The staff is awesome, at my first appointment they made feel comfortable and the hygienist was so gentle. I wish I could remember her name so I could give her a big thanks! They take the time to explain each step and keep you informed as they go. I left my last dentist because she said I needed a deep scaling and all this other odd stuff that seemed wrong. I went to see Dr. L and he said I have few areas with plaque buildup but with a good cleaning and regular cleanings I should be fine. He also pointed out that some of my fillings were cracking and should be replaced eventually before they become a problem. I loved that he showed me the cracks with is handy camera that feed to the monitor. It is nice to see there is a real problem and it explained the random pings I would get. (Oh the cracked filling wasn’t even mention by the I need $1,200 with of work dentist.) I was referred to Princess Dentistry by two co-workers and they too have rave reviews about him and his office. Today I had my teeth whitened and they look amazing. Alise was so friendly and gentle, she talked me through each step and checked on me throughout the process. It was so nice to have someone who was genuinely concerned about my comfort and how I was doing. Oh, I almost forgot to mention their office is pretty awesome too! They really go all out for their patients. If you are looking for friendly, gentle and honest dentist I think Dr. Lewandowki is it!

**UPDATE: So here's a new one: I had a GREAT time at the dentist today! Am I nuts? Maybe. But it was just a routine cleaning and all was well. My hygenist, Donna was gentle as always, took some x-rays and then "scanned" a 3D image of my teeth into this super cool machine that basically uses the scan instead of a traditional impression to form crowns, show wear from grinding, and also expected results from Invisalign. Everyone in the office is super friendly, from the front desk, to the hygienists to Dr. Lew himself. I had fun today! Really. ORIGINAL: I’ve been a patient of Dr. Lewandowski for a few years and have always had good experiences. Dr Lew has impeccable credentials and is obviously highly skilled. Both Dr and hygienists are gentle and communicate well. Front desk ladies are courteous & friendly. Definitely recommend!!

What a wonderful experience! I cannot say enough good things about Princess Center Dentistry, Dr. Musselman and the entire PCD staff. Dr. Musselman and her wonderful staff were outstanding during my visit. I was in the office due to severe pain in one of my molars. I am new to the area and was worried nobody would be able to see me. I read so many positive reviews on PCD I was sure I'd be told their schedule was full. I decided to give it a shot and boy am I glad I did. The courteous receptionist was able to squeeze me in to see Dr. Musselman if I could be there in an hour. How great is that? When I walked into the beautiful office I was greeted genuinely and warmly by the reception staff. From there, I was seen immediately by Dr. Musselman and her DA. Dr. Musselman listened carefully to what I told her was going on and took a look at my molar. Dr. Musselman gave me a diagnosis in a professional, courteous and warm manner; taking time to explain to me exactly what was going on. She was so concise and knowledgeable. I was very impressed and knew I had found my dentist for good. It's only a couple of hours since my visit and I already feel much better. Thank you Dr. Musselman and to the entire Princess Center Dentistry staff for making my visit so wonderful!
