I drove down from PHX after reading positive reviews. The staff was sweet & attentive. Their English was very good. Dr. Perez was professional and extremely competent. I went there after being told by Risas Dental in PHX that I needed 4 caps. Dr. Perez scoffed ... he told me I had very healthy teeth and that all I needed was one inlay. He is very honorable. I would recommend this clinic to anyone.

We really can not say enough about the professionalism of Dr. Victor and his staff. We have always felt very welcome and Dr. Victor and his staffed have answered our questions fully and in detail. He has always been pro-best advice even when it means less services to be sold. I would advise anyone who is looking for a great dentist at a reasonable price to contact his office. You'll be pleasantly surprised and happy you decided to try thier services. Two thumbs up for the best dentist in Nogales Sonora.

Dr. Víctor Manuel Perez Nunez and his staff are true professionals. I had an 11 a.m. appointment, but I arrived early at 8:30 a.m. He saw me immediately so I did not have to wait 2.5 hours. I was scheduled to get an abutment and crown on a titanium implant already placed there by another dentist. I was in and out of the chair within 20 or 25 minutes for my first visit. I return tomorrow to have the zirconia crown placed. The office and the Dr. is bi-lingual and have excellent English. The office is clean, comfortable and has all of the hi-tech amenities that US dental offices have. Abutment & crown only cost $800. My dentist in Oregon quoted me $3,000 + for the same. I've needed an implant for several months and after telling my friends about the outrageous estimates I was getting from several Tucson dentists, they told me I should check out Nogales. After reading numerous reviews, I was still skeptical as you never know who is actually doing the reviews; I decided to choose Nogales Dental Advanced. I easily made an appointment by phone and received directions on how to get there from Tucson. The office was only 15 minutes walking distance from the border and very easy to find. I found all the staff, to include the receptionist, dental assistant, and Dr Victor Perez (Victor) to be extremely professional, yet very kind and caring. The office was clean and as others have stated, modern. This is the first time in my life that I didn’t have ANY pain during the initial dental work, to include having the area numbed. I also shared with Dr. Victor that my American dentist stated I needed two fillings and a crown. Before he started working on my implant, he did a quick check of my other teeth, and stated I only needed one filling. Wow, he could have really taken advantage of me, but didn’t: I like that! The temporary implant was placed today, and it only took about 15 minutes, and at about 1/3 the cost of the cheapest Dentist in Tucson. I go back in two weeks to see how things are healing, then again in about 5-months to finish the implant work. So far, so good, and still no pain! I will update as this goes along. Right now I highly recommend this office. UPDATE: January 7, 2019: Finished having the implant placed today. It was a perfect fit, and a perfect ending to a long journey to get a problem tooth resolved. If I ever need to have ANY dental work done, I know that I'll be back to this clinic-they're like family to me now. I have nothing bad to say about the entire experience. So if you live in the Tucson area, and don't mind making the 60 mile trek to Nogales, I can tell you that you won't regret it. Thank you Dr Victor again.

I had a terrible tooth infection, and had been told I needed two root canals to fix my issues. I decided to see Nogales Dental Advanced and have had an excellent experience. Dr. Avalos is very knowledgeable. He put me at ease, explained everything clearly and answered all my questions and concerns. He took great care in helping me to improve my overall dental health beyond the root canals. During the procedure he checked in with me often to make sure I had no pain or discomfort. I had my crown put in today and it is an excellent fit and blends in perfectly with my teeth. My husband had a cleaning while we were there and was very happy with it too! The office is professional, clean and the staff are all helpful. If you do not speak Spanish, do not worry I did not experience any language barrier issues. Writing a check, will save you on fees. I will not be in the area in 6 months when I need a check up but plan to make the trip as I really like their services and trust Dr. Avalos' work.

I have had work done by both Dr. Victor and Dr. Miguel. They are both outstanding and as good as any dentists I have been to. I have gone a few times for two root canals and two crowns. The fees are clear and are a big savings from the dentists in Tucson. Friendly staff. Well worth the drive.

Needed a root canal, post and crown (Spring 2013). Dental Advanced did the work in two visits, saved me about 80%, and the work couldn't have been done any better. The staff speak passable to good english. I will definitely return when any more dental work is necessary.

Nogales Dental is great and so easy. The staff is really kind and able to multitask a busy office conveniently located steps from the foot traffic border crossing. I like Dr Rivera and his work. Right now in the 11 month my bite feels so much better. Be cause my bite aligning better, guess what? Chronic neck and jaw pain have disappeared making my general quality of life better. I went with th traditional wire braces because they the most affordable but they do offer the invisible wire ones. I am just so happy with the way my bite feels that I had to give the clinic and Dr Rivera 5 stars. Worth it!

My four front teeth were well used , ground down, small, chipped and showed their stresses over the years. Another dentist had recommended a trial of bonding. Inexpensive, quick and would gain some time. Dr Victor easily bonded those teeth which immediately changed my smile to a clean new look. Bondings are not permanent, and over the seasons several came loose with my night grinding . Dr. Victor repaired the fractures at no charge. During various treatments I could sense that he had "good hands, "as we say in surgery. My four new crowns are quite literally beautiful and the price was one third of the price in the states. I highly recommend Dental Advanced in Nogales, Mexico. On my recent visit, the reception staff were friendly and the dentists I saw were very professional. Dr. Miguel Avalos initially thought I would need a root canal but on further review of xrays and discussion he determined my molar just needed to be filed down to adjust my bite. I was pain free within hours. The office was easy to find, immaculate, they have all the necessary modern dental equipment and their prices are very affordable. I will return there for any future dental work.

As someone with extreme dental anxiety, I have been amazed by my visits here. Dr. Víctor Manuel Perez Nunez is the only dentist who has been able to pull one of my teeth without breaking and drilling. He fixed several broken and decayed teeth in one appointment where local dentists told me it would take five or six. Really pleased with the professionalism and courtesy of the staff as well.

My mother went to get some work done and not only did they meet her by the border and walk with her back to the office, they were incredibly friendly, professional, and very efficient for an amazing price. I made the reservation for her a week ahead of time and they even remembered me. I recommend them to anyone.

I hated the clinic and the staff the time I stepped in. The wall certificates look unreal. I went there because I had a broken bridge that I wanted to be replaced. Dr. Victor told me that one of my teeth that hold the bridge is broken and need to be pulled and an implant needed. I doubted every word he said because I checked with my dentist here in Phoenix a day before I went there. Anyways, they wanted to charge me $1600, ridiculous!. I came back to Phoenix and went to my doctor and my tooth WAS JUST FINE, Dr. Victor wanted to pull it and have an implant. I DO NOT recommend him or his CLINIC to anyway. Ridiculous prices!. Go to your doctor in the U.S. and save your time and money, may be the difference $200 or $300 but if you get an infection from an implant where would you go?? Travel again to see him? Just do it here people. On the top of that, the city of Nogales is TRASH, very ugly!!!
