I'm a Veteran in the Phoenix area , i am a patient of this clinic, but the professionalism of the staff is beyond fixing without the proper training. Unfortunately, i have been prescribed blood pressure medicine by DR.MILLER at this place. I needed to fill my prescription at Wal-Mart, which i do monthly, when i attempted that this month Wal-Mart informed me that my doctor needed to approve it. They faxed the request to my doctors office, after a week without meds and no answer, i called to see why, they told me i needed to come in for an appt before i could get the meds, so i did that yesterday. DR. MILLER checked me, pressure was up a little, but no big deal since he said he sent the prescription , well he didn't send it, nor did he give pills to hold me over. Today i call them after i got emergency meds from pharmacists at the store. They had me on hold at my doctors office 21 minutes, then said someone would call me by pm, this was at 1pm. DR. MILLER called me at 4:55pm, and said your prescription should be there now, i asked for his manager, he put me on hold and after mins, the phone hung up. Guess what, he didn't even attempt to call me back, nor did anyone from this office. I WILL BE TAKING THIS AS FAR UP AS POSSIBLE. I will be sure to update this review when i get some real answers. HAPPY VETERANS DAY TO ALL MY FELLOW BROTHERS AND SISTERS IN THE ARMED FORCES.

This place is terrible! They never have enough people working, I’ve been given the wrong test results, made to wait over an hour to see someone even though I had an appointment. Every time I get use to one doctor they leave. There is no consistency and you always get the incorrect information with each person you speak to. This office needs more help and more people that care.

Horrible service! Dirty facility, literally feces on toilette paper stuck on the bathroom wall... And the cherry on top, staff is very unprofessional! Namely Jamie from medical records, by far the most unprofessional healthcare employee I've ever came across in my life! I recommend waiting for 5 hours at PIMC ER over ever coming here, please do the same.

Never have I experienced a Dr office wasting my time while I'm still sick and need medical attention to tell me after 2 visits, they can't see me because I have hiv. Get educated!

I've been going here for almost 2years when I first went here it was a fantastic idea place, but now I try to make and appointment and deal with back issues. Had an appointment set up for 08/10, and then was told it was canceled due to medical training. And now had to make one set up for two weeks later. Then asked for my files, but was told to go to a website that is not set up yet. Do not go here unless you want to get the short straw of everything.

I am grateful to have a place that accepts people without insurance but the level of service that I received was by far the wost service I have ever received. The biggest thing that I noticed was that there was a huge need for communication skills, listening skills, and reading skills. I had to get a simple blood test done I was scheduled for a 4:15 appointment and was told to show up a half hour early to fill out paperwork. I do this and have to wait until 4:30 to even be called in (I realize this is normal for a doctors office). I had a friendly nurse that asked me some questions that she wrote the answers in my file. She asked the same questions several times, including things I had just answered on the paperwork in her hand. I was directed to a waiting room, where I waited another 10 min. The doctor came in and asked the same questions that the nurse just asked me, that were already on the chart she was holding twice. She confirmed that I needed the test and left the room to get the phlebotomist. The doctor came back 10 minutes later at 5:01 and told me that I needed to leave cause they were closed, and that I could just go to a lab to get the test done (because the phlebotomist had gone home for the day since it was after 5pm). Poor communications and planning all around. After 2 weeks of waiting for my test results I called to find out what was the hold up was. The first time that I called I left a message saying that I needed my test results I got a call back after 5pm someone trying to set up an appointment as a new patient for me. When I told her why I had called she informed me that since it was after 5pm she couldn't access my file and get me my test. She told me that she would call back the next day which didn't happen. When I called the day after that. no one answered and no one called me back after leaving another message. It took all week for someone to call me back with the fact that the lab hadn't sent my test results to the doctor. I realize that it is the labs fault for not sending my results but it shouldn't have taken a week to realize that the test results weren't there. Finally 3 days later I got a call that my "x-rays came back normal" I am quoting there. I had a blood test not an x-ray. I asked for the doctor to make sure that they have the right person's results and that I need no follow-up. I was assured that they would do this and then call me back. Big surprise, I have yet to receive that call.

I will not believe the cruel people that work in this office, at some point I didn’t understand why Sherron Cook was so sweet and nice. But.. once you have a life problem she looks at you like your disgusted and I will not come here. I don’t like how they didn’t speed up the process.

Once they get to know you, it begins to feel like home. I really like that they get you in fast when you're sick. My only issue is that one physician slot seems always in flux. Although I don't know how they find such quality subs. I haven't had a problem with any of the Docs filling in. Continuity of care is my only concern. Despite that, I don't want to go anywhere else.

I saw doctor Miller as a new patient, he took the time to address all of my concerns. He was friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Best doctor it have seen in a long, long time.
