Dr. Brian Mason and the entire team at Garn and Mason Orthodontics are fantastic! My young teen daughter wore upper and lower braces, and after 1.5 years the finished product is AMAZING! From the outset, the team communicated a plan and executed it flawlessly. The staff communicated each step and the office visits were prompt. I also appreciated the implementation of modern technology into the treatment, even using 3D imagery and printing technology in the formation of the retainers. Dr. Mason has many years of experience continuing a dental practice founded in 1961, as the second generation. The process has been very rewarding. We love Dr. Garn and Dr. Mason! They have treated all 3 of our children and we are very pleased with the results. The office staff is always helpful and professional. They usually get you back in under 10 minutes. One day we waited a bit longer and they actually gave us a $10 target gift card for the inconvenience! Garn and Mason always goes over and above what is expected. Dr. Mason even helped us with issues by phone when he was on vacation. We are thankful for the beautiful smiles they've given our children. Although we are glad to be DONE with ortho, we will miss them as they have become like family.

Garn and Mason are the most caring professional Orthodontists. They have taken such good care of all 3 of my kids teeth. Each has had different issues and they are truly experts in their field. They each have six kids who all had braces as well, so they know first hand the best way to help kids through this. My three kids love coming here and look forward to it each time to get their “tokens” :) My oldest just finished her last set of ortho work needed and she looks amazing! She had to do partial braces and an expander at 7 and another set of full braces at 12. By preparing her mouth early the total amount of time in braces was reduced. Her teeth are so straight, her bite is perfect and her smile is worth it all. I completely trust Garn & Mason and even ask for their advice on how to handle other dental issues outside of orthodontics. I can’t recommend them high enough. They are amazing!

One twin required more extensive work than the other, the other twin had a little more time before needing them. Our 11-year old son goes to this practice and I have to say that Dr. Brian Mason sets the bar so high for doctors in this field. My husband and I were having some heartache over trying to get early morning appointments (we both work) and Dr. Mason called me himself to explain that he himself had done the research and compared to other offices in the area, their office was actually open the longest in terms of days and hours in order to try to accommodate parents who needed early morning appointments. I appreciated how he supported his information using real data that he obtained himself just because he wanted to see him for himself what other practices were doing. Needless to say, he was so kind and thoughtful in trying to accommodate our needs and the remaining three children we have WILL be going to this practice :)

When they come in and tell you the estimate of when you get your braces off, they can estimate it very well. I never had a problem when it came to scheduling or making an appt. They even gave me a corn basket when I got my braces off. I am in love with my braces
