I can't imagine going to anyone other than Dr Loo or his dental hygienist Laura. Dr Loo's injections are painless! I have had only one other Dentist I can say that about. Laura does an amazing job keeping my teeth clean and is extremely gentle. Their expertise is matched by their delightful personalities, but that is shared by the whole staff. Great Dr. and Great staff!!

My entire family has been going to the now Elevation Dental Group for years. They treat us like family on a very personal level. I was first interested in their office because of my older sister going there. She had been in the dentistry industry for 30 years and understood the top of the line service that this group offered. She told the whole family and so here we are, all patients. My experience is with Dr. Loo, who I have the utmost respect for with his skills, talent and patient care. If there is a problem, he has an answer and it is always the best one for each individual. I feel that the dental care is always out in front of most offices in the knowledge and procedure department and I have full confidence that I am getting latest and best dentistry provided. I know that anyone would find this a great place to go and be a part of their patient family.

Dr. Loo and his staff truly are amazing. Everyone is always so friendly and accommodating. I can honestly say that Dr. Loo is THEE best dentist I have ever had, and I have had several in the valley. I had a 'dental emergency' (in my world) and they saw me on a minutes notice and made sure to fix the issue in the same visit, and saved me a ton of money doing it! It was something that could have clearly waited, but they took the time to help me and had a solution so I was on my way being able to smile big. Thank you Dr. Loo and staff!! I will be a lifelong patient. Highly recommend him if you are looking for a dentist.

Dr Green is SO good with kids as well as adults! I took my toddler here for the first time to get his teeth checked and cleaned. He polished his teeth and was so sweet and good with my son. I could tell he's a fun guy and am glad I have found a dentist I'm comfortable bringing my children to. He was very informational about my son, his dental needs and answered all of my questions.

The office was great until the past few months. I stopped by for a basic cleaning and at the end of the cleaning inquired about another dental service I need done, I wanted to know if it had to be done before or after the end of the year so that i could take advantage of my plan. The young lady named Celeste who helped me proceeded to yell at me to tell me how much of a favor they are doing me by not charging me the increased prices...that are going to kick in, in the beginning of next year. Never got my answer when the service had to be done. I asked twice. After I received an outrageous bill for the basic cleaning service I mentioned previously, I called in to set up a payment plan. Which Celeste setup for me, it was a 3 month payment plan. I voiced my concern about the quantity of the bill and Celeste then began explaining to me that she is splitting the bill into three for my inconvenience with the bill, which was already setup prior to me voicing my concern. She used the split as an excuse to avoid explaining to me the large bill. I will not be returning to the office because of her. She is not empathetic and is not concerned about finding a middle ground, she gives me the impression that I am, as a customer, is inconveniencing her with my problems and that she just wants to get off the phone as soon as possible. This is not the service I was used to from the previous three years I was with them and as a result, will not be returning to the office. On a positive note; The office is very clean, beautiful, work is always done professionally and swiftly, the staff is always very polite except Celeste. It is very unfortunate that she has to be the first and last face you see when you visit the office. Her customer service skills need improvement.

No wait; was promptly taken in at my appointment time. Laura was very personable, always checking on my comfort, as she cleaned my teeth and took X-Rays. Dr. Lachot was also personable. Teeth felt and look great.

Old filling fell out on a trip. They fit me in the morning after I got back, shaped a high-tech one and cemented it in...all in that visit. Doctor Lachot explained every step and showed on the monitor how he was shaping it and clearly explained the whole process. Three days later, can't even tell I had work done there! Thanks, Doc.
