Dr. White and the entire staff were awesome from check-in to check-out. Very thorough and explained everything in detail to ensure the patient understands. Did not push you into anything you didn’t want done and were able to provide options if you did have issues of some sort. Educated you on your options and you make the decision. Very professional. Karyn cleaned my teeth and she was very thorough and they have never felt better. They have state of the art equipment which I feel makes things easier. Great atmosphere. I went to see Dr. White to get a consultation and estimate for replacing two old fillings in my two front teeth. I was expecting to need the fillings to be replaced by crowns because another dentist told me I needed crowns. Dr. White was able to replace the fillings. No crowns. The work was completed much more quickly than I expected and they look great! Staff are friendly, professional and comforting.

On vacation on Bullhead City, my husband had crown prior to our vacation , well he starts having pain, we call at least 5 different dentist, but it's the weekend, called our local dentist 4 times, couldn't leave message on emergency line, his mailbox was full☹️. Thank God for Dr. Mark White, he prescribed antibiotics for my husband. That helped so much! He still has pain, but it's lessen. If I lived here, Dr. White would be our dentist and I'd be telling everyone how awesome he is!

We have been going to Valley Dental, Dr Mark White for almost 15 years. This office is the best dental group that we have ever had. Dr White keeps up to date on all the latest technology and the easiest methods to make sure you get the best dental care in the least amount of time. I had a full crown done by Dr White from start to finish in around four hours. No coming back for a second visit to put in permanent crown. So amazing. Maggie the dental hygienists is caring and efficient when doing our cleanings. I always recommend Valley Dental to all my friends and neighbors. They are hands down the best office in town.

All around such an amazing and friendly staff! I have been to many dentist offices in the Tri-State area and none are as awesome as Dr. White's office. Appointments are always right on time, you never have to wait more than five minutes to get taken back. I was so nervous to get my wisdom teeth out, but everyone made me so comfortable and reassured me everything was going to be okay. I love going to get my teeth cleaned and they always give you a little bag with a toothbrush, dental floss toothpaste and even a little Chapstick! Dr. White and his staff are by far the best in town. They have a way of making my family and I so comfortable in their office. So much so that my 8 year old son said he only wanted Dr. White to pull his two very loose teeth out. He feels so comfortable with Dr. White. My kids and I always look forward to our cleanings! My experince with Dr. White started on a weekend with the most painful dental issue I have ever faced. We hadn't met yet and I wasn't a patient. Not only did he provide assistance to provide interim help but he called me later that evening to check in on me. Let me start off by saying, I haven't taken the best care of my teeth. I've gone into a few dentist offices hoping to find one that could offer me solutions and help me fix some of my issues. However, the places I've gone to made me feel judged and just generally uncared about. Anyway, about Dr. White's office: I visited his office for the first time today, and I will definitely be returning regularly. His staff actually wants to help me. Not once did I feel uncomfortable or judged. The oral hygienist Karyn was the sweetest person ever. I got the feeling she legitimately wanted to help me - as long as I was willing to do my part as well. Dr. White was very nice as well. Again, I know I need a lot of work done, and he didn't make me feel bad about it at all. Instead, he told me what he thought was most important to take care of first, followed by the lesser issues. Overall a great place to go. They may seem a little expensive because they are an out of network office. But they let you know that right away. That part doesn't bother me because at least I know I'll receive quality care.

Went for my 2nd appointment yesterday, Kayrn was really Great, listened to me , answered all my questions and concerns gave me excellent advice about Oral Hygiene and made me very comfortable during my visit. I have worked with Dr. White for over five years now as a Dental Hygienist. I have been in the Dental field for 18 years in Bullhead City. I do believe that our office sets us apart from all the other offices in Bullhead because Dr. White truly takes pride in his work and his patients. What a great comforting experience with Dr. White and his staff. I called in about a broken crown and they got me right in. I have never been to a Dentist office that was so efficient and had state of the art equipment to repair my broken crown within the hour. After my visit with Dr. White and his staff repairing my crown. I must say I am very happy and pleased with their service and now moving forward I have found my new Dentist.
