Dr Raoufi has been my Dentist for many years. Even after moving to Washington State I will fly in frequently just to use her services. Her warm staff always makes me feel very welcome. Dr. Raoufi and her staff are fantastic. I had lots of pain and had to have an emergency root canal and Crown a few days prior to Christmas. Dr Raoufi and her staff arranged my emergency appointments, performed root canal, took my mouth impression and arranged with the LAB to make my crown in two days. Entire process completed in only 3 days and I am now enjoying my smile pain free and ready for Christmas. Dr. Raoufi and her staff went above and beyond in making sure I felt comfortable and ready for Christmas. My gratitude and hats off to Dr. Raoufi and American family dentistry Staff. I've been coming here for the last 5 1/2 years. I'm very strict about great teeth and cannot stand an ugly mouth. I know that sounds mean to some people but visit a dentist; Good Grief! Dr. Lydia and her doctors on hand are absolutely awesome! Never had a problem and I come here all the time for my routine cleaning and dental work. The front desk is very friendly and informative as well. Mona's been there since I started coming. Not a high employee turnover so everyone knows what they're doing. Thank you for your hard work :)

Shannon & Beatriz took the time to verify my insurance before coming into the office to insure I had an understanding of what my dental coverage is. Kayla and Anahi welcomed me with a smile while taking me back to start taking my x-rays. Thank you Jessica (hygienist) for proving with a thorough teeth cleaning.

I have called Amfam my dental office for over 6 years. I have moved but still make the drive. Dr. Raoufi is so gentle and friendly. The girls in the front have been there for years and its always a familiar face in the back. Insurance billing is exact. Do yourself a favor and make this your dental office.

Due to my move I had to switch Dentists, which i hate to do. I was lucky when i found this Dentist office. It is a well run office and Dr Raoufi is great and treated me with care while getting my filling (who likes to get a filling??). The hygienists are excellent too. Overall, I am so happy I found them and i do not miss my old Dentist now.

I wish I could emphasize my satisfaction with AFD in writing! """""""Dr.Raoufi is an angel."""""" I referred one of my friends who adopted four kids from different countries to her, not only she didn't charge them a dime but also she took care of them very well. My Dughhter is eight years old and hates going to dentist! But Dr. Raoufi and her amazing staff made her super comfortable that she loves to visit them on a daily bases!!! I had lots of crowns, root canals, filing, and of course clining...with the best treatment. I highly recommend Dr.Raufi to everyone, adults and kids.

As someone who has worked in dentistry for over 25 years in the past and am, of course, very particular about where I have my dental care completed...I highly recommend this practice. Sue and Ashley at the front desk are always welcoming and able to answer any question I might have about my appointsments or insurance. Dr Serena Mercado is my endodontist here and she and her assistant have been wonderful throughout my care, calm, caring and thorough. I don't often need dental work completed, but Dr. Daub did my exam, I found him thorough and professional also. Jessica is my hygienist and she also was delightful. If you are looking for a new dental practice in Scottsdale, this is the place!

I need to tell you , that the Dentist visit, is the last place I look forward to going , however, I and my wife had a pleasant experience with this doctor and staff. They were always professional, courteous, helpful and accommodating when it came to scheduling appointments around my schedule as much as was possible. They went out of their way to have "lab technicians" available when they knew we had short time frames to deal with. Like I said in the beginning, if I need to go to a dentist, this would be the place to go. I highly recommend Raoufi Lida and her staff.

I have very sensitive teeth with a lot of gum recession. Dr. Roaufi has been consistent, caring, and extremely competent. Gentle bedside manner esp with young ones...friendly and knowledgeable staff. Jessica my dental hygienist, cleans my teeth virtually pain free which has been a major issue with my previous dentists.
