Welcoming, Professional and Super Friendly!! We came as a family to see Dr. Xochipilli. She came highly recommended and it seems everyone we came across in town knows her. She’s very good. They did a very thorough and efficient job on a ton of work my dad needed. It would have taken 9 visits to get done in the U.S. while here the majority of it was completed in 2 days, we took the weekend off and came back Monday to have his crowns placed. My mom and I had cleanings done. Painless, and comfortable. Don’t hesitate to book ahead, this is a busy office. The staff is highly professional and will answer any questions, give you a price quote up front and time estimate on work to be done.

I chose Dental Solutions because it was a practice started and run by women in a family. My husband & I are retired, no real dental coverage and had a total of 9 crowns done at Dental Solutions. We were satisfied with the results, the crowns are good with pain free execution. It is no frills dentistry, but that is what we paid for. The cost, even with airfare from Minnesota, car rental and hotel for a week saved my husband and I thousands of dollars. I had one crown that they would not replace and recommended an extraction which I declined. I was disappointed with their level of problem diagnosis however. When I returned to my U.S. dentist 2 months later for my annual cleaning, she found cavities in the margins of 3 other crowns and said she would replace the crown that the Dental Solutions Dentist wanted to extract. So now I need 4 more crowns and need to plan another trip to Los Algondones. DO I SEARCH FOR ANOTHER DENTIST AND TAKE THAT RISK OR USE THIS DENTAL OFFICE AGAIN??? My daughter is coming with me this time as she needs a 3 crown bridge. WHAT WOULD YOU DO?

Dr. Bojorquez is a wonderful dentist. She put two implants in. I didn't feel a thing. My dentist in Scottsdale wanted to put me under. Dr. Bojorquez said that wasn't necessary and she even fixed some work my supposedly top dentist in Scottsdale screwed up. Her entire staff is a joy. I've recommended her to all my friends. Do not hesitate to let her do the work you need. I will be going back to Dr. Bojorquez every time I need work. She is my dentist for life.

For some context, I have never had any procedures done in Mexico and I would be traveling for my first root canal alone. I was hesitant but my insurance was not going to cover my dental work and I did not want to swallow the $8k US based bill. I, like you, read every review I could and reached out to three dentists. Dr. X's team emailed me right away. Unfortunately, it was a semi canned response that shared details about their All-in-4 treatment (not my root canals). Obviously this email put me on alert so I decided to give them a call. Their front office lady was very professional and took her time answering my questions. PRO TIP call them! I set my appointment for the next day, booked my flight, and showed up at my time slot. PRO TIP II they will not send you an appointment reminder. Just show up. The Dental Solutions office was sanitary, small, and had a few patients waiting. They elected to do my procedure at their satellite office which was a 2-min walk away. Dr. X, her sister, and their medical assistant Cesar treated me. All of them are fluent in English, but if I ever spoke too fast or slurred, Cesar would translate as his English was impeccable. Every step of the way they explained what they were doing, what my options are, and were transparent in their pricing. I am sending my friends to Dr. X's team from now on. Best advice I can give to you is 1. Know what your procedure entails before you go, so you know what to expect and your mind is at ease. 2. Book an extra 48-hours for crowns because they will need to create them for you. 3. Do not go their with a full blown infection already like that 1 star reviewer did, because any good dentist will not give you a root canal until the infection is more manageable.

Had a lower right molar that needed a root canal. Went to Dental Solutions in Los Algodones, MX without a formal appointment. They done an exam and x-ray and came to the conclusion that they would do an RC without a cap. Xochipilli said they'll just build up the worked on molar much like a cavity filler. The whole procedure took about 1.5hrs. They drained the puss from the gum. I was surprised at how close to the original estimate cost they came to. No over sell like a lot of other facilities. Do your research first and stick to your chosen facility. Don't let pickers pick your dentist. They'll direct you to the highest, low quality, bait and switch pricing facility. You can get an appointment easily. Place.- It may amaze you how clean this place is. Not just the installations and the equipment but the personal as well. The building may seem small at the beginning but the more you get into it you may realize that it has many rooms, it has a decent space to work. My surgery went so smooth. I really love the way the dentist made me feel. I didn't feel any stress at all and she was so nice all the time. I definitely be back and I strongly recommend it to everybody.

UPDATE 8/2019: One crown was put on incorrectly and caused me to lose the tooth, another crown has never quite felt right and will likely need to be replaced. I don't trust this place and the number of suspicious reviews makes me wish I had noticed it sooner. ORIGNAL: The prices are low but I fear the quality. Prices changed because of the "language barrier." I went and had several services done, one of which was a dental crown. They must've messed up the impression because when the crown came, it fit the impression but not my tooth. The doctors spent an hour carving the tooth out so that the crown would fit over it (and in the process making the tooth ever smaller). I'm back in the USA and it turns out at least one if the two crowns was installed incorrectly and was made incorrectly. I will likely lose the tooth. Next up was payment issues. I wanted a particular crown but was told that there wasn't enough space to support it so I needed to get another type of (more expensive) crown. I told the dentist that I had $XXX available and could only pay that. She said it wouldn't be a problem (because the total would have been $XXX+$100 or so) but when I went up to pay the girl out front had no idea what I was talking about, even though she was there when the price was agreed upon. While I was waiting to have my crown installed, a gentleman came in with a major issue with their work. I believe he had four implants done ("All on Four") and they all just...fell out. I'm hoping for the best but am not confident that it'll be the case. A TIP: Schedule your appointments (where ever you go in Los Algodones) as early in the morning as possible. The line to get back into the USA rapidly increases after 2p. I had to wait in line for 3 hours (got to line at 425) and 1.5 hours (got in line at 2p).

I saw Dr. Xochipilli for a consultation first after doing a lot of online research. I met a couple of other dentists in the Los Algodones area but after meeting Dr. Xochipilli, I knew she was the dentist I wanted to take care of my dental work.. That was the first visit in January with a second visit on the 2nd of March for 2 implants. I was quite nervous as I had never been to a dentist outside the US before. She told me not to be nervous, and I would be well cared for. Amazingly, it only took about 1 hour to have the implants done. I will go back in 6 months for the posts and crowns to complete the work. I had no pain while the work was being done and minimal pain during the recovery. I should have asked for more of her cards because several friends and neighbors asked about my experience and one couple have even scheduled appointment with her for mid-April. Other friends who traveled with us in January, have had Dr. Xochipilli do their dental work and were also satisfied with the work done.

My experience with dental solutions was amazing. I went to Simply Dental 1 hour before I came here and they fixed a filling that the old dr with White Hair at Simply Dental literally 1 block away had performed. That place is horrible I did my research ,and got wanted to have another clinic check their work and I feel like i dodged a bullet by doing so. At Simply dental the Dr didn't wait for the lidocain to completely absorb into my gums. He started immediately after and your supposed to wait for 15 minutes but simply dental did not and it hurt like hell. Dental Solutions took their time and fixed their mistakes. I felt no pain and felt like i can sleep while they worked on my teeth. I went back to Simply Dental and got a refund for the filling on #4 that they put too much filling in and left a pocket which could have caused decay. Simply Dental didn'teven want to give me a refund and I told them how uncomfortablei felt with the dr and my experiencewas horrible i had to stop him 5x during the procedureand told him it hurt. Cant wait to get my smile back next month with Dental Solutions all staff was very nice and they saw me 4 hours early. Prices are really cheap i saved a loooot of money. Make sure your medically knowledged about teeth. :)

I literally may start crying even THINKING about my experience at this place. My suggestion NEVER GO HERE! I read the reviews prior and after talking to other patients in the office am realizing they were probably fake reviews. I have never taken the time to write a review but I feel the need to make sure no one goes through my same nightmare. So many mistakes were made I would take pages on here to write it all down so I'll try to keep it minimal. I am 5 months pregnant and had massive jaw pain causing headaches and found I needed a root canal. I was charged for a finished root canal at this place and told to go home and deal with the rest when I wasn't pregnant. My filling fell out within hours and again was feeling pain. I came home and got X Ray's to find out no root canal was ever performed. When I called dental solutions they claimed it was my fault for misunderstanding I had an infection and needed 2 days of antibiotics ( later I found out you can't take antibiotics less than 7 days for them to be effective) I trusted them and came back to finish the root canal. Dr Cynthia something (I don't remember her name) was AWFUL! Didn't say a word to me , no explanation of what she was doing, just sat me back in my chair and stabbed me HARD in the roof of my mouth with the medicine to numb up. Tears were running down my face and she literally began drilling immediately. I stopped her and asked shouldn't I need an x-ray before a root canal. She said no all annoyed and then 5 minutes into drilling started to do an x-ray ( AGAIN ZERO EXPLANATION of what she was doing!) Keep in mind I'm pregnant. The machine wasn't working and instead of telling me that...She took like 30 x-rays trying to make it work ( cause that's super safe pregnant

My girlfriend went there in May 2018. Worse experience ever!! They don't listen when you change what you want done and when you try to dispute claim, they just lie as if it were their second language (certainly not English, for sure). My first plan was to get a bridge and implants, but after the work on my root canal (over 3 hrs. and many x-rays to see if the root was gone and not one word to me, but to the other personal in there), I decided to just go with 3 crowns (charged for 4 crowns) and the root canal. When I went for the crowns they had a bridge with 3 teeth, no crowns. They sent the bridge out to be cut into 3 crowns (who does that??) . Before putting in the 'crowns' I asked at least 3 times if my partial would fit over the 'crowns'. I was assured they would...I couldn't believe they would cut the bridge into 3 'crowns' in the first place, but alas the partial would not go over the 'crowns'. So it is Memorial weekend and I don't have anything I asked for and embarrassed to go anywhere without my partials. I swear that everything I am writing is the truth and I was told by the doctor at Dental Solutions that they did not receive 1 penny from my credit card company, but that's another lie because someone got paid. I am now paying for "shoddy" dental work and will be for months. Find another dentist...please!! Don't go through what I went through!!

I was a bit nervous to get dental work done in Mexico (as I'm sure many people are the first time), but it turned out to be a good experience. I had two root canals, an extraction, a crown and a bridge. They were able to save a tooth that I was sure needed to be extracted. The dentists were great, they made sure I was never in pain. They were able to give me something to help my anxiety as well. They even had specialists come in to do the root canals and extraction. Everyone was nice and spoke great English. They have a nice waiting area in the back/middle of the building. Definitely coming back the next time I need major dental work done. One tip: as you're walking through town to get here, just ignore the peddlers. There's a lot of them. Walk past them, don't engage them.

Very bad experience here. I had crowns done on 2 of my lower back teeth on both sides and 2 of the back upper. First off they could not get the bite right and they kept grinding until it rested on 1 tooth. The problem was they numbed my whole mouth because the glue caused pain when they put the crown on. Therefor when they asked me how my bite was as they were grinding down my teeth, i had no feeling so i could only guess. Another big mistake or it was intentional, the "crown specialist" put 2 of my crowns over tooth decay and 1 of them over a cavite. I believe you might be able to mess up 1 tooth and call it a mistake but not 3. They were, in my opinion trying to get future repeat business, knowing the next step would be implants. By the time my tooth was completely destroyed they could have blamed it on me. Since i had to pay someone else to fix their bad work right away, i never would have known this. These people would never warranty their work in a way it was done right. I did not know how bad until another dental office fixed their work. After informing Dental Solutions that i wasted $1200 on their bad work, they simply never got back to me.
