I originally chose this dental office because it was close to my apartment. I have had numerous types of dental work done at this office and am always impressed when I leave. All of the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I moved an hour away from this office but still come in for dental work due to the quality of care I receive. I could easily change to a dental office closer to me but prefer to come to this location because of the staff.

I have been going to Aspen Dental for a few years now and I really like the dental hygenist and the dentist themselves. They've made it easy to get appointments. And they are opening one Saturday per month which is convenient in case you have to work Monday through Friday. When I do have an appointment they see me on time no waiting forever in the waiting room period and again the hygienist are very nice.

What a surprise and extremely favorable experience I had with Aspen Dental. Clean waiting room with very nice people who treated me like a king. The technicians took several ex rays of my mouth with state of the art machines and the dentist ( a very nice young lady named Cheyanne Fazell) took the time and patience to explain my reason for not being able to chew my food and how to remedy the situation. I was terrified at the bill I would end up with for all this professional attention, but said nothing to her about that. After molds of my mouth and my dentures repaired and some lessons on keeping my mouth healthy I put in my dentures which fit great and left. That night I enjoyed my first meal with out pain and suffering. By the way-the bill was so low that I feel they must have made a mistake. All n all I am so thankful that I made the derision to visit Aspen.

I walked in the clinic today with hopes of becoming a new patient as this particular clinic accepts my insurance. Needless to say I had quite a few questions about a new patient exam, X-rays, insurance EOBs and wisdom teeth removal as my wisdom teeth recently became an issue. Few questions were answered and I was advised to call the Aspen call center instead of being helped out in person. Now I work at a clinic myself, matter of fact I work front office and I would never, ever, send a patient away and advise them to call our call center to be helped out that way as they are already in the clinic. I’d be more than happy to help. I showed up in person, a warm body, ready to be a patient and ready to chose Aspen as the place to provide my dental needs only to be told to call? Call me old fashioned but this whole experience could have been more personable. I then went to another dental provider where they answered all my questions and made a new patient examination and X-ray appointment for me for Wednesday afternoon without asking me too call anywhere else. Just lost a patient

I was impressed by everyone in this office I came in contact with from the time I walked in the door until I walked out. Cheyanne Fazeli DMD was honest on what could be done and not just interested in pushing me to spend thousands of dollars as the last two dentists I saw when on a medicare supplement plan. She was also concerned enough for my health to get the approval from my physician due to previous medical procedures and was concerned about my comfort during the exam, unlike the last dentist seemingly trying to cause damage in thoughts that all retirees have a lot of money in the bank. Midwestern raised people such as her seem to be the most honest. Although completely down to earth, if seen away from the office she could be mistaken as a model. People skills to the max!!

I was afraid of losing my front right tooth so a root canal was recommended and performed on June 27, 2012. Dr. Sung, Cari, Rochelle, Yesenia were all wonderful. The endodontist Dr. Greg and his assistant Leo performed the root canal flawlessly and explained the process slowly, calmly step by step making me completely at ease. I went in for an emergency wisdom tooth exam which resulted in an extraction. Being that i hate having teeth pulled i was pretty much in despair counting the days. I went in for the appt to have it removed, i explained to Dr. Fazali that i have a history of being anxious etc during extractions, she then mentioned i could opt to see the surgeon and be facilitated under general anesthesia. First off , i wish this had been brought to my attention on the day of my consult a week prior, i would have just gone that route. Overall it was a good experience, despite of what i was there for; but the surgical staff was very attentive. The surgeon himself, Dr. Davies although a bit robotic (as Dr.'s usually are, but ill take excellence over bedside manner any day) did a great job. Thank you to the staff in general, the only place i have ever been where i didn't have to wait more than 5 min to be seen each appt.

After a few other attempts a few other places we have finally found our dentist. This whole experience was fantastic. Amazing office staff and hygienist, and the dentist is someone we actually look forward to seeing. They're easy too work with and coordinated our benefits masterfully. Perhaps we'll have an update next week after the more in depth appointment. As an aside though, it's especially wonderful that we didn't feel any of the judgement or guilt we usually ascribe to dental offices.

Alethea is an amazing Dental Hygienist. She has a calming effect that alleviates the anxiety I usually have sitting in a dentist chair. Poor service from my first consultation to the last time I went. Based on their website and reviews for this specific location, along with it's proximity to my house, I thought this was an ideal place to go for dental work. Unfortunately, I was mistaken. Upon my first visit, Dr. Fazeli dismissed the injury to my mouth (I had taken a fall 2 days prior) and decided on a treatment plan without providing me any additional options, recommendations, or education as to why she chose that treatment plan. Being the trusting person I am, I made the mistake of not asking enough questions. They scheduled me for a deep cleaning (scaling) which two different hygienists did. This didn't seem right to me, so I asked why, and they said the initial hygienists was out on vacation and a new one would be stepping in to complete the procedure. Another concerning aspect was the fact that the second hygienist, had ME tell her everything the pervious one had done. Apparently there were not clear enough notes left on my file. Additional issues I encounter include: a referral to a dentist who does not accept insurance whatsoever and a referral to a endodontist who merely looked at my tooth, charged me over $125 and said I didn't need a root canal. Why couldn't my dentist at Aspen determine that? After my deep cleaning was completed, I went to a consultation with three other dentists in the area. ALL THREE stated that they couldn't even tell that a deep clean was done because of the terrible work done at Aspen. At the end of the day, I ended up with poor service, a lack of options, and high dental bills for no reason. Turns out, none of the other dentists that I had consultations would have recommended the 'treatment plan' Aspen did. In my opinion, Aspen herds people like cattle, they don't offer individualize options, and their dentists are not educated enough to handle complex dental issues.If you're considering Aspen, I'd recommend getting multiple consultations before making your decision.

Good doctors and staff. If you end up needing financing probably going to meet an awkward, hard to talk to young man who is slightly confrontational and an expert at committing conversation suicide. I hope to God you don’t have to talk to this idiot. Other than that you might have a good experience here. I also noted a lot of trash and just random dirtiness like they only have somebody clean their office once a week or something. It’s also kind of weird to see employees outside before work smoking cigarettes then walking inside and going to work. Just doesn’t seem like a fully “on point” office. Shopping around for an all around better office.

I'll start by saying the staff and doctor were great. My primary purpose for seeing the dentist was an infected tooth/nerve pain and pain that was severe. I received a thorough exam to detail all of the issues I was facing and thought that was great, now I know the totality of what I'm dealing with. My issues came after the exam when it came time to talk to the office manager regarding everything. I was provided a referral and a single sheet of paper that had a $6300 cost for services and no details, it also did not include the wisdom tooth extraction in the treatment plan–I'm calling it a treatment plan, it was more of a laundry list of procedures broken up into visits in a random order with no priority. Similar to experiences I've had with car dealers, I was slid a sheet of paper and asked "how does that number work for you?" long story short, my reply was I can't afford that today, what can we do about the tooth pain I came in for today. The office manager mumbled something about not being able to do anything about the tooth without a root canal on another tooth... he clearly didn't know what I needed. Mentioned an Endodontist not being on site until Wednesday, and offered no treatment to manage pain or infection in the interim. I'm disappointed in the service I received in the sense that while I had a lot of things that needed to be taken care of, that my primary reason for visiting was overlooked for a much broader series of procedures that while needed to be done, weren't the priority TODAY. Now I'm sitting here about to get my second dental exam today poorly managing incredible amount of pain.

Permanently damaged nerves in front tooth from filling done here! They don't care about the quality of their work, it's about the money and getting as many people in and out as quickly as possible. I think people come here because they think it will be cheaper than a private practice, but after going to S&L Dental in Scottsdale I'd say that's simply not true. Not only is S&L clean, they use state of the art technology and actually spend their time with each patient. I now have a dark shade looming over the filling on the xray , which means there's decay behind the filling that was performed at Aspen Dental. I'll likely be paying to have S&L repack the filling since it wasn't done properly the first time and I really don't want to lose my front tooth in my 20's. Beware, the price isn't worth losing healthy teeth.

Buyer Beware!! They seemed very nice and helpful; however, they took x-rays. I told them, my insurance won't pay for them because I have had X-rays recently. They said, "oh there will be no charge." Then they proceeded to bill the insurance anyway. Guess what? They were turned down. Now they are telling me I owe them $220.00. Be careful. I won't go back.

I picked them because they are in my insurance network and close to where i live. But they seem like a chain scam. Tried to sell you product/services that you dont need. One example was the nurse/hygenist who was taking my x-ray. She asked me if i was interested in removing my wisdom teeth. Cant she tell just by looking into my mouth that they are already removed!? Then tried to sell me a $300 electric tooth-brush!

Aspen gave me a price up after my insurance paid their portion for some fillings. Every month after I kept getting bills because some portion of the claim was denied. Ended up costing 3 times what they quoted. Also, my tongue was partially paralyzed for months due to the injection of anesthetic into a nerve cluster.

Classic "bait and switch" operations. Both offices I have been to are owned by one dentist-but you have to see other dentists. At first, I went in to see about new dentures as my older ones had broken. Went through all of the usual sales pitches as originally the new dentures would only be $399.00* each-as they so proudly advertise. Of course the bottom tier dentures are just about worthless in function and cosmetic. Ugly and absolutely no warranty. Do yourself a favor and save your hard earned money. I am a Disabled American Veteran and can hardly afford $2,800.00 for new dentures-mind you my old ones still work very well. Pressured into the deluxe, top of the line, 7 years worth of warranty, etc. etc. $2,800.00 later and waiting for an hour or so the process begun. While waiting, the tech took my old dentures and returned the broken one repaired and seemed good as new. If I had known up front that they could be repaired, I would have never allowed myself to be pressured into new fancy dentures. Should have walked out at that point, but had already signed the agreement. Thus begun the nightmare.... After several appointments to try this and try that and adjust this and adjust that-not to mention about 3 weeks of extreme pain from the new glorious dentures, they were finally adjusted to where at least I could eat. 2 days ago, a tooth broke from the upper denture. Unreal. I called the office near me-owned by the same dentist that sold me the glorious new dentures-as they are so happy to have to come in-and was given the run around that I would have to pay $55.00 to have the denture fixed. Now, mind you I bought and paid for the most expensive dentures they have with the 7 year warranty, blah,blah, blah. When it comes time to honor the warranty you will get the run around about having to pay for a visit. Unreal. They also claim a "money back guarantee"..... Good luck with that. I also plan to file a complaint-as I am most sure there are many-about this business called Aspen Dental.

I have been coming to this location for a few years now. I checked out some other locations before finding this one. So I tend to have a really sensitive gag reflex (which apparently is quite common in the dentistry field). Well, it had caused issues when visiting other locations, on top of my financial situations (at the time). FINALLY, after this last appt, I didn't suffer through an x-ray exam! I had a hygienist by the name of Ashley helping me. She was temporarily helping this location; she works on the west side of town. Ashley helped me survive what would otherwise be a frustrating & kind of traumatizing experience. I mentioned some personal health issues as well and she was understanding to those and gave me helpful tips to stay on top of my dental health should other issues begin to interfere/overwhelm me and my routines.

Made a general cleaning appointment. Arrived on time. Onornique booked me for an exam instead of cleaning. Office manager then said the error was due to double patient books, and wanted to test me for tooth pockets only. Totally inept staff, but friendly? Update: Onornique just informed me that they check pocket depth and then reschedule for cleaning. How ridiculous.! My feeling is the only pocket depth their checking is your pants wallet pocket. Stay clear from this place!

Everyone in the office I interacted with was gracious, helpful and sympathetic. I was not rushed or pressured in any way. Dr. Fazali was a dream and she explained what my procedures would be which is what I had in mind. They even scheduled a repair not fixed by another dentist with my extraction appt. And Rachel, Office Manager, went over all charges and even applied for Care Credit for me in about 2 minutes; she was wonderful. I'm so pleased to have found Aspen. Would recommend them highly for any dental problems.

I’m only giving a star to be somewhat nice. They were nice once I got in there and did the visit but, after they couldn’t get my insurance verified. I was told they had to call me the next day. Next day turned into... I had to call them after the weekend. Mind you my appt was on a Wednesday. I called on a Monday and I was told the billing rep would call be back with my quote. Still nothing. Called back on Tuesday and insisted she stay on the phone with me to get my quote. My quote was 4,000 when I was told my insurance would cover 100%. I don’t have that kind of money so, I call Risas. I got my procedure fully covered and done in a timely manner. Never again.

Not my first recommendation, for sure. My regular dentist was out of the office and I really needed seen. My first qualm with tgisboffice was that you have to call a 1800 number to get an appt. I’d rather deal with the front office staff directly. Second, their fax was broken and I had to wait another hour before I could get in. I needed paperwork from another doctor and finally they took verbal consent over the phone. My poor doctors office tried faxing something 16 times. Come to find out they were never able to fax to this location. After my appt, I was referred out and I signed a release to come back and pick up paperwork and my X-rays for my new appt. this was three days later and now their copy machine was broken. Sigh. They were supposed to call me on Monday and never did. I finally stopped in and was given the run around. So frustrating. They ended up sending my X-rays to me in email. The images weren’t attached but inserted and the thumbnails were so tiny my dentist had to re do the entire set. Stupid. What a waste of time this entire visit was. I’m sure they had no issues collecting from my insurance company though. I will never ever go back or recommend this office to anyone. Truly the Walmart of dental offices.

I have to be on some "special" teeth cleaning program which honestly does not seem to be any different that a regular cleaning. I am supposed to have 2 cleanings a year with my insurance - but I was charged $100+ yesterday. I am not super please with Aspen Dental. The hygienist though is nice.

The most unprofessional office I have ever been to. The staff are condescending and rude. IThey keep you waiting up to an hour after your scheduled appointment and then tell you that they have other patients they have to attend to. I came prepared with my new patient form filled out and wasn't seen until 45 minutes later. My advice to them - then don't schedule appointments if you can't see people! They need to hire new staff who understand how customer service works. I would rather pay double the money than have to go back to aspen dental. I am appalled at how rudely I was treated. WILL NOT RECCOMMEND TO ANYONE

I paid way more than other offices. It took almost a year to get dentures, not weeks as advertised. Now 2 years with dentures that only the top plate works for me. 2 years and they want to redo them! I thought leaving in the front bottom teeth would give the denture some stability. Wrong. Watch the bill. I paid for stuff I didn't need: electric toothbrush and such.

The staff was very caring and attentive! I had a late afternoon appointment and it was busy, but the staff still checked in on me to see if I needed anything. They would also update me letting me know when my dentist would come see me. At the very end, going over the insurance and payment options was incredibly easy. Too bad there are no minus stars. Made an appointment in Casa Grande. I was told to show up at 1:15 because I had to fill out a 4 page health questionnaie to replace ONE FRONT TOOTH on me upper denture. There was a sign at the desk that they would be back at 1:30. I had made the appointment 3 hours before. Then I was to get an X-ray, which I refused. Then the dentist was going to charge me $85 to look at my denture. All I had to do was to smile and she would have seen what had to be done. She would not give me an approximate cost either, so I left. On a scale from one to ten, I would give them a minus 20 and for a scale of one to ten for ripping people off, I would give a PLUS. No wonder we see line ups of Americans in Algadones, Mexico to get dental work.

The Bill Will hurt Hurt More Than the Dental Work. It was recommended that I have all 4 wisdom tooth removed. This is a controversial recommendation that many dentists disagree with. Usually it's recommended for teenagers, not 40+ year-olds who are having no problem other than a couple of cavities. Statistically, the real percentage of people who have problems with wisdom teeth is small. Everyone was nice but I feel like some work recommended was unnecessary. Recommendation of unnecessary procedures by my previous dentist is exactly why I'm afraid to go to a dentist. I remember my first dentist I had as an adult very fondly because he did everything himself, i.e. cleaning, fillings, tooth pulling, root canal, laminates, etc. Now it takes 3 different people to do this. It makes it more complicated when scheduling appointments and I'm not sure why. I do like that they have payment plans for more expensive work. I have a feeling I'm going to need it in the future. The wait time was minimal.

i needed an emergency visit, it was my first time to aspen dental, they got me in within the hour for an extra fee for same day. A crown of mine came off and needed it re-cemented. Procedure took 20 minutes. I was charged for cementing and quick visit. But one our later it came off again. I then went to another clinic and had it done. this new cement held on strong.

As a result, I like to give positive feedback when you have a great experience. Aspen Dental, was highly recommended by my mother, and she is not a lover of dental appointments, which I why I decided to try Aspen. From the first interaction to the last I was consistently pleased and even as writing this, could say I had a good time at the dentist! • Kate Wallace, Syracuse New York, scheduled my appointment (7/16/2018) o She made me laugh, answered my questions, but more than that, she anticipated my questions and gave me answers before I had to even ask! Humorously, she’s my new best friend and if we lived in the same state, she’s someone I’d hang out with, she was just the nicest. • Then I received the courtesy reminder call on day of visit, which I did not expect, but was happy to receive! (7/17/2018) • Day of appointment Taylor immediately greeted me, (I was earlier than needed for the visit) however he continued to check in while I waited and kept me apprised of timing. This also allowed me to see how he handled other patients and his level of service was Outstanding with everyone. • Roger took my x-rays and we talked about Soccer and Kickball, so he should remember me! Also, talked me through the process but also said “I promise to be fast” which I appreciated, as the mouth pieces can be uncomfortable. Additionally, he was fast, but made it seem easy because he was conversational. • Jasmine the internist was awesome! I asked her about schooling and could really sense a passion for the job. My perception is that she is motivated and wants to be knowledgeable as she was taking notes and of coursed I asked about them; she writes questions to ask about after a patients visit not want to interfere during the exams. It reinforced that Aspen employees are expected to be educated and that they hire staff, and interns who fulfill this expectation. • Jamie, who was not responsible for my care directly, I also managed to make friends with and was really funny, cracked me up! She is engaging and friendly with everyone, and that’s great service. • Adored Alethea, and she will probably remember the veneer’s/Snooki (from the Jersey Shore) conversation, which still makes me laugh. • Dr. Fazeli was kind, incredibly professional but also warming when we met and informative (I toned down the chattiness with the doctor, the best I could). • Following my exam I met with Taylor privately, (away from other patients) to discuss further care. I did not feel pressured, I felt informed and he offered suggestions. I apologize for the length of the review however if a team, can impact me, cause me to remember their names, and leave me with a sensation of having a good time, especially at the dentist, then I felt obligated to give feedback. As service staff, in any field, we often hear how terrible we can be, but I believe you should take the time to recognize when something, someone, a team, is truly Outstanding. They cured my terrible fear of the dentist! When I first went in, I was in tears, shaking in fear, of having dental work done. The dental hygienist, Ginger, and the dentist both were so gentle, explained exactly what needed to be done to get my mouth healthy and put together a plan. The billing staff showed me exactly what my insurance covered and what my out of pocket would be (and they were 98% accurate-- no surprise bills with over $3k in dental work done this year). I had gone to Aspen for about two years. They never had an issue with my payments. I changed insurance plans at the end of the year and they were supposed to bill my last visit in 2016 to the carrier I had in 2016. They did not and they waited for 6 months into 2017 to tell me I owed them the full amount of my visit. I had at least 3 conversations about the issue and instead of dealing with it properly it was always the same answer "we will call you back." No one ever seemed to listen to the actual issue they just kept attempting to bill my new insurance plan for a visit that occurred when I had a previous plan. A professional dental office would have billed during the time of service and wouldn't have had an issue. These people are not organized and no one I talked to seemed to have the power to own the mistake.

The staff was great, they were able to get me in the same day I call . I have got some new dentures, that I had got from out of state but the bottom one was rubbing against my gums. So I asked him could they file it down and they did but my gums was still sore. They told me it would take a couple days, and and gargle with warm salt and water and I did. I didn't wear my dentures for a few days. But when I put them back in they were still rubbing in the same place, I called the office and explain that to them they told me I would have to pay again to get that done again. I told them that didn't make sense to me because they didn't fix in the first place, they said because I didn't get them from them the work wasn't guarantee I told them they didn't explain that to me in the beginning, nor it was in written when I first came in. So because of my experience I would never recommend Aspen Dental to anyone. I can understanding if the rubbing was in a different area but it was the same spot. They just did not file it down enough.

The front desk staff, dental assistant, hygienist, and dentist were great! My 2 star rating is how they handle the “check out” process. There was a $135 electric toothbrush added to my bill, without any conversation along the lines of “the hygienist recommended this and it’s optional” but rather “this is required and you’ll have to take that up with the hygienist on your next visit”. Also, my first time new patient visit is covered by my insurance, but they want you to prepay for your next appointments ahead of time without a lot of details as to why, what for, and there’s not a lot of knowledge from the person who is asking for this payment on what the purpose of that is. Very weird experience.

During the first cleaning everyone was very happy a friendly. But 3 days later I came in for a whiting. This was so painful that it felt like a hernia in my mouth. Not only that the Hygienist Nicole was rude and made comments like "you signed the document" and "I thought you weren't that sensitive." This is flat out unacceptable way to treat someone in pain. I paid the full price not before explaining that I was in pain and thought that the treatment was not worth the money of $299. By the way the procedure was not well explained. I will not be returning here just because the hygienist said those things and whats more I would only recommend cleanings here. Your insurance covers the cleanings and if its anything else you WILL BE TREATED BADLY. Go somewhere else if you want a regular dentist.

Dental visits aren't always the favorite thing to do especially if you are having problems but Aspen Dental was phenomenal. The exam and xray were completely free. I needed an extraction and although they weren't able to do it the same day, they were able to contact a different Aspen location in the area who was able to complete the extraction the next day which was a Saturday. Both locations were extremely clean and the staff at both were professional and absolutely exceptional. This will be my primary dental office!

While at a conference in Phoenix my denture cracked. We went to CVS and they referred me to Dr. Sung. I called and he was so helpful. He told me what to get to repair it until after my presentation the next morning. The office was just wonderful in taking on my emergency, repairing my dentures and getting me back to the conference on time. It's so comforting to know that there are people like Dr. Sung and his office staff who showed genuine concern. The office was running behind the night I went in for my cleaning. I checked in 30 minutes early for my appointment, but was not brought back until 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Once I was brought back the dental hygienist was pleasant and did a thorough job on my cleaning. Although the staff is friendly everything else just seems to fall at the waist line. I was there for 2 hours and waited 25 mins just to see the DDS for 2 mins. The DDS did not even review the x-rays with me. It has been my experience that dental offices do teeth cleaning the same day as your appointment. Their scheme is to run a 2hr diagnostic review, up-sell you, then schedule a new appointment for the actual cleaning (after you have paid for augmented treatment). The cleanings are good, but I do not like waiting. This past week, I made my appointment time 5 min early and had to wait 20 min to go back. Cleaning took 20 min. Then the dentist was called to do a final inspection, but that was another 20 minute wait. I guess that is why they have flat screens to keep you occupied. If you are not in a rush, this is a good place to go to. Right now, I am looking for a dentist closer to home.

The hygienist did an amazing job during the cleaning, and the assistants were very approachable and friendly. They answered all of my questions, and listened to my concerns and preferences. The only thing that I noticed about the experience that prevented a five-star rating was the unusual amount of time that was spent waiting in the chair for the dentist...otherwise, both Neil and David are extremely professional and creative! Aspen Dental is more concerned about profit than patients. When my husband went for a cleaning, they tried to add on things like an additional fluoride treatment without mentioning that it was not covered under our insurance or necessary. When I went, I was told by Dr. Sung that I needed "two cleanings" (without any explanation from him). When I went to the Care Consultant, she told me they would cost $300 out of pocket. I said I could not afford such an expensive cleaning but would like to have a general cleaning (which is covered 100% by our insurance once they took off the extra fluoride treatment). Dr. Sung, with his trademark arrogance, flat-out refused to give me a general cleaning stating that he "does not let patients dictate their treatment." So because I couldn't afford the more expensive, thorough treatment they chose to provide me NOTHING rather than a less-effective treatment that I could afford. What a horrible place. If I couldn't afford a full organ transplant a normal doctor would not refuse to provide a smaller treatment that could still prolong life.

Me and my wife go to this place just because of experienced and nice doctors. She is going here for last 5-6 years.The billing department is awful. My wife had bad experience twice with the billing department. Earlier when she went they charged 50$ more despite the insurance settlement, after following them for 3 months they gave the credit for the next visit. Now in the next visit she went on Jan 2017 and they sent the bill in December 2017 stating that we owe 115$. First we are living in same address so we got the letter, if not then we won’t get any letter and everything would have gone to collections and spoiled our credit history.We called our insurance and they told everything is settled. Aspen dental sent the final notice ,after that the amount will be sent to collections. I called them on behalf of my wife, the lady in billing was so rude and unprofessional that she said you either pay whole amount or tell my wife to call her and banged the phone off. She also said that she sent her voicemail, and when I checked with my wife she said there was none. Then we called customer care and matter was put to regional manager. She said she will look into the matter and reply us back. After 1 week nothing happened. We again called customer care and matter was about to reach director but somehow regional manager called and told that amount has been waived . This place is awesome just because of hygienist and doctors. Billing point of view, they are worst. If they fix then definitely will go here.

Rushed and painful... Both appointments that I set up were extremely rushed. On the first occasion, I asked the dentist on to look at a front tooth that was a little chipped, but she was in such a hurry, she did not even look at it. On my second visit to get a filling, a different dentist took care of me. They did not give me enough numbing medication and as they were drilling, causing a lot of pain. Instead of stopping and trying to make me feel more comfortable, he instead said, "Just a little bit more." Excuse me...? I expect to be numbed sufficiently and if not, then given more Novocain. I had to stop him a second time in order to catch my breath, I was in so much pain. After he was finished drilling, the filling was giving him a hard time. He clipped my lip with his tool trying to get a spacer in between the gum-line and tooth, now afterwards, it feels like I constantly have something in between my teeth (just the filing itself, food is always getting stuck in there now, as well) and it is hard to floss. I also asked about having my front tooth looked at during this vists, after which he became annoyed and asked if I wanted to have that done now, to which I responded yes. I understand that the office works off of appointments, but I shouldn't have to have 3 appointments before getting one of my initial requests filled... He left to see if he had time and instead of coming back, he sent the assistant back to notify me that they would instead file down the tooth in Nov, with my cleaning. Absolutely not returning to this office. I've never experienced such awful work or attitude from a dentist. Really regretting my decision to go to this office and pay for this work. I have an appointment with a new dentist to ensure my filling was done correctly, since it is so uncomfortable. I highly advise finding somewhere else for your dental needs.

Not finding economically feasible dentistry in Payson, I decided to give Aspen Dental a try based on the new patient free full X-ray’s and exam and the procedure discounts on there website. At a dentist in Payson I paid $120 for X-rays on 2 teeth and dental exam and then was told to extract them my total bill with the X-rays would be $602. Now I admit I haven’t been to a dentist in years and remember when $100 to pull a tooth was considered high. And well I’m not made of money and work hard for it so I declined. But at Aspen Dental, I paid $150 to pull one tooth with no other cost. That was absolutely reasonable and I appreciate not feeling fleeced when I was dealing with a dental emergency and not having insurance nor deep pockets. So I can recommend Aspen Dental to all you folks who want excellent, quality service at a decent price. I especially want to recommend my new permanent dentist Dr Micheal Gardner. Very professional and personable, made me feel welcomed and made the extraction quickly and practically painless. The wait was a little extended. However, the friendly staff and the efficiency of the service you receive here is well worth it. I absolutely appreciated the fact that after the visit the office manager goes over everything with you. And if you don’t understand something she is so patient in helping you make sense of it all.

AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTS AVOID. Felt like I was in a high pressure sales. Was only showing and giving me prices on expensive dentures even after multiple times of explaining I CANNOT afford that much. You advertise dentures starting at $399, Prices I was giving was no where that. I kept saying I NEED to talk it over with my wife and and see what our options are but just kept pushing the higher end dentures. I explained that I had care credit with a a limit of $1500 a payment I can afford, she insisted that I try for a credit limit increase, I didn't even think they would approve it on my credit limit, score, or income. Even with the increase to s7288 being in Payment range of of Approx $175 I still Can't afford. That would put me into financial crisis. Nor would you care about that you would be paid. Now I know why I got a free appointment.

Elizabeth cleaned my teeth like none other! She is a floater or I would request her & only her. I've been coming to Aspen for 3 years now & always get great service...it's just that this girl really has the natural gift of knowing how to get into your mouth & clean your teeth while making you relax at the same time. This is a gift! Thank you Elizabeth, you rock girl!

Staff was pleasant. Office manager was awful. Wanted upper denture, which would involve the extraction of 5 teeth. The front upper was a Maryland Bridge that broke for the second time. Instead of offering me what I asked for, the dentist says he can replace my bridge and repair 3 cavities I didn't know I had. Them I was wist off to the office manager, who quoted a price of $3,500!!! I said, calmly, that is a ridiculous charge. He then said he could lower the monthly payments. How? By my paying for the next 48 or 60 months. I said I'm not paying for a Maryland Bridge for the next 5 years! I got up and heading for the office footing, 4 steps away. At the door the price went down to $2800. For the last 3 weeks I have tried to talk with their billing manager. I get "not available" or no return calls on VM messages and "we'll have him call you." He never calls back.

Best place to be nice costumer service all team are professional include nurses ,and affordable price. I will came again for sure if they keep same service and same price I recommend Aspen dental to any one.
