Very nice dentist, staff and office. Moved to Az in Feb. from Ca. I’m a retired Dental Hygienist and was Looking for a dentist who is ethical in his treatment assessment, and an office with all the high technology equipment that I had in my office in Ca. I had broken a small portion of tooth #3 and was very pleased to have it actually fixed same day, And was pleased to hear Dr. Pappas say he would do a conservative restoration. For everyone that has a dental phobia Dr. Pappas was great at administering my anesthesia. (Shot)

Consult was the most thorough and thoughtful I've ever had from a dentist--extensive photos, x-rays and discussion with Dr. Pappas. They took the time to address all my questions & concerns, I didn't feel rushed. This is definitely not a 'turn and burn' practice where they try and max out the # of cleanings they do--incredibly refreshing. Great job all!

5 months ago I finally decided to get rid of my front tooth that had turned super yellow after a sports injury several years ago. My normal dentist assured me placing a crown would be easy and I thought nothing of it. My initial dentist attempted my crown 3 times and they were all terrible. It was awful. The shape didn't match, the color didn't match, and it was almost as bad as my own yellow tooth had been. Worse, the dentist made me feel crazy for "thinking" it didn't match. I finally decided to go to Dr. Pappas who literally saved my smile. After one try it matches my other front tooth perfectly. After dozens of novacaine shots, countless dental visits, tons of grinding, multiple temporary front teeth falling out, and a ton of hopeless days thinking I'd look like the top photo forever, I'm finally done and have the result I initially set out for thanks to Dr. Pappas! I also suffered some gum deformation from the initial dentist's botching and several tries and shots, which Dr. Pappas kindly fixed for me as well. If anyone is looking to have dental work done, I HIGHLY suggest Dr. Pappas. His attention to detail is unrivaled.

Arcadia Dental Arts never disappoints. If you have been prescribed gum surgery for periodontal disease visit Dr. Pappas first to get a second opinion. Dr. Pappas offers perioscopy, an alternative to surgery which is both minimally invasive and far more affordable. If you are looking to get perioscopy done this is the best place in the valley to get it done. Melanie is a spectacular hygenist and they are reasonably priced. I'm so grateful I found this place. Dr. Pappas and Melanie thank you for treating me!

Dr. Pappas does excellent work. I needed some crowns made. They make them in-house in an hour or so, and I have been very pleased with the results. I have also had my teeth straightened using INVISALIGN. The process was very smooth and I have had excellent results. Cleanings are also very good. Before becoming a patient at Arcadia Dental Arts, the tartar scraping during cleanings always left me bleeding and in pain for a couple of days. At Arcadia Dental Arts, cleanings don't hurt and I am much happier. I strongly recommend Dr. Pappas and Arcadia Dental Arts to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Despite my hatred of the dentist, I really enjoy going here. Everyone is very kind and pleasant. Little things count: you don't have to check in because they either remember you or look ahead on the calendar to recognize people as they walk in the door. They also make an effort to remember basic facts about patients to make your visit more comfortable. Plus Dr. Papas, all of the hygienests, and staff are great.

Just visited today and had an awesome first experience. I was super nervous because I've had some bad experiences and it has also been 3 years since my last cleaning. The staff was so warm and friendly - the receptionist must have taken notes from our first phone call because she knew I had just moved from Denver, knew what my husband does for work, etc. I felt comfortable and welcome from the first minute I was there, and Dr. Pappas was so wonderful. Nice, funny, thorough, knowledgeable, and encouraging. Overall, I was so impressed (and relieved!!) by the whole experience.

Just WOW! I have never experienced a dentist appointment SO thorough! I am actually looking forward to my next appointment! (weird to say for a dentist, right? lol) I learned things about my mouth no other dentist has ever told me! The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming (Thank you Christina). They showed me around the office on my initial consultation, and i even left home with a goody bag! Dr. Pappas is awesome. He took the time to get to know me and I felt really comfortable speaking with them. I didnt feel afraid to ask questions, which i usually am, and a normal dentist will just tell me whats wrong with my mouth and tell me what needs to be fixed and schedule the next appt. Dr. Pappas explained everything to me in detail and WHY things happen that way, and the best recommendations. I was referred by my friend, and they gave both of us a referral credit which is great!

I decided to come here for a bothersome tooth based off of the 5 star rating reviews on Google. I was not disappointed! Upon arrival you are offered water or coffee. There is even access to the guest WiFi network. When sitting in the dental chair, you get an open window view of the beautiful trees and landscaping outside. The entire office is so friendly and accommodating. Dr. Pappas is excellent and is great at putting patients at ease. I had a tooth extracted, and I was surprised when he said we were done because I did not feel a thing! I highly recommend giving this place a shot.

I've been going to Arcadia Dental Arts for about 5 years for regular cleanings and maintenance. When I come in for cleanings, they do a great (and gentle) job and have made the effort to get to know me. When I've needed additional work, I appreciate that they explain processes and need to me and are sufficiently conservative so as to not recommend extra work until it's necessary. Everyone in the office is always professional, warm, kind, and thorough. About 2 years ago, Arcadia Dental Arts did some cosmetic work to fix the result of a minor accident I had as a kid (~15-20 years ago). I had been unsure about cosmetic work, due mostly less awesome dental experience years ago. Dr. Pappas was helpful, thorough, and patient explaining my options; then, of course, making sure I was happy with the result with subtle adjustments until it was just right and still *my* smile. I still have moments when I look at a photo or in the mirror and truly can't believe how silly to wait 15 years to do something about it, and how much happier I am with my smile. Exceptional work and service all around!

Dr. John was absolutely amazing! I had had a terrible experience with another dentist. I looked him up on yelp and he had glowing reviews. He explained to me that I had jaw spasms. He was very articulate and precise with a really great demeanor. He made me a splint for the pain and after a few days I already feel better. Today was my first visit as I am a new patient and I didn't even feel like I was at the dentist. The staff was very friendly, offered me something to drink, provided a tour of the office, and explained what would be happening during the appointment. Office is clean. Equipment is new. Dr. Pappas gave the most thorough examination I have ever had, which was followed by a teeth cleaning that was easy breezy. I can't even find something to nitpick about.
