Dr. Kim and Ashley were the team at the Dimond location that performed the root canal and cleaning, and they were awesome! Sesslyn (I believe that’s her name) worked things out financially for me to be able to get the help I needed but not have the huge financial burden at the end. Before, during and after the operation, I felt comfortable. Their customer service team is outstanding. I rescheduled twice and was late due to other issues, but they still squeezed me in their schedule and went as far as completing the operation even though it went passed their closure time on a Friday. Great job btyDental! But, I still hate the numbing wherever I get dental work done...haha.

I had an awesome experience here with Dr. Hyung, Jann, Bella, and Emily. They were very professional and empathetic when I let them know my fear of mouth pain, they made me feel comfortable and at ease. Every time I’ve been here they’ve made me feel better about going to the dentist. They also made my children like going to get their teeth cleaned and taken care of. My family and I will be back (every 6 months).

The facility is nice, clean and comfortable. I walked in and was immediately tended to. There were several assistants that I encountered throughout this visit, but they all were very friendly, informative and patient. There was a short wait but nothing unbearable. For the first time in my adult life l felt listened to by a dentist. Dr Han explained my options and gave me his recommendation when I asked for it. He was awesome when he had to extract the problem tooth! I have NEVER had a more pleasant experience in my life! He did a fantastic job and is quite skilled as I felt no pain whatsoever. Anxiety, that is what I have ever time I go to the dentist! When I was little I had very few experiences with the dentist, and as I've grown the main experiences I've had have been extractions. Needless to say the anxiety was still there..... Until BTY Dental. I can't express enough how this amazing team of individuals made me feel at ease! While Dr. Kenny carefully and steadily did his"magic", Amber and Sunhee made sure that I was very comfortable and had everything I needed. With all involved making sure that I was at ease, I was. The whole staff was incredible. The anxiety has been replaced with excitement as to what a smile I can have with the assistance of the most amazing dentists I have ever encountered! I would recommend them to anyone, I will be returning and so will the rest of my family! If you are in need of any dental work, do not hesitate, BTY Dental is there for everyone!

I have been using the same Dentist for 35 years and after he retired I gave BTY a call and WOW! I had expected to get in to see them in three or four weeks but NO, they said they could see me later that afternoon! I went in and everyone was so nice and pleasant. Right on time they brought me in, cleaned my teeth and did an exam. There was a couple of items that needed addressing and said they could take care of them now or the next day. it was after 5:00 PM by that time so I scheduled a later appointment. Everyone was very professional and went over with me in detail the things that needed to be done and why, as well as the costs. Based on this first visit I can highly recommend them.

I was seen many times at bty dental- today brought my 4 year old to bty dental to get her cavities fixed- we came to the Diamond location, my kid ran to the play area- while checked her in, she played laughed danced- then doc came she happily went to play the game to win a prize- shes done - shes happy teeth are fixed, and mama got her broken tooth fixed while she was under- was a fantastic visit. Had been putting off dealing with a broken tooth until it finally became infected. Stupid me. I was very worried about the price. The people at Dimond BTY were easy going and professional. The price was less than i expected, the tooth had to be extracted, i was given two prices, the easy extraction and dental surgery price. it came out easy and it was far less money. Most importantly they were able to take care of all my issues that day! Benefit of them having 3 locations and large staff. While the front desk staff, dentist, hygienist/assistant were friendly and helpful, the person that deals with their billing and out of pocket cost was one of the most unprofessional people my husband and I have had to deal with. He went over to discuss cost and as my husband was trying to explain we wouldn’t be able to complete the procedures since we didn’t have enough time due to work, he kept lowering the oop cost as if he was bargaining at a swap meet and let out a sigh that was heard in another bay, as if he was tired of the conversation. Completely unprofessional. If a patient says they’re unable to do the treatment at that time, please stop and ask what day they can schedule for instead of haggling a price. Not sure what the guys name was but we had our appt on 4/6. BTY should find out who that person was and offer him a class on how to properly and professionally deal with patients. We cancelled the rest of our family’s appts that were supposed to start going there.

This facility is outstanding. They were able to get myself and my three kids (14, 12, 10) in at the same time for a cleaning and exam. The staff is friendly and patient which all three of my kids really appreciated. Their treatment plans are extremely easy to read and you know exactly what your insurance will cover and what your responsible to pay. I would recommend BTY Dental to anyone, but especially families.

Dr you,Irene, Nina. Irene would not let me go till I wrote a reveiw that included everyone’s names that worked on me. Since yesterday after they stopped being numb there has been a sore spot on my gums. A couple of spots where the worked they left uneven. Good stuff is they have a play area in the lobby with really cool toys, a projector game, and a tv with kids movies. My son loved the play area. They numbed me up well enough that I didn’t feel any pain till it wore off. Clean and fast.

I appreciate their being meticulous and careful as they clean our teeth as well as their willingness to accommodate my requests. I really enjoyed my visit to Dimonds BTY Dental. Excellent service and friendly staff over there, like Desirae, London and Mackenzie. Once in the chair and the operation had begun, they always made sure I was comfortable and wasn’t in pain. They even let me use my headphones

The dentist was nice but I should’ve questioned them before they put my crown on. My last dentist used better materials to make my last crown and I wasn’t aware there were different materials, so now I have a cheap looking tooth that looks more yellow in my mouth than the rest of them that no other dentist wants to mess with or whiten until it craps out and I have to replace it. I also looked into getting 6 Month Smiles with them thinking they’d be cheaper than braces or Invisilign - they wanted $7500 when my ortho only wanted $5500 for the alternative options, this was a common price range I found for the alternatives so I was a little let down by that. They’re nice and easy to get into but I won’t be going back. I feel like my family dentist does better quality work.

If any changes to the procedure they would let me know. They gave me two hours estimated time. I was there from 9am and left the office at 10:15am. Very well pleased.
