I can not say how extremely grateful I am for this practice. My son is in college about 1 1/2 hours away and was complaining of tooth pain. When I called to make an appt for him , the office staff was so accommodating. They got him in right away and worked around my son’s school schedule and the distance for him to drive the 1 1/2 hours home. It turned out that he needed a root canal. The front staff provided us a name of specialist to perform the work but when we found out that the specialist, didn’t accept my insurance, they immediately provided me with a few more names and recommendations about how to handle the insurance issue. The office staff immediately issued the referral and coordinated all the necessary x-rays to the specialist. Every time ai called with questions, they were very cheerful and answered all my questions regardless of how trivial they may have been. I could on and on about this practice. I highly recommend it

Great dentist office!! They always take me on time, or even early. I never have to wait long to see the dentist. I am pregnant and wasn’t feeling well one day while getting a filling, so the dentist allowed me to sit up often and get a drink of water until I felt better. They were very understanding and patient. They made an error when quoting me prices for the fillings and instead of charging me the difference, they just took care of it! Very knowledgeable and friendly staff all around!!

It was a great experience to have my invisiline treatment here. The whole treatment was very well planned and explained. The check up and adjustment were in time. The final treatment after fine-tuning trays was very careful and thorough. The final result is extremely satisfactory. I would highly recommend ADE for invisiline treatment and other dental care in general.

I recently had a tooth extraction by Dr K. He and his staff made a stressful situation as gentle as possible. They explained everything up front so there were no surprises. Recently underwent a tooth extraction and implant in a single visit to Dr. Shah at American Dental Excellence in Limerick Pa (Montgomery Country). Prior to scheduling these procedures, both Dr: Shah and his staff took care to make sure I understood not only the procedure, but the insurance side of the transaction. 1/24/19 visit today - routine check up. Brittany is wonderful at the reception desk. She’s friendly and professional. Whenever I’ve needed emergency care they have always gotten me in. She’s always on the lookout for appointments I need although I preplan my appointments months ahead. Ella is my wonderful hygienist. She has gentle hands and someone said she has “goddess” hands and I think that’s a pretty amazing compliment. Ella is gentle, and patient focused. She also is a wonderful teacher. She will explain about concerns with your photos or xrays and tell you how to keep your smile in tip top shape. I adore Dr Shah. He has done some very intense restorative re-work on my root canals. Talented, and gentle is how I would describe him. I’ve also met Dr K who was pleasant this past visit today.

Had Two upper wisdom teeth removed. Felt no pain, and both teeth were out in less than 5 min. I was worried all week for nothing. I then leaned over two days later and caused some bleeding. The dentist was so nice to see me free of charge to check back in with me and check out the healing process. Luckily I put gauze back in it quickly and did no damage to the socket. I am very impressed at their precision and care.

I only went to American Dental Excellence once so far. I switched because I'm almost 60yrs old, so I feel I'm too old to get braces on my teeth at this point. Because I didn't get them in my youth I need the extra 2 cleanings twice a year not covered by insurance. The last dentist I was going to charged too much for this out of the pocket cleaning, but American Dental charges a reasonable price and I didn't receive an additional balance in the mail. I feel that my teeth were cleaned just as well as the higher dentist, so I plan to keep going back. The staff where also very friendly.

I would like to share my wonderful experience with this Dental Practice. I thoroughly researched my procedure, and especially this practice before I finally decided that I could be safe here. From the beginning, all of the staff have been very kind, patient, courteous, and sensitive to my personal needs. I needed people that I could feel very comfortable with, and I needed some good humor and laughs while getting the best work done. They gave me exactly what I needed at the right time. They carefully listened to my concerns, as I was also going through a personal crisis with dentures. I was staying home more, would not talk on the phone, or eat out at restaurants. I know these might seem like small things, until you can't do them. Now I want to tell you about the final results. It was a Thursday, so I went in to the practice for my final product. I was so happy!! Everything turned out FANTASTICALLY!!!! Now I can eat almost anything I want, including a WHOLE APPLE. My face looks better, my speech is back, and my next goal is to sing karaoke again!!!! Everyone that has come to see me always say the same thing; "THEY ARE BEAUTIFUL!!!" Everyone who worked with me from reception to the hygienist and dentist were very pleasant and professional. Manuella was my hygienist and she was excellent! She was very pleasant and professional and cleaned my teeth thoroughly with no pain or discomfort whatsoever. She also took the time to explain everything to me and make helpful suggestions. Dr. Shah was also very pleasant, professional, and helpful and answered all questions that I had. Needless to say, I've found my new dentist!

I was petrified to going to the dentist. American Dental Excellence made my visit Welcome Inn and less stressful. The doctor was extremely professional and welcoming. They had nitrous oxide which helped a lot with my anxiety. The nurse is at the front desk are extremely helpful and very friendly which makes going to the dentist also less stressful. She was very knowledgable- I thought that she was the dentist. After cleaning and discussing my teeth with her, I met with the dentist, Dr. K. He was also excellent, we discussed a plan for my teeth going forward. I am very happy to have found such an excellent practice and look forward to starting my dental plan. It's been 2 1/2 weeks and they have not yet sent over my X-Rays. The girls at the office are nice but i think they are understaffed since no one has been able to help me for a total of 2 months.

I was in need of dental work fast because of pain and they were able to take me the very next day as soon as I finished work which was what I requested. Charged me only half price because of lapse in my insurance. They always do an excellent job and have great skill. The drs are very down to earth and knowledgeable with very steady hands. The staff is extraordinarily friendly and competent and always explain in detail anything you need to know about the cost and procedures covered by insurance. If I could give zero stars I woulld. CK, the office manager is 100% about getting the most money from his patients and insurance as Possible. It is disgusting and he is fraudulent. If you have a DMO do not come to this office - they do not fulfill their contract with the DMO provider. Will try to charge you out of pocket. I had made an emergency phone call over the weekend but it was for another dentist which was not professional at all but gave me an apt for Monday at 11am well I ended up at ADE and was greeted like I had been a long time client only to find out that this was not where I was supposed to be.Well they made room for me 15 minutes later and the Doctor and staff was very friendly and professional and I was treated with kit gloves, not only did he take care of the emergency but made a plan for the rest of the work that needs to be done . I can't give enough praise for this office. Dr. Shah and his staff have been incredible. I had major work done, all uppers removed, 6 implants and walked out that day with a set of teeth attached to my implants. He had explained the process, told me pros and cons. After several months of healing I received my permanent attached teeth. The quality of work if excellent, and the price was very good. I assure you will have a great experience here and will be extremely pleased with the results.

Guy name CK is worst and weird man i have ever met. He does negotiate and when bill comes it is more then any other dentist. That Joker mentally harass you for couple of minute. My advice, find another dentist.
