I have been going to Valley Smiles for about 10 years. Stephanie my hygienist does a great job. This week they replaced a crown for free that was not quite right. They make things right if there is an issue. They are always friendly, prompt, courteous. They are good at making sure you don't hurt. Dr Coleman is a professional and easy to talk to. Good job guys!

Not to mention, Jessica and Sarah were very caring and professional in their roles during my visit today. This dental practice has three doctors and plenty of office space.

This place is great. Clean facility, great staff, everyone is friendly and knowledgeable, and the Dentists/dental hygienists are all great too. I’ve been going there for over a decade and never had any issues other than the occasional filling. Thank you all for what you do. Going to a dentist is some times a very stressful thing and they make it as pleasant of an experience for you as they can at this facility.

Dr. Coleman is a very nice and qualified professional, but sadly the staff seems to be poorly organized. I had 6+ visits for Invisalign treatments with scheduling errors occurring with each treatment. Billing was also an issue as the front office did not keep a record of past payments. Bottom line, you will receive quality care, however you will be given the run around and a headache if you choose to be treated here. I would plan to go elsewhere for my dental care.

I am the biggest scarridy cat when it comes to the dentist. Valley Smiles took this fear seriously and did not made me feel like to be ashamed to talk about it"because I am a big girl". The welcome of the staff is always calming and the cupcakes tempting to eat after brushing your teeth. The team is well played in and seems to enjoy to care for their patients. The doctors are not one to judge of what you not do, but make you aware of what you could do better in a easy way to discuss. I had twice an emergency and both time I left with all I need to be taken care off. Nobody in the clinic made me feel I disturbed the flow of the clinic or just another person who couldn't wait. I do recommend this team to everyone who wants to be treated right and with respect. The clinic it self is well maintained and clean. Danke schön für alles was ihr für uns tut.

From the start they were incredibly polite and accommodating. I had been working with a previous dentist and needed a new office to finish the work and they were able to get me in quickly. The staff here is so nice and they seem to love what they do. In my opinion and experience over decades Valley Smiles is the best dental office in North Ala. Dr. Samuel is not only as good of a dentist you can find but also as caring and understanding. When I first started going to Dr. Coleman I needed nitrous oxide to deal with my anxiety from years of bad experiences with multiple military dentists. Now I go without the nitrous oxide and am so relaxed I nearly fall asleep. The precision of dental work and appliances are beyond my wildest dreams. Unfortunately the wait time was terrible and I didn’t get to see the Dr I made an appointment with and got no explanation for that. I felt that I wasted my time because I needed a root canal and was told that they weren’t equipped. There’s more to the story and I know that much more difficult procedures than a root canal are done in that office.
