Always good with me and mine I keep hearing how rude they are but they have always been great with the kids which is all I’m worried about. Staff always acknowledge me with a smile.

The office staff is RUDE RUDE RUDE! The Dentist is fantastic - However my interaction with his “office manager” on several occasions left me in tears! I’m in the parking lot - right now! Having been turned away because SHE was UNWILLING to listen.. So my child with special needs will not be getting the nessicary care he needs. I am on the phone with the Dental Insurance - Make sure you require and request that this office provides you with a Pre-Treatment Estimate before you allow them to schedule any procedure! You don’t want to have “Sticker Shock” because they do not work with you on payment plans.

If money is not an issue for you, go with Dr. Sheldon, he is great. At every visit he personally called and checked on my son. The reception and dental assistant are ok, you would think since it’s a pediatric dentist office they would be friendlier with the kids. They don’t tell you in advance how much you will be paying until you’re already there. This happened to me the first time, second time I asked to please tell me ahead of time how much I would have to pay and they said ok we’ll text you and they never did, so surprised again at the time of visit. Never again we are not coming back. By the way they charge $157 for “behavior management” (for laughing gas).

The staff at Dr Shelton's has gone above and beyond for our family. Dr. Shelton himself has been great with our children, and I always feel like they are well cared for here.

The most RUDE staff I've ever felt with! Kept telling us we DIDNT have dental, when in fact we did. All because they couldn't look it up correctly! Instead of letting us finish paper work while the kids were seen, they told us we were missing our appts and turned us away! This office will suffer due to the rude staff. Especially the rude old lady helping the front desk. She was the worst!!! Wish I could give them negative stars!
