No stars actually. I was there Tuesday to have 1 tooth pulled and Dr. Brianna decided that I needed 2 teeth pulled. She broke both teeth off in the gum. She never said a word about leaving any of the teeth in my mouth. As she was pulling what felt like my jawline out of my mouth she just said "I don't want to break it" I was numb, I had no idea until I got home and the pain started that she left parts of both teeth just under the now very swollen gum. I called Oral Surgeons of Gadsden an was told that they get referrals all the time from Quality of Life. I pray I never have to go back to that place again. It's worth paying for dental insurance and a little more vs the pain I have been in because of their incompetent so called Dentists.

They will call DHR on you because they simply don’t like something you do. They are evil. The doctor my son saw flopped him around like he was meat and jerked his head so she could “look at his eyes” which caused him to scream. She then became angry at him for this and told me to pick him up because she couldn’t check his eyes while he was “doing that.” I wouldn’t recommend the woman I saw if she was the last doctor on earth. I may lose my children because of her negligence.

Okay so Dr. McCain was the most unprofessional and down right rude today during my visit. I have never met a doctor in 25 years that seemed to not give the slightest bit of care or even listen to my complaints. This man's attitude was disgusting to say the least. I guess there is a reason why he works for the city and doesn't have his on practice. You are a disgrace to all health care professionals!!

I would NOT!! Suggest anybody to go to this so call place. Needless to say I waited in the room for almost a hour before the dentist came in and when she did she was VERY rude and DISRESPECTFUL!!! When she asked me a question and I gave her an answer she actually rolled her eyes at me. She was real un professional. And I wouldn’t even take my dog to this place. I seriously would like a callback from a supervisor or manager or someone in charge of thst place on.peidmont cutoff. I have a complaint from one of the staff members there thst costed me a grad deal of stress and aggrivation.

Waited 2 months for an eye exam which was quoted at 60 or 70. Two months later i get a bill for 220. ! Called and they say it was extra for another exam they did . Was not informed of any extra charge at the time. Shady.

I had an appointment for the dentist for tomorrow, which I had waited 2 months for. I just got a call that the dr. would not be in that day so I would have to reschedule for an appointment that is 2 more months away. WTH? The only reason I didn't give them a 1 star was that at least they called me ahead of time.

First of all i am very grateful fo that QOL does but i really think the people in the pharmacy should take a step back and see how they treat people there is no reason to look down on people just becase they are less fortunate than themselfs also can we please tell the people anwsering the phone to stop telling people the pharmacy is closed from 12-1:30 when its closed from 1-2:30 i saw three people thet had travled at least an hour just to find it was closed EDIT the people in that pharmacy have to be the most rude uncareing disrespectful people on the earth they ask personal questions thru a window for everyone to hear and act like your stealing from them everytime you come in. i watched the pharmacist roll her eyes and make snide hateful remarks about someone on the phone trying to get refills and after talking with staff they tell me now after 3 years they have no information about me, This is the information i send in TWICE a year yet they cant find it

Waited for 2 and a half hours in the waiting room of the dental area. Finally got an xray and then thrown in a room and have been waiting for another half hour (in agonizing pain from an infected tooth) hearing nurses cutting up in the halls. (Currently still waiting while writing this review) My husband finally got pissed and wanted to come in the room to check on me and they told him no! I refuse to ever return.

Several locations and great doctor's. Even if u don't have an appt and need to be seen as a walk in. They are always able to work you in. Plus they base the cost on income and they have a pharmacy as well where meds are very affordable as well. Very friendly staff.

Absolutely horrible! These people could care less about your children or their well being, front office staff has a minimal understanding of the correct use of English, they can't keep a Dr on staff, and the one they have now is extremely rude. If your child runs out of medicine they need to keep from becoming violently I'll and you have been calling for weeks .. they don't care, they will let them go without no matter what harm it does to them. I am filing a complaint with the state medical board

Pediatric Department needs a new Doctor! Very upset that my daughters medication script wouldn't be done over paperwork they never gave! And after I get all that straightened out the "Doctor" goes out of town for a whole week without printing out her prescription! Very aggravated and annoyed!

They're rude and unprofessional .. don't call to change your PCP just call your insurance bc they are super rude. They also get offended when you need them to do they're job. I'm talking about the operators .

I had scheduled an eye exam and was told it was going to be a certain amount based on income. Ok, that's fine. Two weeks later I received a small bill in the mail. I pay it. I do not have dental or vision insurance. Health insurance, yes. A few weeks later I received a letter from health insurance where Quality of Life had filed a claim for over two hundred dollars. For what? All I received was a regular eye refraction. That was it. Sixty dollars, well it turned out to be eight out of my pocket but total billing that day was three hundred or more. Then they wouldn't even give me a copy of my prescription. I have worked in optical office's and that is your property not the providers. Just saying....watch your back.

Worse place ever! Staff is rude! Showed up for dentist apt that was confirmed. Lady at the front said doc isnt here. Said she couldnt reschedule my appointment. It has been rescheduled twice because of them..I said I needed to be seen sooner. As I was leaving she said "dont come back!" I promise anyone I know wont be back!

Terrible service. Only go here as a last resort. After waiting an hour and a half to see a dentist it still takes another hour to get your paperwork and prescription. Employees that could care less. Wouldn't take my dog here.

This place doesn't even deserve one star! The faculty and staff there are very rude and unprofessional. The nurses rush you and cut you off every chance they can. They never answer the phone so very hard to contact them or schedule an appointment. You will be there all day so save yourself the hassle and do NOT go to this place you'd be very thankful you didn't!

Very poor customer service. I was seen, told that I needed 3 teeth pulled (scheduled a week later), then given a prescription for antibiotics and pain medication. They called and cancelled my first appointment, which was fine, but then when I tried to go to my rescheduled appointment, I was told that my name was not in the system. They told me that I did not visit their office, and only believed me when I told them the dentist's name that examined me. When they finally "found" my account, they had the appointment set up for another week and a half later. This is completely unacceptable, I have been in severe pain for almost 3 weeks now, and they refuse to refill my pain medication. It would be different if the rescheduled extraction appointment was my fault, but they rescheduled it, not me. Also, every time that I have called the office, I am put on hold for a very long time, if they even answer the phone at all. Initially, this entire process was only supposed to take one week, and now its being dragged out to almost three.

I don't fully understand what is so hard about answering the phone? I've been given the run around about my glasses for over a month now. Just give me my glasses that I PAID FOR for give me my money back. The lady over Diagnostic's really needs to find a new job. I'm super glad you get to sit on your butt all day long and do nothing as you explained to me earlier. You're useless. Find something that isn't in customer service.

Call back is horrible...Dr Taraq basically ran me in and out so fast I didn't get to tell him what I needed when my dr moved away. Horrible from the time you call to the visits. Patien portal is a joke to them....well the people that need help with low income you get a low income Dr. Truth .

Had an appointment today, and I was very disappointed with the service I received. HIPAA was broken twice, my business was talked about in the hallway, the front desk was very unprofessional, I was treated as if I was a child and didn't know nothing, I was not treated like a patient should be treated perjury was performed with falsification when documentation was done about my appoint. I will never go back there again, I am sick and can't afford to keep getting refills of my medication, instead of helping me I was accused of doing something I don't believe in, I was being talked to as if I was a 2 year old, and talked about. The doctor's office is very unprofessional and I wouldn't never recommend this doctor's office to no one.
