Messed up appointment, wasn't helpful with my problem, told me to come back many months later and get a cleaning and then ask them about procedures that I wanted done then. Don't know if they understand that time matters and tooth problems just get worse if not addressed early.

This is the worst place ever; I went there for a tissue cleaning this morning. I arrived 15 minutes early, the hygienist stated that I will be her only patient that day. I signed in and took a seat in the waiting room. The two ladies at the reception were talking to each other about something and forgot to register me to let the hygienist know that I was there. She was about to leave thinking that I didn’t make it. When she saw me at the waiting room, she apologized and took me to the room to get me ready for the procedure. In order to do so, she needed Dr Ralph to administer the shots of Anastasia. I was waiting for another 35 min with no updates. I got up and looked around for somebody and finally saw the hygienist, I asked her: what happened? She said that she couldn’t get the doctor to come administer the shots, she said that he was busy with another patient and she was sitting at his door trying to get his attention with no luck. I got so frustrated and left. I will never go back there again, my time is very valuable, I tried to schedule everything to get it done on my day off, but I am not spending my whole day off at this dentist office!! This is so disrespectful and rude!!!

I have seen Dr. Ellis now for 9 years and I can’t say enough about her. Another dentist in Madison strongly suggested (with fear) that I have a ton of dental work and she said I didn’t need any of this. I appreciate her honesty and how easy she is to talk to. Also a shout out to all of the hygienists. They are gentle with their cleaning technique. 5+!

Dr. Pullen is the most rude Dentists I have ever been around, my wife went to this dentist for a scheduled root canal and this would be the second visit, she got to the office in pain and the Mr. Pullen just wanted to pull the tooth because he said he did not have time for my wife. When she did not want her tooth pulled he literally threw a fit and walked out, then when she decided to go ahead Mr. Pullen slammed the seat back and said wish you would have told me this earlier. I canceled my appointment and we will never go back and told my friends that go to him as well. If Mr. Pullen has that big of a problem he needs to stop practicing Dentistry.

DO NOT go to Dr.Ellis if you want to keep your smile and your money! I had a very small area of erosion on the top of one of my front teeth. Dr.Ellis recommended a composite veneer over the whole front tooth. Knowing better now she should have encouraged me to keep my natural tooth and explained that composite can stain easier and that she would take off a good amount of the natural tooth and I will never be able to reverse it. She did not explain it at all and made it sound like a simple easy fix with no adverse effects . First off my front teeth are two different heights now and despite excellent hygiene my composite tooth is a completely different shade than my other teeth. I went back and saw Dr . Pullen one year after ( about a month ago) and his suggestion now is to buy the $350 whitening kit they sell and whiten all my teeth as white as they will get and then pay over $1000 for a porcelain veneer. No acknowledgement of any mistakes on their part . I don't like to smile anymore and I really don't want to sink the $1350+ to fix it but ultimately that's what I will have to do to feel comfortable showing my teeth again.

They forgot to key me in to their "system" after I signed in, so they skipped over my appointment and let me wait over an HOUR. The receptionist realized I'd been sitting forever and asked me if I could come back this afternoon or reschedule, since I can't be seen now. Apparently they couldn't let some of the retired people in there wait 15 minutes to get me a freaking cleaning. There is NEVER anything wrong with my teeth. Cleaning them takes 30 seconds. I wasted my paid time off that I need for other things. "Can you come back this afternoon?" NO! I'm here RIGHT NOW. I have a JOB I need to go to. They are some a$$holes for not taking a few minutes to see me after that. Thanks for nothing!

Don’t go the this dentist office . Had a root canal done in August which Doctor Vaughan and his assistant Jill didn’t do their job right . The dentist was running back and forth taking care of our patients which I sit there in a chair with the most rudeness assistance ever . No wonder the bit broke off in my tooth cause my mouth has so dry and Jill didn’t even wet my mouth with water . I had the worst experience ever in my life . I wanted to have my tooth pulled before the root canal . Which that tooth was supposed to have a root canal a year ago but they tired to fill it and 6 months later I had the most awful tooth ache . I have since transfer to another dentist office along with my husband . They will not get anymore of our business . I don’t recommend this dental office to my dog . Did I mention after all the pain and suffering and miss work due to this I lost my tooth anyways . I just wish Kayla was there to assist me during my root canal cause I bet if she was there my mouth wouldn’t be dry . Very lucky I didn’t get my lawyer on this . The dental office could have a lawsuit on there hand . But I am not like that . Just wanted to tell my story

Amazing experience. Dr. Mark Ralph, was so empathetic to my fear of dentists. He did everything to help me feel relaxed,and keep my natural anxiety of dental procedures, at bay. Everyone at the office was Amazing! I would recommend this dental office to anyone!

These dentists lied, told me I don't have cavities, when I had 5. They never call me back when they need to set up appointments. They're garbage, save yourself and go to a real dentist. One of the dentists there was a crazy conservative trying to convert me, so it is a little unprofessional, at least that one dentist was.

The best you will find in Huntsville. dr. pullen is honest and takes time to explain everything. His assistant Tabitha is awesome. extremely knowledgeable and super nice. I have lived all over the united states and Lindsay is the best dental hygienist I have ever had. such a great experience you will have when you get there.
