I was extremely pleased with my experience! This was my first visit.....Very professional, answered all of my concerns (I had several), offered thorough explanations, and calmed my fears of what I needed done. The nicest staff by far! I loved the fact that EVERYONE was so helpful and attentive.....not to mention i was able to get an appointment before work.. I would highly recommend this office to any and everyone! I truly appreciate the EXCEPTIONAL customer service...You will not be disappointed...

The staff and Dr. LaFont hands down are the best in town. They took the time to make me feel welcome and comfortable while I was there. To have a consultation and the removal of my wisdom tooth in the matter of 2hrs with no swelling, no pain afterwards and I was able to return to work 3hrs later... all I can say what an AWESOME JOB he did! Very pleased with my visit. Came in for a routine cleaning. The staff member Tanya was very polite and did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. The office is very modern with nice furnishings. It is very clean. The patient chairs have a massager built in so you can get a massage while getting your teeth cleaned. I was very impressed and happy to be a patient at this wonderful establishment

I travel a lot and have been working in Hoover out of Bowling Green Ky. Broke a tooth Monday at home drove to hoover for work, called Tuesday am and they said to come asap. Well the tooth had to come out and a bone graph. Unpleasant yes but not only was the staff just great, the Doc was well spoken, professional and well, really really good!! He took his time and was very gentle and very thorough, did a fantastic job. Thank you! I've been to many dentists over the years and Perrigo Dental is by far the best I've been too. I would highly recommend there services.

My experience was absolutely amazing! !!! My hygienist was super thorough and yet gentle. Desk personel were kind friendly and quick. I love my gift set I was given. I had a nice talk with the dentist about future things needed to be done and why. So for a new client I will be returning. I love my new look. And look forward to my next appointment to keep these pearly whites getting more improvements! Thanks everyone for making it an awesome experience. My Illinois dentist would be proud of my new choice...lol ill miss him though. But I feel great about my new choice in relocating to a new city. I had dental trauma from a previous dental experience so I had some anxiety when it was appointment day. The staff was very understanding and patient. It is a very relaxing environment as soon as you walk through the door. Dr. Lafont took his time and explained every step of the way to me. This was by far the best dental experience I have had. Wonderful staff! This is, by far, the most caring doctors office I have been to since my family moved here ten years ago. I had gotten used to doctor’s offices being cold and uncaring. I broke a tooth late on a Wednesday. I contacted this office early Thursday morning and was in the office by 9:30 a.m. for an appointment. Everyone in this office is friendly and kind. I am so happy I have finally found a dentist’s office that is amazing. Make them your dental office! You will be happy you did!

I initially went to this office because of a broken tooth that happened on a Friday (of course). They were open on Saturday. I walked in without an appointment. I was seen very quickly and the care I received from the everyone was exceptional. The course of treatment and the cost was given to me in detail. Needless to say, they will now be taking care of all my dental needs. I highly recommend them.

The whole staff in this dental care office are extremely friendly, encouraging and positive! I haven't been in a practice in which the doctor truly cares about their patients as much as Dr. Lucas Perrigo. During my consult, I explained to Dr. Perrigo what I am looking for and he professionally proposed a well-rounded plan including the dental work needed to be done before the braces and the plan of putting on FAST braces. I burned my dental insurance budget before I wanted to have braces on and I told Dr. Perrigo that I would like to have the teeth cleaning included in the whole package, and he covered the cleaning during the treatment. He stayed true to his word and I could not be more pleased with my smile!! I had overcrowding bottom teeth problems and it took Dr. Perrigo less than 6 months to make them straight and pretty again! I am so amazed by his skills to use the top-notch fast-braces technology and have patients smiling within no time. The remodeled facility is extremely clean and modern. The hygienists and doctor assistant are just as friendly and comforting. My doctor assistant, Camdyn and Alisha,always did a good job taking care of me. They thoroughly explained everything to me prior to doing it. This really helped ease the concerns of having dental work done. I didn't have any teeth pulled, nor any spacers put in prior to having my braces put on. Most people had no idea I even had the braces on, until they noticed my teeth started to straighten out! I would highly recommend Dr. Perrigo to everyone needing a good and professional orthodontist!

Omgosh we were referred to this office by a nurse at my moms asst living facility mainly because we needed a sat appointment. Wow we got the best welcome, phenomenal service and care no real care. I HIGHLY recommend this facility and Dr Lafont. He used his knowledge to pin point her denture fit problem and made a quick fix that’s wonderful. Mom ate friend chicken today pain free! Great office staff as well. We’ll be back for sure!

Was told my insurance would cover visit, however received a bill months later for over $600 after I had already paid an extra $200+ for the "supposedly" approved and verified visit. Was sent to collections for nonpayment ASAP after rep told me I wouldn't be....now they're charging me fees to avoid credit damage when they could've just called me or notified me of account status beforehand...dishonest practice and basically I'm just giving them money at this point
