They do great work in all of their departments (they do the best job they can with what we send them and have always been easy to communicate with when any concerns arise), very comprehensive lab with good prices. You can find their VP Matt at conferences learning and implementing the latest technology. Lacy, the Paltop Implant representative, is beyond amazing with customer service. She is always available and goes out of her way to assist me.

Oral arts brags about how their products are 100% United States produced. They are sending 90% of their work to Costa Rica to be made for $1 per crown. The quality is severely lacking and it shows, you get what you pay for. I highly suggest choosing a dental lab that is not only honest about their products but are just as invested in their quality of work.

Pro: most staff is polite Cons: bad at following written instructions. I've only worked with them on dentures, so I can't speak for anything else, but they have repeatedly ignored lab instructions. After several mishaps on the same case, I asked for either a refund or a guarentee they would not make the same mistake, (post dam placement). They could not offer either.

Consistent excellence on my implant cases, crown and bridge cases, and especially cosmetic/full mouth cases! Great customer service - really work hard to make things right if there is ever any issue and collaborate on difficult cases in a constructive, professional manner.

Average Lab. Poor customer service. Charges more than other labs. I don't recommend that lab to any dentists. I sent them a case for a Valplast. When I received it, there was a 5 mm gap between the roof of the mouth and the intaglio surface of the prosthesis. I sent them the case back telling them what happened, they charged me the full price to redo the partial. When I called them the answer was: It fits the model! With the two charges, I have now spent more money on this than what the patients paid. I was just looking for another good lab to send my case. Dear colleagues, Stick to your lab. Don't try that one. Not worth it. Kuddo Glidewell Dental Laboratories!!!

They messed up my daughter's retainer twice. After spending $1800 on braces, I am beyond irritated. I'd never use another dentist that uses this lab.

Our office uses this lab almost exclusively. The staff is always courteous and communicative. I would take into consideration that a poor impression can effect the end product in a big way when reading negative reviews. :(

I worked with Oral Arts on a major dental implant case and would highly recommend their lab to any other practitioner. Don't work for this company. They expect trainees on their first day to keep with people that have been doing this 20+ years. Staff was nice but the trainer was rude. She has zero people skills. There's a difference between constructive criticism and downright degrading people. Need to send her back where she came from

As always special thanks to my dear friends at #oralarts lab for design and fabricating this Zirconia Bridge from Select department at @oralartshuntsville. Doing full arch cases requires a great communication with the lab and teamwork.. no matter how great of a doctor/surgeon or Prosthodontist.. the lab work is an art and it needs a great deal of skills, experience, quality and technology.. it cant be underestimated as its the most essential part of the process specially when you charge a fortune for these cases and put in roughly 80 hours of work. thank you guys..

Just started using Oral Arts. I usually start getting anxious a day or two before delivery of bridges or multiple crowns because despite trying to be meticulous with my prepping and impressing, the final product from other labs was usually never really dead on. I seated one of my first cases from Oral Arts this morning - a 4 unit bridge and two crowns - and it was perfect! Marginal fit, contacts, contours, esthetics. I was thrilled with the result and so was the patient. Thank you!

I recieved a case to deliver to my patient but it was for another patient, not mine. Needless to say I was embarassed because I was trying to seat this appliance. I returned the appliance to be remade. Fastforward to now oral arts informed me that they are unable to make it. Now they are telling me to get the appliance from my patient for me not to get charged. With all the hassles for my patient...Very disappointing. Update: GM called and helped to resolve my issue. Thanks. I updated my rating.
