We couldn't ask for a better dentist/orthodontist! We absolutely love it here. I have one child in braces and 2 more that come for dentistry. Everyone is super nice and accommodating. The kids love it as well. Dr. Sanchez is a gem and I trust her expertise.

I chose this dentist when we first moved to the area. First impression was good and ordinary cleaning of my child’s teeth went well. However, when I called stating that my child’s face was extremely swollen and I suspected an abscess, they stating they could see her in 3 days!! I immediately said no this is a dental emergency, you will fit her in asap. They agreed. I brought her in, they numbed her a few times and pulled the tooth. My child shook for hours afterwards. I have no doubt she wasn’t numb and felt the whole thing. Then she prescribed triple the dose of antibiotics and was only caught because I’m a nurse and brought it to her attention. Then they brought her back in and put a spacer in. It wasn’t until I changed dentists and my daughter saw a new one for another issue that I realized just how poorly this dentist was. The new dentist explained that with her being so swollen and the tooth infected that it’s almost impossible to get the patient numb and she has no doubt that my daughter felt everything. And the spacer they put in wasn’t sized properly and was cutting into and imbedded in her gums. I so wish that I would have done more research before taking my child here and putting her through so much. Dr. Sanchez and staff were always friendly, but I would in no way ever recommend then to anyone for their child.

My son and daughter both see Dr. Sanchez. She is so great with them. Very patient and understanding. She also has a very positive and upbeat attitude and it really helps calm the little ones and keep things light when they are anxious about treatment. The rest of her staff is great as well! They are wonderful with children.

The best pediatric dentist and Ortho all under one roof with super friendly staff, extremely clean, and my kids are much more brave at the dentist. We drive 30min just to use this place. I also am impressed with the morale here and how much they do for the community.

Really wish I could put zero stars. Completely unprofessional. My daughter's appointment was scheduled for 9:30. They called after 8am asking if I could bring her in 30 minutes early for her appointment. I made the necessary adjustments to get her from school earlier. I arrived at 8:47. Before I was done signing in the receptionist was already requesting payment for a service yet to be provided. I expressed my reluctance but paid anyway. Was told to sit in the waiting room and wait. After watching the receptionist play on her phone and scroll through yahoo news for a 40 minutes I finally went to the desk and asked if the dentist would be ready anytime soon. She went and ask and told me that the dentist wouldnt be ready for another 30 to 40 minutes! I was furious that they called me in early just to tell me they were running late and at no point were they ever gonna let me know. I asked if they needed to reschedule my daughter and the woman could only say "I dont know...do you?." I finally had enough and said yes to reschedule for Oct. 3rd and demanded a refund of my money they were so eager to take. After waiting over 3 weeks for my daughters appointment they sent a letter saying she had been released from their practice. All because I called them out on their unprofessional practices. Do not take your children here! Worst staff ever.

The office was very polite, and have areas set up for the children to play. The low rating is for how the staff and dentist treated myself and my daughter. My 4 1/2 year old does really well with doctor offices and dentist as long as things are explained and she knows what to expect. For instance, she doesn’t cry when she gets a shot because she knows it coming and knows what to expect. I do understand that medical professionals need to do their job and get the information needed. I respect medical personnel and have good relationship with all my providers and my girls’ providers. So why the low rating. For starters the moment we walked in to the examination room, the assistant shoved an iPad in my daughters face without my consent. Again, my daughter is very curious and likes to ask question and know whats going on. During the exam, the assistant kept asking my daughter questions, while she’s watching this show (expecting a 4 year old to multitask, wonderful). My daughter was great during the exam, everything was fine until the X-rays. The staff outright lied and said it wouldn’t hurt. They made me and my youngest daughter leave the room for the x-rays, which i was already uncomfortable with. After the first three x-rays, i hear screams on the last X-ray. I wanted to go in to calm her and help her through it but was not allowed. I saw two more nurses go in and heard more screaming... if i hadn’t had my 1 year old with me i would have burst in there; even now I feel horrible for not doing so. Anyway, after they got the final X-rays the dentist and assistant came back in to check her teeth. Of course she lost trust in them and was freaking out. I was trying to calm her down while they were talking over me and physically restraining my daughter without my consent. I signaled them to back off while i talked to her and calmed her down. We will never return there. I wish I would have just walked in there during the X-rays , grabbed her, and walked out. I DO NOT think it is acceptable in non emergency situations to hold a child down like they did, especially without my consent.
