A few of my friends went here so I decided to give them a try. My first problem was my appointment was at 1:30 but all their 2:30 appointments went back before me I waited patiently for about 2 hours (in severe pain) just to go back and be told I have to be referred to someone else. I didn't receive no antibiotics at all just some motrin that doesn't help at all.i was very uncomfortable and will never return to this office again. Good luck!

I have used Dr. Maitre Jr for over 20 years. I had a three hour appointment today with him and his wonderful tech Robin. They were both so patient with me and made sure I was comfortable the entire visit. Robin knows I get cold when I am there so she had a blanket waiting for me!! It started to rain as I was leaving and I didn't have an umbrella, Dr. Mike personally walked me out to my car with his umbrella. I would recommend Dr. Mike without hesitation to anyone!!

This is a fantastic dentist office. The staff is warm and welcoming from the moment you walk in the door. They are always very helpful and treat you like family. I have three children ranging in ages from 3-12 and they all come here as well. Great dentists for the entire family! Added bonus are appointments after school during the week and they are even open on Friday which is important for me with our busy schedules. They will not disappoint!

I have REALLY bad teeth and have put off going to the dentist for years because of it. The idea of going and letting them examine my mouth would literally make me sick to my stomach because I was so ashamed of the condition I’d allowed my teeth to get in. I woke up a couple mornings ago with a swollen jaw from an abscessed tooth, so I couldn’t put it off any longer. After hours of researching dentists, I decided to call Maitre and Crabtree Dental Group. They saw me the very next morning. I dreaded the visit for the entire 1 1/2 drive to the office. When Lindsay walked me to the room, I told her I’d been dreading having to come because I was embarrassed. She was SO kind and understanding. Dr. Ship was SO kind and understanding. There were no judgmental attitudes, as I’d feared there would be. Only sympathy and a true desire to help me. I have never been to a place where every single staff member shows such care and compassion. I had so much anxiety and doubt about visiting the dentist. Even after making the appointment, I had doubts about whether I’d chosen the right place. But all those doubts disappeared after one visit. I look forward to starting this journey with them toward finally getting my self confidence back! I am so glad of all the places I read about, I chose to make my appointment with them. They certainly didn’t disappoint.

For regular check ups, they have enough wonderful hygienists that they get us cleaned, x-rayed, and inspected by our favorite dentist in an extraordinarily efficient way without ever feeling rushed. I had recently had a HORRIBLE experience at another dentist office, I called my pediatric dentist and he recommended Dr. Crabtree and I immediately called and got in to get what went wrong at the other place fixed and they were so super nice walked me through everything that was going to need to be done. Dr. Crabtree is the best and he has the best dental hygienists! I have been to many dentists in my life, but this is the first time that I have had a dentist who graduated from dentist school in the 2000's. I really believe that dentistry has come a long way and these newer dentists have a distinct advantage. X-rays are a cinch. No more holding a gagging tool in your mouth. I never have to wait more than a few minutes for my appointment which tells me that they realize my time is important. I highly recommend Dr. Crabtree and I have tons of experience. I have three implants, 6 root canals and 6 crowns.
