Have always hate, hate, hated going to the dentist! It was always a bare knuckle experience! Yet, since going to Emerald Coast it is ......just about....a pleasure. Always walk in to smiling faces! Like most people I am not big fan of going to the dentist. I had a toothache. Made an appointment to see the dentist but was a couple of days before i could be seen. Hour or so later i was called and was told the had an opening in an hour. Got there and check in is easy. Wait time was maybe ten minutes. Staff is friendly and yes they like to laugh, even had the doctor laughing a couple of times. All in all probably the best dentist visit i ever had. Even with the toothache. Two thumbs up!

Had a root canal today (has to be rated as one of the least favorite activities ever) and I have to say... zero pain or discomfort. Started on time and ended on time. I think I actually fell asleep during the procedure! Got to love a dentist visit that is so comfortable you fall asleep!

Just got 2 fillings and everything went well. I've always had bad experiences with the dentist so it was refreshing to finally go in and out without any issues. Usually I'm immune to the numbing shots and have to just deal with the pain but this time I didn't feel anything!

This place is great. Upon entering, registration was quick and easy. And when I say quick I mean it took maybe 2 minutes to register. Looking around after registration this place is very clean and tidy. After a short period of wait we got called to the back and you can tell right away how efficient this visit was going to be. Their equipment's are state of the art, x-ray machine looked like it came from the future, the dental chair did not have any tears, and they already have a cartoon show ready for my 3 yrs old. The dental hygienist Nicole was wonderful. I love how she asked my child what she wanted, if she was comfortable, and Nicole spoke to her not at her. I can go on and on about this place. Overall, my children will be seeing Emerald Coast Family Dentistry forever.

Great experience establishing ourselves with Emerald Coast. Staff is pleasant, professional, and great with kids. I recently took my kiddos (3 yo and 18 mo) in for their first appointments. They were so good and patient with them, kept them occupied, and explained everything so they weren’t scared of the equipment. My first appointment was in July, but they were able to move me up to today when they had a cancelation. Both the hygienist and the dentist explained everything to me (my former dentist didn’t have all the modern tech they do). Dr. Georgiades has a wonderful bedside manner and takes the time to give you all the information you need about dental care and her recommendations so you can make informed decisions. All around great first impressions on both visits.

My appointments are always first thing in the morning so I can go to work after. My hygienist did a good job but she talked too much. She kept stopping what she was doing to talk. I would've liked to get out of there faster so I could get to work. Jennifer Georgiades MD is great. She's not rough during exams and procedures. Hardly ever come out of there in pain.

Emerald Coast Family Dentistry misrepresented their services. I called multiple times asking the exact amount for a first time cleaning for a new patient who had X-rays and was told it would be $99 each time. Once I got there for my appointment I was given 10 minutes where they checked my gums and looked over my mouth for oral cancer, but a toothbrush or cleaning supply NEVER touched my mouth. I was then told I needed to pay the $100 (so where exactly did the $99 come from?) THEN they told me I needed to get back on the schedule and come back in for a teeth cleaning where I would pay another $99. I’ve lived in my 9 different cities for my previous career many of my dentists have become close friends. Never in my life have I been charged $100 when X-rays weren’t even taken and my teeth weren’t cleaned at all. I called multiple times saying I needed to schedule a teeth cleaning, so why was I not told that this first appointment would just be a brief look at my mouth? I would have gone somewhere else that cost less and included the exam AND the cleaning. I’m very disappointed with their dishonestly and misrepresentation of services.

Much too busy to be able to adequately assist your dental needs. I have been waiting over half a year just to get scheduled for a cleaning. They at least were able to fix a cavity for me (which i'm having trouble with still) within i'd say 2 months of contact but getting close to a year just for a cleaning is insane. Whenever I call to get an update they just reply they'll call me when something opens up. Avoid this dentist.

The environment was very clean and the equipment was state of the art. They also take the time to help you figure out any insurance questions you may have and were very flexible with scheduling appointments. The dental/radiology technician was very professional and compassionate. Dr. Georgiades, DMD was very nice and explained every part of the examination and treatment processes so I would know what to expect.

The Pensacola office exceeded my expectations. From Rachel at check in/check out, dental assistant Jennifer to the Dr. Jennifer Georgiades DMD. Their customer service was excellent. I hadn't been to a dentist in 7 years so I was very nervous. They made me feel comfortable. I never felt pressured to do anything. The Doctor provided me with options and referrals.
