My middle child recently had a small front cavity filled. He has a sensitive tummy so I asked if we could avoid sedatives and it wasn't an issue. None at all. My youngest child was born with a tongue tie. It was really effecting breastfeeding, when I called Dr. Trey to ask questions he told me to come in. He immediately saw me! That is a huge deal, do you know how many other dentist wouldn't have cared? Finally my oldest has been going to him since he was in another office. When we went back to that office and she had another dentist, she literally broke down crying asking for Dr. Trey. It's not just about money with this office. They love the kids.

And I think the hardest thing I ever had to do was tell my oldest son who was 16 at the time he was gonna have to start seeing a dentist for adults. The staff did not take my childs needs seriously. The hygienist wanted to rush us in and out and totally blew me off as if I was exaggerating. My simple request, 'please explain to my son what you will be doing before it happens', was ignored. And sure enough, she put the tool in his mouth and turned on the machine it scared him so bad he screamed. jumped out of the chair, and hunkered in the corner crying. The doctor was annoyed that I would not leave my son by himself & told me he would have to have IV sedation (at another dentist's office) for a simple teeth cleaning and would not even discuss other options. We found another dentist who was kind and patient and my son went through his entire cleaning without ANY type of sedation and did just fine.

I’m gonna tell y’all something I don’t complain about nothing because I know how hard it’s to run a business. But that people at Dr. Trey's Children's Dentistry is extremely rude. Goodness Gracious. Whoever talked to me yesterday and my sons dad this morning was sooo rude. Yesterday she basically said “pass the phone to someone else because I can’t understand you.” Excuse me? This morning we had to cancel the appointment because my son and I are suffering with severe coughing the reason why we tried to cancel the appointment. First she said we would have to pay $25 for cancellation before making any new appointment. (In a very rude way). The $25 is understandable. He said: “let me talk to his mom and I will return the call in a minute.” I told him there’s no way for him to go coughing like that so let’s pay and reschedule. He calls back the woman was soooo rude. She says: “we have cancellations all the time. You’ll have to call back another time because we don’t have appointments available any time soon for new patients” and hung up on his face. Like seriously???? She didn’t even wait on him to say that we were going to pay for the cancellation or nothing. Good thing she didn’t charge us and hung up because no matter how good the dentist is or how fun the place is if the front desk people is like that my son will never put his feet there. They sure don’t want new patients.

My kids really love coming here. My son looks foward to his check ups. Dr Trey does a wonderful job in building trust with all the kids and parents that come into his office. He does a great job in being thorough and explaining anything that is going on with their teeth. They office staff are so warm and welcoming, and they genuinely enjoy all the kids that walk into their office. I love how Dr Trey puts a lot of thought into catering to kids by creating an inviting atmosphere for them to enjoy while they are waiting to see him. i.e. A big slide and video games!! I'm so grateful that he is our dentist because he loves what he does and it shows.

Dr. Trey and his staff are all amazing people! You can tell they really love kids. My Son is scared of the doctor because of shots, and because of the paper on the seats and having to lay down the dentist reminds him of the dr, So he's scared there too. Dr trey and his staff don't bat an eye at it. He was hiding in the toys saying he didn't want to sit on the table and dr trey went to him instead of making him cry and sit on the table. He does a great job of distracting my scared 4 year old. Not to mention the facility is amazing. Toys, and games galore and the slide is a great bonus. All great ways of getting kids to relax and be happy before they go back. I would give them 10/5 if google would let me.

Best dentistry place on the world! Very professional and helpful and so nice and sweet to the kids and really make going to the dentist a treat. They have TVs on the ceiling over the dentist chair so the kids don't even pay attention to what's going on in their mouth and the have a slide in the waiting room. And dr Trey is like a big child himself and gives everyone a big laugh and always makes you feel welcome. The staff is very professional and helpful, they are really good at their job. I was sick there one day and they helped me through it and didn't say anything mean or nasty when I threw up in the bathroom trash can. I live an hour away and I would drive even longer to get here because it truly is the best.
