Ms Janine was awesome! When I arrived, I was greeted by another employee and Ashley. Ashley had been very helpful in scheduling my appointment via phone. I filled out my paperwork and within minutes Janine took me back for a quick tour. The facility is BEAUTIFUL! I appreciated all of the amenities that were offered. Janine explained all of the equipment, showed me pictures and kept me informed of the process all the way through. My cleaning did not take long, but my overall appointment was a bit lengthy. Give yourself extra time for your first visit. Dr. Barnett seemed friendly, but we didn't talk long because Janine was so thorough! I appreciated the treatment plan provided and look forward to getting to a brighter smile. Updated 8.1.18 My husband found Divine Expressions and we haven't been disappointed. The staff is friendly and courteous and can pretty much handle it all. Dr. Barnett is usually in-and-out so I appreciate that the hygienists and receptionists are so kind. The treatment plan you receive is clear and outlines the plan for your teeth-you don't waste time wondering what's next or the cost. The facility is beautiful and up-to-date. Everything is always clean and there are little perks like hand wax, chap-stick and warm towels. The wait usually isn't extensive. The only downside is that the facility isn't open on Fridays (the day I'm off early!). Otherwise I have been pleased!

What I enjoy the most about Devine Expressions Family Dentistry, is the fact that the goal of the staff is to make your dental visit as "Pleasant as Possible"... They offer several techniques to make you feel at ease... One of my favorite is the aroma therapy fragrance bulbs that you can smell, while you're getting your treatment done. In addition, you also have the option to get a paraffin treatment on your hands and watch Netflix while being served... Who would have ever imagined. Everyone at Divine Expressions Family Dentistry is AMAZING, from JeNeen, Skylar, Shay, Alicia, and of course Dr. Barnett... You will not be disappointed.... Be sure to tell them Kendra Sent Ya!!!

This was by far the most pleasant experience I had at a dentist. I had to have a root canal and was so scared. Let me first say his staff is always so pleasant, and his office is so welcoming and relaxing. I mean come on, paraffin wax, aromatherapy, Netflix while you are serviced, it feels more like a vacation then a trip to the dentist. Well anyway, He numbed my mouth before giving me the shot, I didn’t even feel it! The root canal was quick, painless, and I got my crown within minutes, I didn’t have to come back! They called me back on time and I was out in a couple of hours. I am NEVER leaving Dr. Barnett and his crew!

At my first and last appointment with Doctor B. I very directly asked what work was needed and he wouldn't answer. When I got to the front desk they out lined over six thousand dollars of dental work that my new dentist said wasn't even remotely necessary. I felt like he viewed me as an atm machine not a patient. To his credit he offered to sit down with me when I told him we would be leaving but it was too little too late.

The new office is beautiful. However, I am not pleased with the run around I received as if I didn't know what I was talking about. Every time I called the office in reference to the same tooth/problem I always explained in detail what my concerns were. I repeatedly went in and each time you would think I was a new patient. I saw 4 different dental assistants and none of them had a clue as to why I was there. They didn't even know which tooth that I had a root canal on in there office just 1 month prior (this happened twice). One time I called, I was asked what the doctor told me on the last visit I went in.....this is disturbing considering they should keep record of what the doctor says each visit and overall what is actually going on. Also, it would seem smart to keep record of what a patient says for the reason they are needing to see the doctor again so that there is an overall knowledge with other office staff on the situation/patient. I was always greeted by a friendly smile (wish I could remember her name) but once I got behind the door everything seemed surfaced even with Dr Barnette. Maybe the staffs lack of knowledge was the problem. Not a great experience

It feels like seeing family every time we come back for an appointment. The kids actually enjoy coming to the dentist office and we have healthy teeth to show because of it. It was all around top-notch service....from the front desk staff, to Dental Assistants, Hygienists and the Doctor himself far exceeded my expectations. It's not too often now you visit businesses with GREAT customer service, however, the customer service was exceptional. I felt like I had been a patient for years. Went to get fillings. I was super nervous, heart beating, hell did not know what to expect. Doc came in jus as cool. Before youbknow it he had me calm. Didnt feel a thing. The staff and clients are always the best. Nice and welcoming. My papa got his veneers and he was very happy about that, but one keeps coming off. Instead of owning up to his work the doctor makes it seems like it’s his (papas) fault when going back to get it fixed (for the 3rd time). - This is including the initial put on. When he went to get it fixed he was told to pay $134 in case it comes off again. He was told if he didn’t, he would be paying the full $1,XXX to fix it. I’m sorry but to me he comes off as arrogant and unprofessional when it comes to fixing real dental problems.

I purposely waited until the day after to post a review. Let me say I am so surprised at how great the service, procedure, and recovery went. I got my wisdom teeth pulled and a few fillings. My biggest fear are injections. It was almost painless. I couldn't feel most of them. The doctor was gentle and talked me through the process. His assistant lent me her hand. On top of that, I watched Netflix listened to music and calmed my nerves with the aroma therapy bar. Let me just say it was a Divine Experience. High5 Team.

Let me just say that every time I come to this place they go above and beyond to make sure that I'm comfortable. Like I've had dentists that were just plain awful, rude, and didn't care if they were hurting you while they worked on your teeth. Due to this I have a terrible fear of the dentist but Dr. Barnett(?) and his staff are insanely professional and nice. I never have to wait long. They always work with me for appointments. I had to change my appointment a few days before and they worked me in that very same week on another day! I seriously cannot stress how amazing this place is. If you're on the fence about choosing a dentist, definitely choose Divine Expressions.

By far the worst work I have ever had done I have never had any teeth issues until visiting with him when he instructed that I needed not one bit 3 root canals that I did get done by him in which they have ALL FALLEN OUT I am extremely pissed I feel he does not know what he is doing in that aspect I have not had these any longer than 1 year MAYBE 2 ! I will defintely be seeking legal ways to get my money back for the lack of quality service done on my mouth it is completely ridiculous I wouldn't recommend visiting unless it is for MINOR issues and I do stress MINOR!

I continued and met to beautiful young ladies at the front desk, smiling at me, Alecia and Caitie that made the journey a little more welcoming. Alecia went a step further by being professional and giving. She gave me a grand tour of the elegant facility and what they had to offer. Alecia introduced me to other staff members and enlightened me on what their jobs consisted of. Dr. Barnett is a complete gentleman and very professional. Last but not least the beautiful lady that took care of me so gracefully, Mrs. Janine my dental hygienist, she explained everything she was doing and did everything to make sure I was comfortable. Instead of owning up to his work the doctor makes it seems like it’s his (papas) fault when going back to get it fixed (for the 3rd time). - This is including the initial put on. When he went to get it fixed he was told to pay $134 in case it comes off again. He was told if he didn’t, he would be paying the full $1,XXX to fix it. I’m sorry but to me he comes off as arrogant and unprofessional when it comes to fixing real dental problems.

My biggest fear are injections. It was almost painless. I couldn't feel most of them. The doctor was gentle and talked me through the process. His assistant lent me her hand. Let me just say that every time I come to this place they go above and beyond to make sure that I'm comfortable. Like I've had dentists that were just plain awful, rude, and didn't care if they were hurting you while they worked on your teeth. Due to this I have a terrible fear of the dentist but Dr. Barnett(?) and his staff are insanely professional and nice. I never have to wait long. They always work with me for appointments. I had to change my appointment a few days before and they worked me in that very same week on another day! I seriously cannot stress how amazing this place is. The Dr. just called me to check up on me. He did several fillings and a crown yesterday and I have had no discomfort since the numbness wore off. I appreciate the responsibility he feels for his work, his office, and his patients. The Dr. and staff have been replacing my old Army fillings, doing root canal, crowns, etc.. Yeah, I have had some pain and I have gone back to ask more questions or to have a crown adjusted but they have always been professional and very friendly and have taken care of every issue that I have. The staff sees all types of people and they sometimes forget that not every procedure is familiar to us and I may not have a grasp on what to expect after the procedure. I Just ask the Dentist or his staff and they will stop what they are doing and will not proceed until you have a complete understanding of the procedure. The equipment is extremely modern and the Dr. keeps the staff trained and on their toes. The front office staff is great as well. Ashleigh really knows the insurance piece of the visit and always has a smile and friendly word.

5 stars for looks, 1 star for respect and dignity of the patient. The facility is very nice on the outside and inside. They have fancy gadgets and machines, but that does not make up for how they treated me as a patient. Not once walking into that building that I feel comfortable, the dental hygienist was very kind but I always had a vibe that they had to try to sell something to me. I stayed at this facility for about a year and a half just to give it a chance after every six months cleaning. But my last visit was the worst, the doctor was expecting me to pay $1,500 upfront for a procedure he suggested I needed to do. They wanted me to pay for it before I left that day and schedule an appointment. I am not an ATM, and on top of that every time the doctor would see me he would nonchalantly scold me about my teeth. I would leave the facility in embarrassment because of how they thought of me. I also noticed that they treated me differently than they did my husband. We would go at different times and he would tell me how great the the doctor was while I was the one getting scolded.

I was a patient since the practice was still known as Horizon PC, and then Divine Expressions. Content with the service, I decided to have Divine Expressions as my primary and only dental care. And for the most part, it was good. The staff are incredibly friendly, extremely accommodating and very gentle during each cleaning. Not to mention the breathtaking, home magazine worthy office. Where it pains me to write is related to Dr. Laurentis Barnett's procedures. Every procedure that dealt with a crown of some sort, always came off. It resulted in me either having to leave work early, take an extended lunch, take a day off and/or come back multiple times that same week. While the staff and Dr. Barnett was very accommodating and flexible with scheduling, the process were still very inconvenient. A particular case was getting an implant for one of my teeth. For starters, the tooth itself was shaped very oddly. It did not look or feel like a normal tooth. It also always popped off, even though the office used dental cement. With every visit to either add or replace, I never received an answer as to why this kept happening. Dr. Laurentis also hinted that it was possibly my fault that the tooth kept coming off. I'm not opposed to thinking that I could've been doing something wrong, but after speaking with friends and colleagues with dental implants and explaining to them my daily routine and lifestyle, I was suggested to get an second opinion from another dental professional. I sought treatment elsewhere and unfortunately had to pay for another tooth implant. The implant printed from Divine Expressions leaves my new dental office with many questions as they have never seen such an odd shaped "tooth". My current implant from my new dentist has been in my mouth for nearly 2 months. I had not returned once for a re-application. The purpose of this post is not to defame or deface Dr. Laurentis Barnett, it is simply to write a review I felt needed to be written. I wish him and his office the best of success and hope that maybe this review will leave some food for thought. I'm glad there are a good number of patients that are satisfied with his service. I simply was not.

On September 11th, 2019, passing the billboard on my way to taking my daughter to school I called Devine Expressions (due to being in should pain) and ask if they accepted walk ins, Shay answered the phone and said yes we do. I said, I'll be right over. When I arrived I was greeted by another wonderful representative. She (as usual) gave me some paperwork to fill out and as I sat I was Amazed at how beautiful this dentist office was...very inviting. When I was called to the back Shay and another lady immediately began to get started with their part of my service...taking photos of my teeth then X-rays of the 2 teeth in question. Once they were done, Dr. Barnett came in and he (didn't jump right in) we talked/laughed a bit. It was almost as if our families went way back (breaking the ice) if you will. Then he stepped out and Shay came back in to do the next step before my procedure while at the same time offering extras, such as calming oil (to calm you before the procedure), TV and water. WOW! I truly had an Amazing experience at this dental office from beginning to finish.

Once they were done, Dr. Barnett came in and he (didn't jump right in) we talked/laughed a bit. It was almost as if our families went way back (breaking the ice) if you will. Then he stepped out and Shay came back in to do the next step before my procedure while at the same time offering extras, such as calming oil (to calm you before the procedure), TV and water. WOW! I truly had an Amazing experience at this dental office from beginning to finish.

My appointment was for a SRP cleaning. I was shocked to know I needed this process and did not know what to expect for as pain. But my hygienist Ms. Erica fully explained the process and made sure my gums were numb. I was relaxed as much as possible (in a dental chair) and she did a great job cleaning my teeth! Dr. Barnett came in to the say hello and his entire team was simply awesome from the moment I entered the building.

The friendly staff make the whole experience more bearable. Usually pretty straight forward, sometimes they try to sell you dental products (like toothbrushes, and prescription mouthwash and toothpaste) that you can get generically elsewhere cheaper. Overall attentive and kind staff and some decent dental work.
