The front staff were very polite, respectful and helpful. Dr. May was just phenomenal as an endodontist. She took care of my tooth problem the same day which is outstanding service. My whole experience at Cumberland Dental in Gadsden was exceptional due to the wonderful people that work there. I saw a woman with obvious dental pain who walked into the office without an appointment and was seen immediately. Obviously, the people at Cumberland Dental care about the patients that walk into that office. I told my referring dentist that she should continue recommending Cumberland Dental. Thank you so much!

This is about ASPEN DENTAL NOT CUMBERLAND - I am trying to delete this review ASPEN DID THIS NOT CUMBERLAND Horrendous!!! Worst ever! They billed me for a cleaning I didn’t get - drilled and filled a tooth that wasn’t hurting now I have a huge throbbing painful abscess. They FORCED ME TO BUY A $130 toothbrush!!!!! Told them didn’t want it didn’t meed it already had five just like it - they still put it on my bill. Have ABSOLUTELY PROOF that my bill was paid on time and even and extra payment above and beyond what was owed and the low down dirty thugs said I didn’t pay - they hurt my credit with their BALD FACE LIES and I can prove it 100% with bank records . But the points they cost me on my credit score are going to cost me THOUSANDS ON EVERYTHING I BUY for YEARS TO COME. They would be in jail if they smashed in my facial bones and stole thousands from me on the street -so why are these useless thugs getting away with murder hiding behind this farce of a business??!!!

So love staff & Dr. Latham. Had to call him twice over the Memorial day weekend. Very nice. Got there this morning before 8 am. Dr. Latham fixed my problem. I will come back in July for my lower dentures . When the time comes I will have them do upper dentures as well. I would recommend them to everyone!

I had dentures made there in April of 2018. I kept telling them they didn't fit, I could not wear them. I went back again at my 6 months check to get the permanent liner put in they told me that I would have to paid another 350.00 for that. And the dentures don't even fix. And there nothing I can do to get my money back. I guess they think everyone has $600.00 to throw away.

I came on a Saturday for a wisdom tooth extraction. My appointment was at 12pm. I sat for 4 hours, until 3pm, with no communication. My ride couldn't stay much longer and I was told that they could not fit me in. I asked for a refund and a referral. I missed time off of work for this, as did my ride, and I am still in pain. I consider this a total failure. It looked as though there was a schedule problem and that they were very overbooked.

Dr. Hopkins-May is great. My root canal was quick and painless. The entire staff is extremely friendly and professional. It may seem hard to believe; but, I'm actually looking forward to coming back to see Dr. Barger for my crown.

FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL STAFF......yea somewhat! but DONT ever express to Dr. Seale that you have a high tolerance for pain!!! He took poor little old aunt literally, He gave Her a small shot in Her outside gum, layed the needle down and immediately began extracting her tooth

Was treated horrible, Dr Wilson was unprofessional, hateful and disrespectful to me and my husband. I went in for pain and several cavities, broken teeth and an abscessed tooth (caused from multiple pregnancy horomones) and was denied pain medicine because I breastfeed. I left crying in pain and feeling humiliated from the way I was treated by him and some of the staff.

I needed a tooth extraction. Took me back. Did xray. scraped around a little on tooth. Told me to come back Saturday for oral surgery. Cost me 79 dollars. Another 211 if I returned. I said you wasted my time. Ripped off.

You make an appointment at 10am. On Saturday and 4 hours later your still in waiting room to be seen. Someone is not doing their job . This is ridiculous.... Someone needs to be fired.

I loved this office. The entire staff that I had spoke to were extremely polite and made me feel very welcomed. I am so glad I found Cumberland. It's rare that I find an office full of women and not one of them came off as snobby to me.

Used to enjoy going here, but lately it seems like something drastic has changed, I used to feel like an individual person here but now it's like we are just a number being heareded in and out. I have always had a good experience at this office, but something has changed. The family like atmosphere is dwindling away and it feels more like a corporate office, who doesn't care about the patient only the bottom dollar. The staff is still friendly but, they don't seem as happy as they used to be, I will be finding another Dental Office!!!!!

Do not use. Called and made appointment on Wednesday for Saturday at 10.30. They told me to come in at 10.00 for paperwork. Going to have tooth removed. When I got there said I didn't have appointment and I would have to wait behind people that were there. Waited over an hour and people kept coming in and going back ahead of me. Went back to desk and they said I would have to wait until all appointments was done. I told her I had , had a appointment for over a week and this was there fault and not mine. Didn't matter. I walked out with terrible tooth ache!!!! Will never go back there. Plus dentist was over 2 hours late getting there. Have problems go some where else!!!!!

Walked in at 830 am and waited an hour for the staff to ask me if I could come back at 1230. So I show up at 1220 and sat patiently with a bad toothache whyle everyone that came in got seen by the doctor almost immediately. I sat till 2pm. Being in pain and aggravated I ask one of the staff how much longer and she said she didn't know sence I was a walk in. I was a walk in that morning. They told me to come back at 1230 I was under the impression that then they would see me. So I sat there for 4 and 1/2 hours to get up and walk out. Why did they ask me to come back at 1230 and then not have time to see me. So I went to the dentist to have a simple tooth pulled but instead got shoved around to the point that I will not go back. I still have a tooth ake and wasted a whole day at the dentist. Not cool

My son and I were driving through the area when my tooth broke. Yes, we are from out of town. I stopped for help but what I got was the most traumatic experience of my sons life. Surrounded by police, my son shaking and crying, so scared he cant even think..... all because of the worst receptionist in the history of receptionists. Oh my god, your from out of town you kidnapped that kid. Hours later my son is still crying. I am asking the owner to call me when you do I will remove this review. I hope that receptionist gets fired. I am asking anyone who reads this to post on my behalf. Go in for tooth ache come out tramitised......

Excellent staff and service. My son's dentist was friendly, gentle and did a great job of easing the fears of my son. As for my teeth cleaning, my Dental Hygienist was excellent and very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend.

I usually have trouble/issues with my insurance because it is tricare and can be a little confusing. However, the admin staff was completely on top of it. One of the best experiences I’ve had. Also, I had to bring my 2 year old with me. The staff was so great with her while I was getting my cleaning. Overall my experience was wonderful.

I had a tooth pulled without any problems. Dentist in Georgia wanted me to go to dental surgeon. Would have cost over 150.:00. At Cumberland Denistry only cost 65:00. Friendly receptionist and Denist.

Love having a women dentist, having gums actully numb before extraction (unlike my last dentist) and offered (though refused) real pain meds. Hardly any waiting, polite staff and personal care. "I'll be back"

Went for emergency visit 3x and could not be seen. Dr Latham is the best guy. When I came here he made me very happy and helped me. So it's not working in the office. Honest talk. I pray it improves soon. The paperwork was a message with the health questions. Visit in December after a broken tooth to avoid pain.

If you don't have dental insurance, this is definitely a great place to go. I have always had positive experiences at this facility and the fees were within my budget. The people there are always friendly and helpful. They only problem I had is the waiting time can sometimes be more than what you expected.
