I saw Dr Kim Herradine for whitening consultation, and replacement of amalgam fillings with composite resin fillings. I am very pleased with her work. She is courteous, professional, and skilled. Their office is spacious, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff is efficient, courteous, and effective. The text reminders of appointments are also very helpful. I highly recommend.

I absolutely hate and am terrified of the dentist more than a little baby and I’m a grown man covered in tattoos. Due to genetically weak enameled teeth and a legit phobia/terror of the dentist, I had not been in a while and I needed a lot of work to fix my mouth. Both Drs are hands down the best dentist/oral surgeons I’ve ever been too. Since they began the process of restoring my smile their work has been outstanding and it has changed my entire life. I no longer have to worry about covering my mouth if I laugh or talk and I keep a huge smile on my face everyday. Whether you need your teeth cleaned or complete reconstruction there’s no better place. Truly a blessing and a life changing experience for me. They not only restored my teeth but restored my self confidence and the Haradines will probably never truly understand how much gratitude I have for them. Thank you thank you thank you!!!

As always, the staff were professional and friendly. They greeted me by name and sat me almost immediately. Dr. Kim Harradine was on time, cheerful, and kind. She always asked how I was doing during my procedure. Her light touch and supreme confidence were sustained throughout my appointment. I had a crown, a composite and bleaching done in one visit. I loved how I was able to schedule everything at once as I did not want to have to come back. My crown looks better than my original tooth! My bleaching really was done in 20 minutes with great success and my bonding blended right in with my own tooth. A great experience!!

I had a dental emergency that needed immediate attention. They worked me into their schedule that day to get me started on the path to rehabilitation and were extremely kind and understanding the whole way through. Dr. Rob is extremely knowledgeable with a very reassuring bedside manner and a good sense of humor. The staff are gracious, friendly, and professional. The facilities are clean and modern. I'll be recommending them to anyone I know looking for dental care, and finding them is definitely the silver lining to my dental emergency.

I am just an average guy. I work all week to feed my family. I am by no means a rich guy, and depending what part of the month you catch me I might be just barely keeping my head above water. I only say this all because appearances can ,unfortunately, determine your level of service at a LOT of places. Not with Dr. Rob and staff. From the moment I got there (referral from another dentist) I was treated with absolute respect and professionalism. Mrs. Cindy and the rest of the office staff were BEYOND helpful and professional. Honestly, I haven't been treated that nicely at a business in years. If any other dentists or office professionals are looking for the formula to a smooth running customer focused business with staying power; then I highly suggest you take notes. Again , I must repeat : I'm a working man, I had come straight from work to the dentist. So I was probably not the most fresh. Dr. Rob could've just thrown out some big words and numbers, told the assistant to wrap up, and be done. I know a lot of places would have. Again, not Dr. Rob. He sat with me for a good while, explaining all my current issues and his ideas as to what could be done.(My mouth is\was a train wreck) He then did something I've never had a dentist do, he laid out three distinct plans. One that was purely scraping by but survival, one middle of the road , and a "Ferrari" option. Now let's talk about the meat of it, the actual work of it. Any dentist can load you up on drugs and make you numb, just as any dentist can get in there and start to cut. Dr. Rob did more than just numb me , he made me feel comfortable. Between his calm professionalism, and his assistant's(jade) confident positive attitude, I knew I'd be ok. He kept me abreast of the work as he progressed , and he made sure I was as comfortable as could be the whole time. He did the one thing that most dentists don't do when they work on you. He talked to me like I was an adult human being. And THAT is what separates Dr. Rob and staff from every other dentists office. They make you feel like person, not just a potential customer.

I had an implant and two crowns done here and I am completely satisfied, you get outstanding service as soon as you walk in the door. Dr. Rob is so professional and so easy to talk to. When I returned to get my implant for the final time, it felt and looked great to me but Dr. Rob saw something about it that was not just perfect so instead of just letting me leave with it he insisted on getting it sent back to get fixed. Now to me that is the difference in a dentist and a great dentist because he wanted it to be perfect and share with me if it was his tooth this is what I would or would not do. I also saw Dr. Kim and she was wonderful also explaining treatments to you and she let me know that I needed two fillings , they were deep fillings under previous fillings. But instead of telling me to get crowns, she let me know that they could be filled. I appreciate Dr. Rob and Dr. Kim's honesty. they also have a wonderful staff here as well, Wanda and Lindsey were wonderful and very helpful.

I would like to thank Kim and Rob at Complete Dental Care for their attention to detail and Wanda of coarse for all of the hard work they did reconstructing my teeth with 4 implants and 8 veneers!!! It was a tremendous amount of work but injuries from racing through the years had taken their toll. Rob is a craftsman and has an attention to detail that is second to none he has taken care of me and my family for years and I couldn’t be more thankful. If you’re wondering who you can go to and know that you’re going to be taking care of this is the place to go!!!

Best dentist in town!! Rob and Kim and the whole staff are very caring and gentle. My implants look great and Dr. Rob is a perfectionist - if it's not right the first time he makes sure that the crowns are re-done until they are right. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Dr. Rob and his staff installed an implant for me. I am completely satisfied. Dr. Rob is a perfectionist, and a great conversationalist, it was a lengthy process only reason being he does it right, will not hesitate to return for another project if needed. Outstanding people! I had a true dental emergency and called offices all over Birmingham. They were the only office to understand my emergency and get me in as soon as possible. Dr. Rob and Dr. Kim both treated me like family. Extracted a tooth on a day when Dr. Rob wasn't even working, but he knew the severity of it and treated me like family. Dr. Kim was so kind and showed that she really cared about my situation. They fit me into their schedule last minute! I really appreciate this practice and what they do! Great work!

I want everyone to know if you are in need of a dentist quick,for an emergency reason or just a new dentist to call home this is the place to go! I was treated with such respect and everyone there truly cares about you! I had a dentist that I'd spent thousands of dollars with and called in need of help for a painful tooth. The receptionist of said dentist stated they could not "fit" me in until 2 weeks later! In a panic, I found Dr. Kim Harradine off Google, made a phone call in tears, and was in the dentist chair within the hour. My fear was confirmed that the tooth had an abscess and needed immediate treatment. I had to come back a few days later to allow the antibiotics to get in my system but when I did she confirmed the tooth was completely necrotic. This is one of my front teeth and already has a porcelain crown on it so she carefully went through the back of the tooth and fixed me all up. I have had no pain and just a little soreness! I have never had such superb care from any other dentist. Dr. Harradine will make sure you are comfortable and leave you feeling so much better! I can't wait to come back for my implant consultation. I know I am in the right place! Thank you all so much!
