We absolutely love Dr.Norby and his amazing staff! My children have loved coming since their first visits at the age of 1 year. Their dental hygienist (Brandi Champion) is the sweetest and so great with the children. You can just tell that she loves all her patients and has been doing this for years. Raven at the first desk is always so welcoming and always makes a point to speak with my kids. We couldn't ask for a better pediatric dentist office.

Best pediatric dentist! We drive 45 minutes just to see Mandi, the best dental hygienist I’ve ever had work on my nephews teeth! She’s so kind and is amazing with him! He’s a handful and scared of everything but she calmed him in a way no other hygienist could and wasn’t bothered by his hyperactive personality. Thank you Mandi so much!

Before finding out about Dr Norby, my daughter had the worst experience ever at the hands of another"pediatric" dentist. She was terrified at the mention of going to the dentist. Dr Norby and his staff are the best I've seen... So kind and professional. Especially Mandi the dental hygienist. It's obvious she's had multiple years of experience with children and loves children. She makes them feel safe and trusting.... And does an exceptional job cleaning their teeth. I highly recommend!

We love Dr. Norby and his staff! My youngest daughter is accident prone amd has injured her front tooth several times. Dr. Norby & staff have beem there for us early, after hours, and many times in between. They are always calm and patient even when the children are not. I came to Dr. Norby when my daughter was 2. She was absolutely terrified of the dentist because of another facility. She was very hesitate and scared the first two times there. But Dr. Norby and the entire staff treated us like family. They are so very patient and kind and always take their time with my daughter and make her feel comfortable. We have always left there with a wonderful experience. I drive over an hour one way just to go to their office from my home and it is well worth it. We love them!

Dr. Norby was my childhood dentist. I was four years old the first time I went to him, or any dentist for that matter, and I was so scared, just as most four year olds are for the first time. I will never forget how dr. Norby started playing with me with the water squirter to make me laugh, and that's all it took. He is the best dentist ever, and now I'm 36 years old, and my two young children use him, and they feel the same about him as I did at their age. I wish he did adult denistry!!!

We love Doctor Norby & Doctor Bennett. The staff is awesome and patient with my little girl. We drive over 60 miles one way because they are so good. Not only are they awesome, I love it because my little girl is excited to go to the dentist. My kids are not scared to go to the dentist, so that says alot about your office. Love the people. My daughter had to have her front two teeth capped, they used white caps instead of silver. You could not even tell they were capped.

UPDATE: The dentist in my area doesn't offer sedation or comfort. I would be scared to go there , much less, take my children there. It's been three months since Dr. Norbys and I'm giving it another try. My child that got left out, C Garcia now needs a root canal! No thanks to the dental care hes been getting! (dental offices not answering their phones, not returning messages, etc.) I just expect a state of healthcare for me and my children that is consistent in standard. We will see how this visit goes. (8/3/19) ____ My children are less welcome than used to be. No one let me know i could sit with my eight year old when he went back to sedation. They just didn’t come back to tell me. I got up to ask and nurses said, he’s alone in the other room. My six year old had a routine cleaning a month ago, Hispanic scheduler just called me yesterday to tell me he needed to get scheduled for sealants. She wasn’t sure exactly what he needed though. We will not be back. My children’s names are C and M Garcia. Less than expected after driving so far. I like Dr. Norby, but his staff is incompetent.
