I am so so happy today with my new smile=) I broke down in tears when Dr Scott put in my new teeth. Not dentures at all which is what I expected to need !!! My family and coworkers think the results are beautiful. I have been smiling all day =)..No more pics with my mouth closed !! No more embarrassment !! Yes I am using lots of exclamation points because my life has changed for so much the better today =) Very affordable too. My dear friends and neighbors of my home town city of Mobile, Mobile County and home state of Alabama, l would like to take this opportunity to inform you of the outstanding expertise and elite professionalism of Dr.Byron C. Scott and his wonderful friendly and family oriented staff. After being subjected to a mandibular osteotomy "gone bad" via military oral surgery incompetence and oral surgery "guinea pig like " experimentation in July 1975, l was left a dental cripple. While unconscious for hours from the drug, sodium pentathol, l had no idea of the things that was being done to me until after the fact of what had been done. There was no such thing as pre-consultation like Dr. Scott and his great staff provide you. With the military, it was" You need this..you need that, You're being ordered to undergo this medical/ dental procedure." And all l could say was"Sir, Yes Sir!" Ladies and gentlemen, let me tell you ,just to make" the short "to a long story, l awoke to find out that my tongue had been cut down the middle, clipped and stitched up around the edges. My mouth was wired shut by titanium rods or braces, since my jaw bones had been broken / cut on each side of my mouth intraorally. Little did l know that ,while this was being done, the doctors also cut my temporalis muscles, which help keep your jaws properly aligned ,while your huge masseter muscles masticate your food, when your jaws open and close ,while you chew your food, while eating. Now ,in summation, what shape did all this gross incompetence leave me in ? Well, let me count the ways. Now, l have been diagnosed with occlusal disharmony/disease (OD)( look up on google), permanent numbness( paresthesia) of the tongue( due to botched glossoplasy), permanent gum recession on mandible and maxillary gum areas, advanced periodontal disease ( stage 3) etc, etc. To sum it up, l was about to lose my teeth which, especially due to the OD. I had already lost numerous teeth here and there and I didn't want to lose any more. Yet, before God led me to Dr. Byron Scott, l had been told by another dentist that l should just have those on the front mandible extracted. I heard God tell me "Get a second opinion about that". Thanks to God , l was led to have that second opinion be provided by the outstanding, impeccable services of the man, the expert doctor of medical dentistry, the honorable and humble Dr.Byron C. Scott. After expert pre-consultation partial work-up and the best follow- up aftercare, l feel like a new man with a great smile. After having been in several films with top celebrities in the past, l ,now feel confident that if l do decide to do more of that type of work on the side in front of the movie camera, l won't be embarrassed seeing a close up of my teeth shot. One of the most decisive decisions I've made regarding personal health was the decision to have Dr. Scott and his Staff manage my dental needs. My Plan started after conducting a very detailed review of "who's out there that has a very good track record and history of dental implants" started in October 2014. Throughout this entire Program I made the decision after my initial consultation and have zero regrets. The process from start, heeling, to finish just ended in July 2016 was exactly what Doctor Scott forecasted. The process of implants versus dentures was a no brainier for me. Permanent teeth versus dentures really need to be reviewed from longevity versus monies spent versus problematic issues which arise from dentures. Trust me, save your pennies and go for implants. I had some significant work done and the final outcome I would have paid double. There are hundreds of dentist out there claiming they are the best, cheapest and can have your process done in six months, don't do it. Doctor Scott is a Professional, Certified and has done hundreds of cases. Review and sit down and get a full assessment before you invest in implants. They are not cheap by any standard but the final outcome, OMG. I would do it all over and not hesitate to chose Doctor Scott and his great, professional Staff. Great job and I thank you.

Dr Byron Scott ruined my life. He charged me $23,000 for dental work. My mistake was paying him the money up front. It took over six months for the veneers to come in. They do not fit my mouth. The color is not what I chose. He promised me gas with no pain which he withheld when most needed. This happened several years ago. He refused to fix the problems at no cost to me. He has pictures of people with dental implants, veneers, etc. Beware, he nor the lab he uses can produce near the quality you will see as the pictures scroll on a screen in his posh waiting room. He is not to be trusted in my opinion. You would be shocked if I could show you pictures of the crime he perpetrated against me. I had serious problems just 2 months after he assured me my gums would settle and meet the thick, yellow things he called veneers. I could write a book so let me end here. Don’t think anyone will have a chance to read this. He will not allow the truth to come out. What kind of man would do this? Take a trip to Las Vegas for Golpa G4. In the end you will save money and there may be peace and comfort knowing you will be free of pain. You will not have to hide your smile after handing a ‘so called specialist’ in dental work thousands of dollars.

This is a first-class operation. I chipped a front tooth, and now after Dr Scott's repair it looks better than ever. Even reshaped a couple other teeth to improve my smile. I went back for a cleaning, and the hygienist spent about an hour and a half getting every bit of stain off my teeth. I am really impressed with their attention to detail, their interest and concern for their clients, and their professionalism. If you need cosmetic dental work or just want a really through cleaning, you really should give Springhill Dental a try. I will return.
