I woke up with a horrible tooth ache, my primary Dentist was able to see me by noon, and referred me to Brookwood. Dr Collier and Bailey completed my first ever root canal that afternoon. They did a wonderful job explaining the process and took very good care of me. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Best Dr's office experience I have ever had!! The staff is knowledgeable and caring and do their best to meet patient needs. They offer so many patient amenities that they make going to get a root canal feel like going to the spa! The place is also extremely clean, so clean that the Dr's gloves and all the instruments smell like disinfectant and you can frequently see them sanitizing. A great experience! If you ever need anything in this field done, I would recommend going here over everywhere else.

Dr Powell and Bailey made this procedure just like a walk in the park! They made you feel at ease took time to answer all questions and very informative! Made you feel like you are a family member, and most of all you know sometimes you worry about paying for the procedure afterwards, I honestly felt as is this was money very well spent, and the lady upfront said I am going to call you in the morning to check on you! How often do you get that treatment !! This was my first root canal, and you have heard horror stories about them but this was by far a myth when it comes to this team!! I would defiantly go back. I didn’t have to have the laughing gas for this procedure which made this process even better!!!

This place is fabulous, IF you do not need a return visit. It was all, what channel do you want the TV on, do you want a blanket, what do you want to drink. All smiles and can I help you. I was told that the soreness in my gum would go away in about two weeks (had trouble with a root from an old root canal, they cleaned it out). Four weeks later I was still hurting and called them. I was told to give it even longer and if not better, I may have to go to a specialist. That is the reason I went to them, I thought they were the specialist. Almost two months later it still hurts.

I’m not sure anyone expects to leave happy after a dental procedure or dental evaluation, but I did. I know what you’re thinking - she was probably given the “happy gas”. Actually, I wasn’t. I called on a Friday morning with horrible pain a week after having oral surgery (performed by another office). The office staff was able to fit me in on an already booked day. I waited no more than 15 minutes before being called back. Tara immediately noticed I was in pain and scared. She talked to me for a few minutes, asked me several questions, then took an X-Ray. Dr. Powell, who is kind and funny, appeared and informed me that I didn’t need a root canal - just some additional healing time. Dr. Powell and Tara also helped replace the medication, for a dry socket, on my tooth, that had worn away. The office staff was kind, showed empathy and caring as well and extremely trustworthy. Birmingham Endodontics has found a way to create a safe and caring environment, which in my experience, is hard to come by.

Deliberate, informed overbooking. Completely unacceptable. Waiting room full. Placed in elevator lobby. Promised not to forget me. After 1.5 hour wait in unairconditioned lobby, walked in to reschedule at 515 p.m. Staff informed me to expect normal two hour wait in afternoons because always overbooked. Better service at Burger King for $5 Hamburger than these $2000 dentist. Deliberate & informed overbooking is unethical business practice. Shame on them.

Dr. Coller & the D.A was very professional BUT the other Staff members were totally dismissive and merciless from the start. They did not want to help me. I literally had to tell them what my insurance would cover in order for them to look more in depth of my dental coverage. If it wasn't for the office manager they would have not treated me. ( Thanks she was compassionate.) The other women did not even make eye contact with me. As I was checking out the woman would not even put my receipt or debit card in my hand!! Wow it amazes me how unsuccessful people put so much emphasis on race. From my experience educated successful individuals have one comman goal and that it green$$$$$ money. The Uneducated peasants can not get pass color/ ethnicity! Yes color in 2015 almost 2016. Education and knowledge is power. And you are no better because you lack melanin.

I have had many root canals (all in the past few months) and this place has made the dreaded dental experience very pleasant. They have a very compassionate staff, and both of the doctors are probably two of the nicest physicians I have ever met. No one likes to have dental work done, but going to Brookwood Endodontics just might change your mind. I am very picky and I highly recommend this place.

I was in a great deal of pain when I contacted the office of Dr. Connor. They did everything they could to get me in. When I arrived, the staff was extremely kind and sympathetic. I was taken care from beginning to end and highly recommend not only the staff but the doctors as well. You will not be disappointed when you put your oral care into the hands of these folks.

I have had several root canals done in my life, at other dentists. Although most of them were ok, I have to say that this time, at Brookwood Endodontics, my experience was beyond wonderful! As soon as I walked in, I knew it would be different, but I had no idea just how great it would be! Offering patients blankets, pillows, headphones, asking their preference for the tv station ... that might seem like little stuff, but for a patient who is deathly afraid of dentists and/or needles, it was the perfect thing to make me feel comfortable. The view from my chair was also fantastic, and helped me feel like I wasn't even at the dentist. As someone who is absolutely terrified of needles, I was sure this was going to be another unpleasant experience, but Dr Thomas made sure I didn't even FEEL the needle he used. The contraption they put over your mouth, to keep any debris falling into the back of your throat, made things even more comfortable for me, as I didn't feel like I had to hold a mouthful of saliva or ask for suction; I was able to relax throughout the entire procedure. I would highly recommend Brookwood Endodontics - in particular Dr Thomas - to anyone who needed a root canal done. In fact, I have raved to everyone who will listen already! Thank you for making my root canal a PLEASANT experience.

I was visiting my family from out of town and needed a root canal. I was seen by Dr. Collier the day after my referral. I cannot say enough great things about each and every staff member and Dr. Collier in this practice. I have previous dental practice experience and you feel very different as a patient in pain. The staff members treat you with dignity and respect and I truly felt that I was their family member. This is so rare today and such a breath of fresh air. The root canal was started and finished at the same visit. I highly recommend this practice for endodontic needs!

Referred to Brookwood Endodontics by my dentist of The unusual nerve in my tooth. Everyone there was verify friendly and wanted to help me. The office manager helped me set up a payment arrangement because I didn't have all the money upfront and Doctor Collier was fast and I felt no pain. I was very nervous about the needles but Keri the assistant talked to me and was very reassuring that it wouldn't be that bad, and it wasn't. All together i spent a hour at the dentist and I recommend Brookwood Endodontics to anyone that needs a root canal

This place is absolutely AWESOME! I have unfortunately had to have a lot of dental work done throughout my life because of the bad teeth and gum disease I inherited. During that time I have seen my share of different dentists and specialists. Dr. Collier and his staff are by far the best I have experienced. Not only were they professional and reasonable, but they actually cared about me and how I was doing during the procedure, as well as afterwards while I was healing.
